The courts have ruled, objectively, that creationism is based upon religion. Without divine revelation, you would not have creationism.
This is getting weird. That's, what, the fourth or fifth thing submitted in the last few days alone that DIRECTLY contradicts reality on every point? How in the heck do these people manage to live in this world? They would be trying to drink air and breathe water!

Pot and Kettle Award is more appropriate for someone leveling deserved criticisms for traits that he himself shares. Speck and Plank Award is closer, but still suggests inherent flaws on the side of the one being criticized. This is more the sort of thing that suits a Mirror Award, and of the most literal sort, since he has got the polarity of things completely the reverse of reality here (and goes so far as to claim that WE have it backward!).
Actually, it's the other way around. Creationism is based on the things you say evolution is based on. Evolution is based on science and reason. I'm wondering if this deserves another "Alternate Bizzaro Universe" award (also I would say most of the things in Kent Hovinds blog about his legal problems deserve it too)?
Hmmmm....I am a Christian who doesn't really bother with creationism vs. evolution at all. Evolution makes more sense to me personally, since there is so much bloody evidence for it about, but the fact that man evolved doesn't prevent me from believing in God in any way.

Creationism has about as much to do with science as Abraham Lincoln had to do with microprocessing technology.

The scientists took the idea and formed the Evolution theory/Big Bang. So on that basis Evolution has the same evidence and Science behind it.
