Pastor Martin Ssempa #fundie 76crimes.com

Ugandan Pastor Martin Ssempa is back on the warpath against gay rights. In a new video, he states that, after a sabbatical, he has returned to the fray to combat “the gay agenda” once again.

In an attempt to elicit disgust from church members, Ssempa is notorious for showing gay pornography in churches and declaring that gay men “eat the poo poo.”

Now he claims that he and anti-gay allies such as Ethics Minister Simon Lokodo and U.S. pastor Scott Lively are victims of a gay conspiracy.

It’s time to push back against gay rights, he says, because former U.S. President Barack Obama is out of office. Ssempa declares outrageously that Obama made “promotion of homosexuality” his No. 1 priority, which Ssempa says hampered efforts to fight poverty and AIDS.

In fact, Ssempa and other homophobes have been hindering the fight against AIDS for years, limiting LGBT people’s access to health information and health care by opposing programs that serve the LGBT community.

Similarly, as gay-rights activist the Rev. Albert Ogle explained in 2012, Ssempa blocked efforts to curb the HIV epidemic among LGBT Ugandans because he and other anti-gay crusaders persuaded health-care professionals that gays are deviants who should be locked up. Ogle’s attempts to provide Ugandan doctors and nurses with training about the needs and realities of minority sexuality were unsuccessful.

Ssempa claims that he is a victim because a 2013 court case and a related petition sought to persuade the International Criminal Court to prosecute Ssempa for crimes against humanity. That appeal to the ICC also sought prosecution of anti-gay Ugandan legislator David Bahati and anti-gay Ugandan publisher Giles Muhame.

Scott Lively #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Anti-gay activist Scott Lively closed out 2015 by publishing a couple of open letters to his fellow anti-gay activists begging for money and urging them to join him in pushing to the passage of Russian-style anti-gay laws in America and elsewhere.

Lively bragged that he is being targeted by gay activists because his Abiding Truth Ministries is "one of the most feared and hated pro-family organizations in the world ... because we know more about the history, strategies and tactics of their movement than just about anyone on our side." The downside of being so "feared" is that he is now facing a lawsuit stemming from his anti-gay activism in Uganda, which is why Lively was begging for donations:

My friends, SMUG v Lively is truly a David v Goliath battle. I’m running a one-man office on a shoestring budget of less than $120,000 per year, provided almost entirely by donations of $50 and $100 from average people. Our donor base is small, mostly elderly, and very difficult to expand due to the success of the anti-Lively propaganda. While Liberty Counsel has been funding our legal defense, this lawsuit has nevertheless caused us major financial hardship and seriously threatens our future.

Frankly, I question whether ATM will survive the decade without greater support from the individuals scattered across the society who recognize the danger of the LGBT agenda and are willing to stand with us financially against it. That can only happen if the people who already support us encourage their like-minded friends and allies to donate to us.

In a separate "letter to the international pro-family movement," Lively declared that "the Leaders and Activists of the LGBT movement are malicious deceivers and evil-doers, deliberately subverting civilized society and viciously attacking all opponents to advance their selfish and self-destructive interests" and called for anti-gay activists to focus on preventing the passage of antidiscrimination ordinances that protect sexual orientation in places where they don't already exist and repealing them where they do.

Lively went on to recommend that his fellow anti-gay activists likewise work to pass Russian-style laws banning gay "propaganda" in America and around the world:

We need to build international pro-family solidarity on a foundation of genuine moral authority, meaning it must rest on the premise that homosexuality itself is personally and socially harmful, and not pretend that our only social and political interests are the "welfare of children" or the "definition of marriage." That pretense is a product of the same diseased pro-family "leadership" that marched the American pro-family movement from one disastrous defeat to the next for the past three decades, and it is now being exported to the rest of the world by the same men.

The beauty of the Russian law is it cuts right to the heart of the real problem of LGBT advocacy: the recruitment of children. What I mean by recruitment of children is not primarily the sexual exploitation of young people by adult homosexuals, though that represents a dark current within the larger “gay” culture, especially among the men. What I mean is the normalization of homosexual conduct and culture to children and youths, leading them to engage in homosexual experimentation among themselves and subsequently self-identify as "gay." An entire generation of American, British and Canadian children has been enslaved to this corrupt culture and ideology through the very propaganda that Russia has now banned.

While numerous countries of the African continent have chosen a much stricter approach, seeking to deter all homosexual conduct through harsh criminal sanctions, the Russian law balances the privacy rights of adult homosexuals (who choose to live discretely outside the mainstream of society) with the need of the nation to protect its children from the ravages of sexual perversion. It deters the LGBT lobby from attempting to mainstream the "gay" lifestyle, while granting the individual members of its community the "right to be left alone" that was the original stated goal of their movement in its early years, before it adopted the militant fascist tactics it is known for today.

Scott Lively #fundie addictinginfo.org

Scott Lively, the infamous US pastor who instigated Uganda’s ‘Kill The Gays’ legislation says he isn’t ‘anti-gay.’

Lively, who is set to stand trial in the US for his contribution to human rights violations in Uganda, recently blogged about the evil liberal media’s attempt to make him seem like a bad guy, by referring to him as ‘anti-gay.’

