Look, lady, the only people who can strip your marriage of its value are you and your husband. Nobody else. Your marriage depends on the choices that YOU make. My parents have stayed married because THEY'VE worked on it. If anything goes wrong, they know that it'll be their fault and no one else's. Certainly not homosexuals who are finally getting the rights that they should have already had in the first place.

Adam and Eve were never married! And I don't believe there was any reference to a marriage ceremony for Abraham and Sarah described in the Bible. In the (generally accepted, at least) Bible, Jesus is never described as being married.

For example, my parents were married by a Catholic preist, because he had been a friend of my mother's family for years. When I (their first child) was born, I had severe health problems. Was it because they were married by a "Mary-worshipping cultist" and not a "real" evangelical priest?
