Chris, you show an obvious, and ignorant lack of understanding of Atheism, as well as this site. That allies you with the Fundimentalism that this site is against. Whether or not you personally are fundimentalist, I cannot say, you have not betrayed that, but you do show an ignorance to aheist. That allies you with fundimentalist deffinition of the philosophy I, and I assume many others here, allie to.
But likewise, "A Friend" has full right to be offended by your blaton ignorance, and lack of willingness to learn. You interpret every Philosophy as Religion. Atheism is an idea, not a religion. There is no set doctrine, nor is their a set belief, other than saying there is no God (semantic-wise, though, a disbelief is not a belief).
You treat atheism as an ignorant indoctrination which forces a near gestapo regime upon others. The people who do act like that, do appear on this site, rare as they may be (because, in fact, they're rare). You choose to ignore people who are atheist and don't act that way, for the purpose of redefining a word. That is ignorant, and thussly fundie.