According to Pink News, Lively wrote:

“Most irritating and misleading is that all or most of the stories identify me (often in the title) as ‘anti-gay pastor’, as if that were some sort of professional title rather than an editorial comment.

I strongly object to that characterization, which deliberately misrepresents my opposition to the mainstreaming of homosexual conduct as hatred of homosexual persons.

The term ‘anti-gay’ effectively mistranslates the pro-family motto ‘Love the Sinner, Hate the Sin,’ into ‘Hate the Sinner because of the Sin’.

“As such it is not an honest descriptor but a slur, and its use by the media is an act of complicity in a dishonest and manipulative LGBT political tactic.

“Much of what the public falsely believes they know about my views and actions in the culture war is the fruit of this tactic and similar manipulative spin by pro-‘gay’ journalists throughout the industry.”

Following his 2009 visit to Uganda, a government official was quoted as saying:

“We must exterminate homosexuals before they exterminate society.”

Lively posted an update to the ‘Defend the Family’ web page while he was still in Uganda, bragging of the impact his hate-speech had on the people there.

“my host and ministry partner in Kampala, Stephen Langa, was overjoyed with the results of our efforts and predicted confidently that the coming weeks would see significant improvement in the moral climate of the nation, and a massive increase in pro-family activism in every social sphere. He said that a respected observer of society in Kampala had told him that our campaign was like a nuclear bomb against the “gay” agenda in Uganda. I pray that this, and the predictions, are true.”

Shortly after, the ‘kill the gays’ bill was introduced.

Lively is being sued for his role in the persecution of LGBT citizens in Uganda. Incidents of persecution against gays in Uganda have been steadily increasing over the past half decade, since Lively and other right wing fanatics targeted the country as ripe for spreading their distorted gospel of hate. LGBT citizens are attacked, arrested, imprisoned and deprived of basic human rights, such as the right to housing and food and water.

Now that he’s being sued, he claims he’s not responsible for the suffering of the LGBT community, although he went to Uganda with the sole purpose of instigating hatred toward gays. The misinformation that he spread while he was in Uganda, a country in which more than half the population is age 15 or younger, led directly to the increase in persecution seen today.

Now that he’s being sued, he’s not bragging about the ‘nuclear bomb’ he set off in Uganda. In fact, he’s claiming that the rise in persecution of gays in the country had nothing to do with him.

Daniel Payne #fundie thefederalist.com

These days it’s no easy life for perpetrators of fake hate crimes and hoaxes generally: every time somebody comes up with a really good fake scandal, the whole thing seems to unravel within a short while. Time was, a man could go through all the trouble to arrange a hoax and could expect to reap the rewards of his hard work. Not anymore.
What’s changed? Part of it is technological: there are more security cameras, more digital paper trails, more text message records. These present opportunities for hoaxes to be exposed: there are simply more chances for people to give something away, either idiosyncratically (by, say, sending an incriminating e-mail or text message) or extraneously (by being caught on a closed-circuit camera, for instance).

Perhaps more importantly, with the multiple sensational hoaxes taking place over the past decade or so (Breitbart has catalogued more than 100 of them), much of the public—at least among those of us who work in media—has become vigilant in spotting such chicanery and exposing it. Just the same, plenty of hoaxes still get widespread attention before they’re exposed; sometimes they cause lots of damage before they’re revealed as fake.
The good news is you can train yourself to be a hoax-spotter as well. You never know: you might be instrumental in exposing the next big fake hate crime or hoax. Here are three things to look for in determining whether an accusation is probably real or possibly fake.
1. The Allegations Are Too Good to Be True
What do I mean by this? Simply that you should be skeptical of claims that overly gratify certain biases or cultural narratives. The more an accusation of wrongdoing or criminal activity sounds like a picture-perfect capitalized example of Hate Crime or Wicked Evil Behavior, the more you should mistrust the claims.
Take, for example, the now-debunked Rolling Stone article “A Rape on Campus,” which detailed an alleged hours-long gang rape of one young woman by a bunch of fraternity boys. The whole story turned out to be a fabrication and a global humiliation for Rolling Stone. But in the beginning, everyone believed it. Why?

As Richard Bradley pointed out (Bradley was one of the first to publicly question the story), the tale gratified many people’s pre-existing biases: biases regarding “rape culture,” fraternities, men (especially Southern men), and feckless, hostile college bureaucracies. You could have hardly asked for a story that played into more prejudices. Coincidentally, the story turned out to be an enormous lie.
Those of us who raised suspicions were lambasted as “truthers” and rebuked as rape apologists and misogynists. Everybody could have saved themselves a lot of humiliation and anger during those crazy weeks if they had simply exercised a bit of healthy skepticism.
More recently, in the aftermath of the Orlando nightclub massacre, a fair number of people claimed to have either had sex with the shooter or else interacted with him on gay hookup apps. There’s that too-good-to-be-true narrative again: an openly anti-gay Islamic man is secretly an active homosexual. It gratifies many peoples’ prejudices: against religion, against anti-gay sentiment, against the way some cultures repress and lambast homosexuality and homosexual desires.
The problem: the allegations are totally unsubstantiated. The FBI has turned up zero evidence. Nobody can find any record of the shooter on any gay dating apps. Somebody produced what appeared to be a profile on one of the apps, but it turned out to be fake. The administrator of one of the apps openly stated he believed it was a hoax. One witness, when pressed to provide more evidence, “became combative,” according to the New York Times: “I don’t need to prove anything to anyone,” he said. “If I said it, it’s true.” Does that sound like a credible witness?

