The theory of evolution is a theory, correct and with this it is much more than creationism/ID will ever be.
But the theory of evolution has absolutely nothing to do with love and religion, as this belongs to the realm of cultural sciences and psychology (meaning that it might have so methign to do with evolution of culture, but nothing with biological speciation).
As for people with a dangerous view on earth, obviously by posting you show us that your likes are much more dangerous to earth than any darwinist, after all you support death penalty for people just because they assume a scientific theory to be correct. Sounds like in medieval times, where scientists who supported theories that contradicted the bible risked to be executed (and sometimes really were)

Not that we OUGHT to kill religious people, but its my subjective opinion that religious people, in a sense, are not justified in having their lives valued more or even equal to atheists or agnostics, since if they really believe that there is an afterlife, they are unjustified in fearing death. I have sympathy for them if they "just aren't 100% sure", but it's like, either shit or get off the pot. Pick a team and be honest about what you are. If surveys have shown that slightly more than half of Americans believe in creationism, then a fear of death on their part is just hypocrisy, and that just drains away nearly any pity I might have for them.

I'd second the darwinist death penalty if there was a single darwinist in existence. Luckily there isn't anyone deranged enough to worship an evolutionary biologist. I'm really not sure what a materialist is supposed to be though. Someone who worships materials (silk, wool, satin?), someone who worships material things? I think you'd be hard pressed to find any of those because as much as I love my HDTV, Mac Book Pro, or any other assortment of nifty things I posses, I'd hardly say that I or anyone else worships them.
