Obviously your lot didn't pray 'hardly' enough before the election - what makes you think that the power of prayer is sufficient to 'rectify' the situation after the election?
Don't you think that if your god did not approve of Obama he would have let him win?
If US politics was that important to him, he would have sent his son back to stand for election and you could have all voted JC.
In the Bible (book of Revelation specifically, if I recall correctly), Armageddon is a place, not a time, so I find it very hard to believe that it's significantly closer now than it was any time in the last few decades.

The main trouble with these fuckwits is that if the rapture does not happen in the next four (eight?) years, they will claim that it was their prayer that turned Obama from the dark side and made him into a True Christian (tm)

They are absolutely convinced that he's the Antichrist, and nothing he says or does will ever dissuade them from this notion.
If the world doesn't end during Obama's presidency, they'll claim it was because God was testing us or Satan was prolonging the inevitable or something.
Um, first off, most Christians probably already know since they watch TV. Mainly to see Pat Robertson make an idiot of himself but its kinda hard not to notice who the president is. Also, while Obama is pretty inexperienced, he should do a good job and he ISN'T going to stomp on religion too much so don't worry about it. He -may- tell you to shut up occasionally whenever you open your mouth to spout religious BS but thats about all. Have a nice day =)