Be skeptical. It doesn’t mean you have to callously or conclusively doubt the people who are making these claims—you should not assume a priori that every victim or witness is a liar. You should, however, be appropriately incredulous when it comes to these things. Fantastical claims should trigger a red flag immediately.
2. The Evidence Doesn’t Add Up
You’re (probably) not a detective or even a journalist, and thus it’s not your job to gather forensic evidence at a crime scene or interview witnesses of murders or assaults. But that doesn’t mean you can’t still make a reasonable judgment regarding available evidence.
Take, for example, the University of Virginia rape hoax mentioned above. The victim claimed to have been raped for three hours on top of broken glass on a fraternity bedroom floor. But she also claimed she refused to go to the hospital for medical treatment. If you’ve been to any frat house across the country, you’ll know they usually aren’t the cleanest or most sanitary places on the planet (I’ve been to several at UVA, and most were uniformly gross). If the rape victim had declined to seek medical treatment after such an episode, the cuts on her back could easily have become infected and she probably would have fallen gravely ill and required hospitalization. That was just one small example of how her story did not add up.
More recently, gay YouTube personality Calum McSwiggan claimed that three homophobic men assaulted him outside of a gay bar in Los Angeles. By his own admission the men punched him hard enough on his mouth to break three of his teeth. The problem? Police later arrested McSwiggan for vandalizing a car, and his mug shot shows absolutely no visible damage to his mouth. Punching someone in the mouth hard enough to snap three teeth in half would leave a lot of bruising and swelling, if not graphically split lips.

More damningly, the Advocate interviewed McSwiggan a few days later, and McSwiggan showed off the bruises, cuts, and other injuries he claims he sustained from the incident—except for his allegedly broken teeth. It’s possible McSwiggan is telling the truth about the assault. But the available evidence strongly implies otherwise. It’s more likely the assault was mostly or entirely fabricated and will be revealed as such in the coming weeks.
So it is with many hoaxes: a quick review of the evidence will often turn up inconsistencies and incoherencies that suggest something isn’t right. Sometimes there are good explanations for these things. Sometimes the explanation is that it’s a hoax.
3. There Is A Big, Public Payoff for the Victim
Our culture has come to prize victimhood: it is often a lucrative trade. Students who claim to feel “unsafe” on college campuses are pampered and feted; liberal college mobs in recent years have even toppled university administrations and forced high-level officials to resign. Being a victim carries a great deal of prestige among large parts of twenty-first-century America.

With this in mind, it is unsurprising many people perpetrate hate hoaxes: they do it for the low kind of fame and fortune that often comes with being a victim. A few years ago a gay waitress fabricated an anti-gay incident for that very reason. A gay pastor in Austin, Texas did the same thing. A black activist at Kean University tweeted fake racist threats at her fellow black students to gin up controversy and build support for her activism.
Sometimes the payoff is less obvious but still very real: earlier this year three black women claimed they were assaulted on a public bus by white men who also hurled racial slurs at them. It turned out to be false: the young women had started a fight on the bus and wanted to deflect attention away from their own bad behavior. In the meantime the women received tons of support and the campus turned into a hotbed of racial activism. Payoff!
Whenever you read of a terrible or sensational claim of violence or bigotry, it is always worthwhile to ask: what is the potential payoff for the people making these claims? This doesn’t mean you should assume every victim of every crime is trying to scam you. But for the kinds of headline-grabbing events that often drive our news cycles, this kind of curious skepticism is always advisable.

If you follow these three rules, there is a better-than-average chance you’ll spot hoaxes instead of being sucked in by them. You may even do better than our credulous media and pundit class, both of which are often very eager to report on these hoaxes without doing even basic investigatory work. You will save yourself a lot of embarrassment on social media if you’re not taken in, and you won’t contribute to any mass hysteria or public pitchfork mobs in the meantime.
There is, of course, a danger in being too skeptical: in doubting 100 percent any kind of wild or fantastical claim a victim or witness makes. You shouldn’t close your mind to the possibility that these claims are true. All of the hoaxes listed here were 100 percent possible. The problem was, they weren’t very plausible—and in the end they ended up being total fakes, promoted and spread by people who were too eager to question much.
Do not be scared to be skeptical. It may make you unpopular with a certain class of people who eagerly want to believe everything that gratifies their biases. You might get yelled at or scolded if you are too prudent or cautious in getting on board with a public outrage. But you’ll be doing the right thing: making an informed judgment based on the facts instead of blind, biased rage. That’s always worthwhile.

Kevin Swanson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Rabidly anti-LGBTQ pastor Kevin Swanson declared on his radio show last month that if a pastor has a child who is gay, the only proper response is for that pastor to resign.

Swanson was responding to an old article written by a former pastor who said that if his children are gay, he’ll love them and “will pray for God to protect them from the ignorance and hatred and violence that the world will throw at them, simply because of who they are.”

Predictably, that did not sit well with Swanson, who infamously declared that if his own son were gay, he’d cover himself in cow manure and wail lamentations.

