Google is about as left as they get in Silicon Valley, and that's saying something. A lot of the companies out there go ga-ga over whatever democrat happens to be running. They don't realize that a lot of their stock options that enable them to buy their overpriced houses and European vacations would be non-existent if the Dems get their way, killing such incentives and making the stock market performance less than stellar.

Yahoo is also left leaning, but not to the degree of Google.

When it was found that terrorists were using google maps to pick attack sites in Iraq, google's response didn't include pulling those areas from their service.

Some corporate exec from google has been on Obama's economic team. What do they know about growing a business? They were an overnight success. They know nothing about what it really takes.
