Non-contradiction award?. So, two women fucking don't procreate but, since they're not sterile, there is no problem, bearing in mind that they can get insemminated and so on. Again, thanks for debunking the argument to regulate adoption, foster care, or just the traditional form of "marriage", you know?, arranged marriages and that story that Abraham had with Aggar.

Up until about a century ago, many if not most kids lost one or both parents to early death. Throughout most of the "good old days" kids grew up with one parent, perhaps a step-parent, or were farmed out to relatives.

Okay, stop right there. There is no question of "wanting" to be homosexual, any more than there is a question of "wanting" to be Caucasian. Either you're gay, or you're straight, or you're bisexual at some point along a continuum between the two -- but whatever it is, it's what you ARE, not what you "want" to be. You can decide your sexual behavior, but you can't decide your sexuality any more than you can decide the size of your pituitary gland.

I would rather be in a stable home with one parent (or- Oh noes!- a home with a loving same sex couple) than a "tradional" family that is dysfunctional. What is it you said about illegal? I have a friend whom's parents are divorced, and she's a lovely, perfectly normal girl. Fail.
So, no kid has ever lived through a divorce? That's news to me.
Children will be fine, as long as there are sound people of both genders in their surroundings. They don't need a mother AND a father, as long as they have uncles and aunts in abundance. As long as the kid is LOVED by its family, it will be well.