The proper response from a pastor who has gay children, Swanson said, “is sackcloth and ashes, tearing of the clothes, crying out to God for mercy” and repenting “that there is something terribly wrong with our family” and “that there is something terribly wrong in me.”

Having a gay child is a sign that “there may be something very, very wrong with the pastor himself,” Swanson said, expressing disbelief that “a man who thinks there is a possibility his kids could come out gay [would not] then not turn to himself and see there to be something of a problem with himself.”

“As a pastor, if your children turn out to be sinners,” he stated, “if it turns out they abandoned the faith while they are in the household, accused of riot and unruly debauchery, et cetera, within the household, you need to resign as a pastor.”

Bradlee Dean #fundie minnesotaindependent.com

Minnesota House Republicans invited anti-gay preacher Bradlee Dean of You Can Run But You Cannot Hide to give the morning prayer. The prayer was so offensive to many legislators that House leadership brought in the chaplain to redo the prayer.

Dean has made many controversial statements as pastor of You Can Run, including advocating the incarceration of gays and lesbians, that the LGBT community is trying to usher in Sharia law in Minnesota, that gay men molest an average of 117 children “before they get caught,” and that Muslim nations that execute gays are more moral than American Christians. His prayer on Friday touched off a firestorm at the Capitol as the LGBT community was rallying outside the House chambers against a proposed anti-gay marriage amendment.

Dean said during his prayer, “I know this is a nondenominational chamber,” he said listing off a litany of Christian denominations and leaving off any mention of Judaism.

Then he took a dig at President Obama, insinuating that he is not a Christian. “The head of the denomination is Jesus as every president up until 2008 has acknowledged, in Jesus name.”

Rep. Terry Morrow, DFL-St. Peter, rose to speak out against the prayer. At first he was at a loss for words.

“I want to express a deep level of concern about what occurred in this chamber this morning,” he said.

He said the fact that the House restarted the prayer was an indication that something went wrong. “I take that as an acknowledgment that there is legitimate cause for deep concern among the members and the staff and among the people of Minnesota.”

Today hope was crushed by the words of a single speaker,” he said. “Mr. Speaker, I do trust and hope that we understand the gravity and the severity of the prayer that has been given to the people within this chamber and out.”

“I’m shaking right now because I’m mad,” he concluded. “This cannot happen again.”

Already this year, in the Minnesota Senate, Republicans invited a pastor who gave a sectarian prayer that caused concern among that chamber’s non-Christian members.

Unnamed McGuffey High School Students #fundie huffingtonpost.com

A Pennsylvania high school has come under media scrutiny after a group of students organized an "Anti-Gay Day" in response to the nationally-observed Day of Silence.

The Day of Silence, which has been officially organized by GLSEN (or the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network) since 2001, encourages students and young adults to take a vow of silence in an effort to prompt officials to address the problem of anti-lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) bullying and harassment in their schools.

Although the Day of Silence was observed April 17 nationally, McGuffey High School in Claysville scheduled their related activities for Wednesday, April 15 because of a planned field trip, BuzzFeed is reporting. This prompted the group of students to ask classmates to wear flannel shirts and write "anti-gay" on their hands on Thursday, April 16, in protest, according to WPXI-TV.

In addition, participants posted Bible verses on the lockers of students who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender (LGBT), the news station noted. Meanwhile, some encounters between students who participated and those who didn't even got physical, The Advocate pointed out, and snapshots of the flannel-clad group appeared on social media.

"We came into school on Thursday and found a lot of people wearing flannel and we couldn’t figure out why,” Zoe Johnson, a 16-year-old McGuffey High School who identifies as bisexual, told BuzzFeed's David Mack. "People started getting pushed and notes were left on people’s lockers. ...I got called a dyke, a faggot. They were calling us every horrible name you can think of."

More troubling still was an alleged "lynch list," which the group was reported to have circulated around the school, according to WPXI-TV.

Sue Kerr, who is the editor-in-chief of Pittsburgh Lesbian Correspondents, slammed the event in a lengthy blog post.

"These kids didn’t just spontaneously pull a homophobic move. They have a plan," she wrote. "They have coordinated outfits. They live and attend school in a county with no discrimination protections based on sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression."

School officials have been mostly tight-lipped about the incident, but McGuffey High School Superintendent Erica Kolat released a statement to local station WPXI, noting that "allegations of harassment were brought to the attention of our administration."

"We resolve to ensure that all children can grow and learn in a safe, supportive environment free from discrimination," she noted.

Last week, the American Family Association's Tim Wildmon, who has been outspoken in his opposition to LGBT causes, was also critical of the Day of Silence, calling it a "hijacking of the classroom for political purposes."

Theodore Shoebat #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Theodore Shoebat, who was among the dozens of anti-gay activists, Republican members of Congress and GOP presidential hopefuls to be featured in Janet Porter's recent anti-gay "Light Wins" documentary, posted a new video over the weekend calling for a global "Inquisition" to eradicate homosexuality once and for all.

Outraged over reports that a doctor had been let go by Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for repeatedly spreading anti-gay material to colleagues, Shoebat posted a video declaring that "sodomite homo Sharia" was being imposed on America by "sodomite bastards" and "faggots" who do nothing but "go around spreading AIDS."

The only solution, he declared, is the imposition of a global law criminalizing homosexuality that will be enforced by a modern-day Inquisition with the power to put gays to death.

