Obama Denounces America to Its Enemies Below Giant Picture of Pedophile Terrorist
Obama wouldn’t give a speech at Catholic Georgetown until a holy Christian symbol had been blacked out. In contrast, he didn’t have a problem speaking under the giant visage of dead-of-AIDS, boy-molesting terrorist Yasser Arafat[...]
Completing this sick farce, Obama used the opportunity to denounce America’s history to Palestinians — the people who danced and passed out candy in the streets to celebrate 9/11:
“I’m reminded of my own daughters, and I know what hopes and aspirations I have for them. And those of us in the United States understand that change takes time but it is also possible, because there was a time when my daughters could not expect to have the same opportunities in their own country as somebody else’s daughters.”
It seems liberals will never stop rubbing America’s face in the hyperexploited misdeeds of past centuries — not even at the most inappropriate times conceivable. But even having participated in the worldwide institution of slavery will be forgotten before we live down the disgrace of allowing Barack Hussein Obama to represent our country.

Pics, citations, videos, anything to prove this statement? Or it didn't happen!
@OffalCompany
It means moonbats, and others like them are completely incapable of moving on from past wrong doings, even if it's just a few misinformed children celebrating something they don't fully understand. It's also the reason why we always seem to be at war with someone or another.

While technically, since the current century started in 2001, you could say it was a "past century," however, the civil rights movement that brought about significant change in the way blacks are treated in the U.S. took place less than half a century ago. the 1960s ended 43 years ago.
I think it's very important to remember our misdeeds so that we don't try to replicate them in the future. I really hate these hyper-nationalist idiots screaming about how un-American someone is for daring to point out that we did things in the past which weren't so good. It's not out of the question for a black president to bring up our history of slavery, segregation, or racism, but these idiots always fly off the handle when someone points out that white people once treated black people very poorly.

I remember hearing about something like this before and then someone posting a lot of pictures of Obama standing in front of crucifixes while delivering speeches. I'm guessing that this claim is a total crock.

The problem is, being a "Pedophile Terrorist" is the epitome of faith if you follow the quran and the life of mohammad word for word as a "good muslim" should. Poor pres. Obama really didn't have much of a choice in the matter. Just because he was standing there it doesn't mean he actually supported that disgusting pig Arafat.

On the other hand if an entire country celebrates the extra-judicial assassination of a criminal, that's an entire different thing - and most of all, much more civilized. Now let's kill some 8 year old terrorist with drones.
I don't see any denunciation there, if anything he's praising America by saying that it has changed.
As for the Palestinians celebrating 9/11, some of them did do that in Nablus and East Jerusalem, but that isn't all of them.
That's like me meeting a bunch of obnoxious people from say, New Jersey and deciding that I hate everyone in the entire state.
Obama acknowledges that inequality exists, instead of ignoring the issue. Speaks highly of the gradual advancement of equality and hopeful new opportunities for disenfranchised youth. Clearly an awful person.
And electing Obama as president is worse than institutionalized slavery...

1) slavery is of the past.
2) Niggers aren't allowed to be president! It says so in the constitution!
"the people who danced and passed out candy in the streets to celebrate 9/11"
See, some American people still celebrate the torture and murder of innocents... I guess that means that ALL Americans celebrate the torture and murder of innocents.
The president did not denounce America's history. The president that change takes time but it is also possible , i.e. that America's history has taken a direction for the better. Reading comprehension fail.

If you and your family were the victims of those misdeeds, commemoration helps in the attainment of justice. If you and those you love had no part in those misdeeds, then their recollection is of no consequence to you. If you describe any mention of the fact that they took place "hyperexploitation" and "inappropriate," what view am I to take about your feelings towards those misdeeds and those who perpetrated them?
But even having participated in the worldwide institution of slavery will be forgotten before we live down the disgrace of allowing Barack Hussein Obama to represent our country.
As someone who has lived in a number of countries, let me tell you, the world doesn't think Barack Obama is any disgrace to the United States. Dave Blount, on the other hand...
@Stike of Seville
President Obama gave a speech about economics at Georgetown University on April 14th 2009. Obama's advance team had asked the university to provide a backdrop of drape and flags (like they always do for policy speeches). Where it went wrong with the Right Wing Fundies was that behind the podium of this hall is a large "IHS" (symbol for Jesus) and Cross inscription.
The drape the university had on hand to use for these types of events did not completely cover the inscription. So they decided on their own to cover the rest of it with black painted plywood rather than have only a portion of it showing.
"The White House wanted a simple backdrop of flags and pipe and drape for the speech, consistent with what they’ve done for other policy speeches. Frankly, the pipe and drape wasn’t high enough by itself to fully cover the IHS and cross above the GU seal and it seemed most respectful to have them covered so as not to be seen out of context."- -Georgetown University spokeswoman Julie Green Bataille
The fundie media sites of course immediately went nuts and started spewing claims that Obama had demanded that the cross and IHS be covered up before speaking. It isn't true, it never was, but that doesn't stop them from still bringing it up four years later.
It is just more of their bullshit propaganda campaign against the "Black (nigger) Muslim in the White House."
I personally would like to thank Dave Blount.
Yes, you read that right. I would like to thank Dave Blount.
Because of Dave Blount I have learned many things that I would not have otherwise.
That Dave Blount is either unaware of these facts that come to light here at FSTDT or ignores them, that he is either merely making things up or spreading lies that he heard in the echo chamber, that these actions serve to confirm his biases is irrelevant.
Thank You Dave. You are a precious commodity in a low-information world. Keep being the deliciously intellectually vapid asshat that you are
"In contrast, he didn’t have a problem speaking under the giant visage of dead-of-AIDS, boy-molesting terrorist Yasser Arafat"
Arafat had a "mystery blood disorder", and was later suspected of having cirrhosis of the liver (which he would've kept hidden since it can be caused by alcohol abuse).
There is zero evidence that he was HIV positive, or had any AIDS symptoms.
@WatermelonRat: Let's put it to you this way: either you believe in a state of law, or you celebrate extrajudicial killings. Whether the victims of extrajudicial killings are innocent bystanders or globally hunted terrorists doesn't matter, because it's a state of law .
So nice for your autocritic capacity!. Should I remind you that segregation, not slavery, was alive and well in 1960?. And Arafat died of stroke, because, you know, he was sixty years old or more?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