"I'm sick and tired of the homo tyranny," he said. "What the world needs is a collective law ... What we need is the laws of God, the virtues of Heaven to become the law of the world. That is the bottom line. Do I believe in Christian world domination? Absolutely. I would be a liar if I said I didn't. Do I believe in Christian supremacy? Absolutely. Do I believe in democracy? Hell no. Do I believe in some sort of democratic socialist republic? Hell no. I believe in monarchy, I believe in Inquisitions, I believe we need to revive the system of the Middle Ages that we had; we had no fag problems, we didn't have a lot of serial killers back in those days, we didn't have frickin drug cartel problems, we had none of the crap. We didn't have no fags asking to be married. None of that garbage."

"It's homo tyranny and it needs to be destroyed," Shoebat continued, "Christian world domination needs to be established and homosexuality needs to be deemed as a crime. And the homos need to be told, hey, you gotta stop that and if they don't stop that then, I'm sorry, we have an Inquisition and that Inquisition will enact the death penalty, as Scripture tells us."

Fake Hate: 9 False Discrimination Stories the Media Ran With

The left loves to portray the right as bigots who hate minorities, women, Muslims, and gays. So the media latch onto any claim of perceived discrimination or hate, real or not, and report it with glee (forget investigation and due diligence!).

Obviously, crimes do occur that are genuinely motivated by someone’s ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. But many are simply hoaxes committed by liberal activists for the cause of furthering their agenda. The media makes no distinctions in figuring out which ones are real and which are staged.

Just this past week, two more alleged hate crimes were debunked. After a gay bar owner’s business burned down in 2012, he complained he was ‘targeted’ because of his sexual orientation. He finally admitted to committing the act himself and was charged August 4.

In Tennessee last Tuesday, a court ruled that a lesbian couple had spray painted anti-gay slurs on their own garage before burning their house down and blaming it on their neighbor.

It’s not as if this hasn’t been done many times before. In just the past five years alone, two very similar cases attracted the media's attention. In 2011, a lesbian couple from Colorado staged their own anti-gay home vandalism that the media pounced on as a “hate crime.” Again, in 2012, lesbian Charlie Rogers mutilated herself with anti-gay slurs, faked a kidnapping story and burnt her house down in a hate crime hoax that garnered national attention.

Here are nine more (out of many!) fake hate crimes from the past five years that the media fell for and ran with.

(Marsh proceeds to list 9 very real and tragic crimes which she claims are fake)

…..

It pays to be a victim

A common thread the media ignores in these stories is the reputation of the alleged victims. They are nearly always activists who have made false claims in the past and they finally got their ‘big break’ in receiving nation-wide attention for their lie. When their story is found to be a complete fabrication, where does the blame go? Certainly not on them. Nor on the media, who will take any liberal voice at face value, regardless of reputation.

SurfWatch, Cyber Patrol, Net Nanny, Bess, WebSENSE and SmartFilter #fundie peacefire.org

Introduction
"Bait and Switch" is an experiment to find out whether small, personal home pages and Web sites of large organizations get identical treatment from blocking software companies in deciding what to block.
Most censorware products attempt to block "hate speech", with "hate speech" usually defined to include derogatory statements based on sexual orientation. (The definitions used by the different companies are usually published on the company Web sites; current definitions at the time of the experiment are collected here)

We collected some of the anti-gay statements from the home pages of four well-known conservative sites: the Family Research Council, the Focus on the Family, the Official Dr. Laura web page and Concerned Women for America (none of these sites are currently blocked by any of the programs that we tested). We then created one different "bait" Web page for each of these organizations, with the "bait" page consisting of quotes taken from the organization's Web site, without telling the viewer where the quotes came from. The "bait" pages were submitted for review to each of the blocking companies (through anonymous Hotmail accounts so that the companies wouldn't know the submissions were coming from Peacefire).

In all cases, the blocking companies agreed to block the pages we submitted in their "hate speech" categories. We then contacted the blocking companies to ask if they would block the organizations whose Web pages were the sources of our anti-gay quotes.

So far, all of the censorware companies in our experiment have been back-pedaling since then, saying that they will not block the pages which were the original sources for the anti-gay quotes. Naturally, Peacefire does not advocate censoring these pages, but only because we are against censorship in general. If blocking software claims to block sites which "denigrate people based on sexual orientation" -- as almost all censorware companies claim to do, in their published definitions of "hate speech" -- then the sites that we listed clearly meet those criteria.

The "bait" pages

We have set up local mirrors of each of the following "hate sites" since most of the free home page services currently hosting the pages have policies against "hate" -- so now that the following pages are going to get a lot of attention, they stand a good chance of getting deleted from the free page servers. Our local mirrors are identical to the originals, except for banner ads and cookie-setting scripts that have been removed.

Under "Quote attributions", we have also included the original location of each quote that appeared on the "bait" pages.

Why were some blocking programs left out of the experiment?

We submitted sites to SurfWatch, Cyber Patrol, Net Nanny, Bess, WebSENSE and SmartFilter. Most of these products comes with a secret database of sites that are blocked by the software (Net Nanny works off of a combination "bad word" and "bad site" list that is viewable to the user, although there is no way to tell in advance what sites will get blocked by the "bad word" filter). Most other products, such as WebChaperone and Cyber Sentinel, block sites solely on the basis of keywords that appear on the page and do not operate off of a blocked-site list, so the experiment would have been meaningless with them since they have no direct control over what sites get blocked. One product, I-Gear (made by Symantec), was left out of the experiment because we never got any response to the emails we sent suggesting sites to be blocked. CYBERsitter was excluded since long-standing legal issues between CYBERsitter and Peacefire precluded us from contacting them.

Kevin Swanson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

The organizer of the “National Religious Liberties Conference” in Des Moines, Iowa, announced today that Ted Cruz, Mike Huckabee and Bobby Jindal have committed to speaking at the summit, which will take place next month. -
Kevin Swanson, the conference’s chief organizer, is a far-right pastor and host of the “Generations Radio” program, on which he has frequently claimed that the government should put gay people to death, warned that the Girl Scouts and the movie “Frozen” turn girls into lesbians and blamed natural disasters on gay people and women who wear pants.

Swanson on homosexuality: Boycotts Girl Scout cookies because they “promote lesbianism” and “I don’t want my little girl turning into a lesbian.” Discussed whether the Rose Bowl should include a float where a gay person is stoned to death. Lamented that these days country singer Kacey Musgraves wasn’t lynched for her “promotion of homosexuality” through song. Urged people to hold up signs telling gay couples to die on their wedding day. Defended a Ugandan measure to make homosexuality a criminal offense punishable by life imprisonment or the death penalty, saying he was glad the country was “standing strong” by adopting extreme anti-gay laws. Agreed that gay marriage is like the Sandy Hook school massacre. Wanted America to have anti-gay laws “much like what the Pilgrims had” (the Pilgrims believed that homosexuality should be punishable by death, banishment and whippings) and enforce biblical law “that says that homosexuals should be put to death.” Explained that “a Christian perspective ultimately brought the death penalty upon homosexuality.”

Swanson on pop culture: “Frozen” is a demonic movie meant to “indoctrinate my five-year-old to be a lesbian.” Beyoncé is possessed by demons. Mark Twain was possessed by demons. The Beatles spread a “demonic approach to things.” Dumbledore encourages pedophilia. Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry sing “demon songs.” Katniss Everdeen is a “little girl anarchist.” Halloween is a celebration of the victims of Noah’s flood. William Shakespeare ruined America by planting the “seedbeds for homosexual themes and homosexual behavior.”

Gone Too Far #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Imagine an anti-LGBTQ gathering that included remarks by a trio of aggressively anti-gay activists—Scott Lively, Peter LaBarbera, and Brian Camenker—and now imagine that none of them was the most ridiculous, obnoxious or extreme speaker. Such was the scene at the National Press Club on Tuesday afternoon, where a new group calling itself “Gone Too Far” introduced itself with tirades against the LGBTQ equality movement, the proposed federal Equality Act, and members of the Congressional Black Caucus who support it.

Three right-wing African American pastors—Randy Short, Stephen Broden and E.W. Jackson—are part of the group’s organizing committee, as are Lively, LaBarbera, and Camenker. (Notably, the latter three were all part of a group of Religious Right leaders who defended Rep. Steve King when he was punished by his House colleagues for his most recent racist comments.) Additional organizing committee members include Arthur Shaper, head of the California branch of Camenker’s MassResistance; Paul Blair, president of Reclaiming America for Christ; and his Oklahoma clergy colleague, Dan Fisher. Blair is also a promoter of “nullification”–the notion that the individual states hold the power to nullify federal laws.

The press conference began with the blowing of a shofar, prayer, the singing of “Jesus Loves the Little Children” and “God Bless America,” and the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance. When Short took to the podium, things went downhill quickly.

“Today is a day that we declare war on those who are ungodly, unbiblical and wicked,” said Short, who is from the D.C. area and who is listed as “coordinator” of Gone Too Far on a press release. “We are sick and tired of all the deviants, all the eugenicists, all the homophiles coming out of the closet to destroy this country.” Short was particularly outraged that members of the Congressional Black Caucus, with the exception of Rep. Marcia Fudge, D-Ohio, have endorsed the Equality Act, which Short called “the pedophile bill.”

“We have a group that nobody wants that has decided like a parasite to hook itself to the history and legacy of the African American people,” he said.

Short, whose Facebook page denounces “CBC QOONS,” called members of the Black Caucus “a group of infamous fakers, haters, takers, liars, excuse-makers” who “have auctioned the future of our black babies for the sodomite agenda and for the pedophile or the minor-attracted person agenda.”

“I want to say to you,” said Short, “that the Congressional Black Caucus is the equivalent of a terminal venereal disease on the body of black people in this country, and they cannot take a stand against our people being wiped out.”

Short went after iconic CBC members by name. He declared Maxine Waters to be a “fraud,” adding there is “nothing black about her—her wig is from Korea.” Of civil rights hero John Lewis, he asked, “What closet are you in, boy? They didn’t beat you enough in the 60s for you to turn on God, turn on your people, turn on morality, turn on the black woman, turn on the black unborn, turn on the black children.” Short called on them all to resign.

Saying, “We don’t need a Hitler; we’ve got LGBTQ,” Short suggested that the equality movement is a conspiracy to spread diseases to the black community and “wipe out an unwanted population of people through immorality.”

Those people who should know better, who call themselves minority leaders—who know that bowel movement and the blood shed at Edmund Pettus Bridge don’t come together. We’ve got another epidemic brought to us that’s covered up—shingles. Folks sick because folks eat bowel movement in the sexual acts they have, and now they’re injecting children, giving them these diseases, calling it vaccines, because Big Pharma makes so much money off of the new odd diseases that come out of the conduct of these folks.

Short had an odd question for the audience: “Can anyone prove that all the slaveholders were heterosexual?” And he had an answer:

You can’t scientifically prove that. So didn’t some of these gays, even though they didn’t procreate way back then, didn’t they own our people? Who was raping the boys on the plantations? What is ‘breaking the buck?’ Why don’t we know that on the plantations, black men were raped by gay white men to break them down, and now we’re unified with them, and gay is the new black? Have you lost your mind?

One of the few people Short had any kind words for was Anita Bryant, who he said was right for her anti-gay-rights crusade in the 1970s. “God bless Anita Bryant,” he said.

A cursory online search turns up other examples of Short’s unusual worldview, including a 2014 statement attributed to him that asserted, “I will always love Ayatollah Khomeini.”

Next up was Broden of Dallas, Texas, who said during his failed 2010 congressional campaign that the violent overthrow of the government should be an option “on the table” for dealing with government tyranny.

Like Short, Broden made much of language in the Equality Act, saying that the purpose of the bill is “to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation—and for other purposes.” Broden implied that “other purposes” opens the door to the potential protection of pedophilia and bestiality by civil rights laws.

Broden said the “sinister” Equality Act would encroach on religious liberty and free speech, and would essentially transfer protections of the civil rights struggle to “wealthy white men.” Said Broden. “It is the gateway to a moral depravity that will ultimately destroy this nation.”

Following Broden to the microphone was Dan Fisher, who promoted Gone Too Far’s “Proclamation for Morality.” The proclamation spends a lot of time talking about sexually transmitted diseases, anal sex, pedophilia and, of course, the horrors of Drag Queen Story Hours.

“All truth is God’s truth,” Fisher said. “And his truth applies to all people at all times and in all places. There is not one truth for men and another for women, one for blacks and another for whites, one for heterosexuals, and another for those identifying as LGBTQ.” God alone, he said, has the authority to define and regulate sexuality and marriage.

“If Congress attempts to label as a civil right that which has been understood by generations as immoral, it would not only be reversing centuries of western Judeo-Christian thought, but would be in essence, as Pastor Broden said, actually rendering historic, orthodox Christianity illegal,” Fisher said.

Next up was Stephen Black, who runs a ministry for “sexually and relationally broken people.” Black said God saved him from his gay-identified “years in darkness” and he denounced efforts by LGBTQ activists to ban conversion therapy for minors. He said the term “gay Christian” is “heresy.”

Scott Lively, the notorious globe-trotting anti-LGBTQ activist and author of “The Pink Swastika,” followed Black at the mic. (Lively ran unsuccessfully last year for the Republican nomination for governor of Massachusetts.) At the Gone Too Far event, he took special aim at the Equality Act, anti-discrimination legislation that was introduced in the 115th Congress. The Equality Act, Lively said, is not really about equality but about “LGBT supremacy.”

Lively denounced former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, author of landmark gay-rights rulings, as “the worst enemy of the family in the history of the Supreme Court.” Lively charged that the Equality Act was meant to accomplish what he said was the LGBT movement’s goal of abolishing laws governing the age of sexual consent, as well as the legalization of prostitution and polygamy. He also said that that the transgender movement is really about promoting the “pedophilia agenda.”

After Lively came Peter LaBarbera, famed for his fondness for chronicling leather/fetish events in lurid detail as head of Americans for Truth About Homosexuality. Lively became part of Camenker’s growing MassResistance organization last year, and at this week’s press conference, he promoted the group’s tome on “the health hazards of homosexuality.”

LaBarbera said the LGBTQ movement is an anti-God, anti-normal, anti-truth, anti-moral, anti-freedom “revolution” being led by people who are “desperate to rationalize their sin.” He said gay rights activists are “accelerating their war on the church because the church, the Christian church mainly, is the last bastion of opposition to this revolution.”

Camenker wasn’t at the speaker’s table but was given a minute at the end of the press conference to say how “thrilled” he is to be part of the Gone Too Far effort. At an anti-gay gathering in 2015, Camenker said that God has “very brutal” rules for dealing with people who want to tear down the moral structure of society: they “must be destroyed.”

During a Q&A period, Broden said the Equality Act is part of a “dark, evil sinister plot to destroy America.” Tapping another right-wing conspiracy theory, Broden said the Act’s origins go back to the development of “Cultural Marxism” in Germany in the 1920s. Lively also spoke about Cultural Marxism, which he said was another name for secular humanism, which he said was a religion that elite establishment Republicans and Democrats share.

Asked by a conservative activists about Trump, who waved a rainbow flag on the campaign trail, Lively defended the president, saying he cuts Trump some slack for not doing more because he “still does not have control of the government” due to deep state activists who have their claws and tentacles dug into the Defense and State departments. “Donald Trump is God’s man in the White House,” Lively declared.

Gone Too Far is promoting “God’s Voice,” a conference being held in Oklahoma City on February 22 and 23 that is described as “a biblical response to the queering of the church.” LaBarbera and Black are among the scheduled speakers, along with radio host Janet Mefferd.

Steve Crampton and Matt Barber #fundie truthwinsout.org

(on the Seattle anti-gay preacher beign attacked at a Gay Pride parade)

[Steve] Crampton and Barber warned that these sorts of attacks on anti-gay Christians will only increase in the months and years ahead because, as Crampton explained, “the life of the average homosexual is not controlled by reason” but a perverted lust and passion that has “overwhelmed them.” And thus, when you couple that “a lack of self-control” with “the taste of blood,” you have a recipe for further bloodletting.

[Matt] Barber agreed, declaring that gays “define their entire identity based up aberrant sexual behaviors and sexual temptations and acting on those temptations” and so, as Scripture proclaims, they are eventually consumed by this “lust-filled, sex-centric, perversion-centric lifestyle” and ultimately driven by a “dark soul” to commit this sort of violent behavior.

Chris Sevier #fundie rawstory.com

A Texas man is trying to overturn legal same-sex marriage by suing for the right to marry his laptop computer.

Chris Sevier has filed a lawsuit against the Harris County district clerk, Gov. Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton, arguing that he has been denied civil rights to marry the Mac computer he uses to create electronic dance music, reported the Midland Reporter-Telegram.

Sevier, a Vanderbilt Law School graduate who says he’s “hardcore involved in the music industry,” has filed the same lawsuit in two other states and plans to sue in 12 other states in hopes of getting two federal courts to disagree.

“[This lawsuit] is not a matter of who’s on the right side of history,” Sevier said. “This is about who is on the right side of reality. Are we just delusional?”

Paxton, the Republican state attorney general in Texas, has asked a federal judge to dismiss the lawsuit, arguing that the U.S. Supreme Court decision legalizing same-sex marriage did not extend to non-humans.

“The right to marry one’s computer is not an interest, objectively, deeply rooted in the nation’s history and tradition such that it qualifies as a protected interest,” argue Paxton, a strong opponent of same-sex marriage.

Sevier’s argument is also patently offensive to LGBT Americans, who are no strangers to bizarre and outrageous comparisons by anti-gay bigots.

“Any argument against marriage equality that compares an adult in a consenting same-sex relationship to anything other than two normal loving humans is just wrong,” said Matt Wolff, a gay Texan who is marrying his partner later this year. “It is based in that person’s fear, and at this point in history, I would say willful ignorance.”

U.S. District Judge Alfred H. Bennett ordered Sevier last week to limit his court filings to 20 pages and denied his motion asking for coverage of $400 in court costs.

Sevier, a self-described Christian music producer, insists his lawsuits are entirely serious.

“The Constitution is being hijacked,” he said.

Sevier was charged with stalking country singer John Rich in 2013 as part of a long-running dispute, which included lawsuits, restraining orders and bizarre emails.

Police said Sevier sent numerous emails to the former Big & Rich singer, including one of himself “wearing very little if any clothing with an American flag draped over his body and having a substance, believed to be representing blood, covering himself.”

He was charged with stalking a teenage girl that same year after police said he harassed the girl for months over a conversation he overheard at a coffee shop.

Sevier, who lost his law license in Tennessee due to mental illness attributed to his military service in Iraq, has also sued Apple Computer.

He filed a pro se suit nearly three years ago asking a court to require the tech company to sell all of its products in safe mode to limit access to Internet pornography — which he claims caused him personal harm.

“Apple’s product was not adequately equipped with safety features that would have otherwise blocked unwarranted intrusions of pornographic content that systematically poisoned his life,” he argued in a 50-page complaint.

Sevier also sued President Barack Obama and A&E, alleging in a 91-page complaint that they conspired to fire “Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson.

Janet Museveni #fundie ibtimes.co.uk

Uganda's First Lady has declared that if cows can't be gay then humans definitely cannot be gay either.

Janet Museveni delivered the bewildering statement during a speech to the Church of Uganda's bishops to praise their work which had "progressed" the country.

Uganda recently passed an anti-gay bill, supported by the church, which will punish homosexual acts with life sentences.

"If cows did not practice homosexuality, how could we the human beings start arguing over homosexuality?" asked Museveni, who is also Minister for Affairs in the region of Karamoja.

Museveni stated that Uganda should follow God and not repeal the anti-gay law, after more than 50 civil society groups filed opposition petitions against the bill in Uganda's Constitutional Court last week.

"We must listen to God and obey him," she said. "Thank you God for leading us."

Illinois Family Institute #fundie rightwingwatch.org

A coalition of anti-gay groups is once again urging parents to keep their children out of school on the annual anti-bullying “Day of Silence.” The Illinois Family Institute published the call to action on its website today, signed by activists including Matt Barber, Concerned Women for America’s Penny Nance, Americans For Truth About Homosexuality’s Peter LaBarbera, Scott Lively, Linda Harvey, Liberty Counsel’s Mat Staver, and MassResistance’s Brian Camenker.

Calling the GLSEN-sponsored event “the queen of all the numerous homosexuality-affirming activities that take place in public schools,” the activists allege that it is meant to “indoctrinate 16-year-olds.”

“We must demonstrate the boldness and perseverance of the Left if we hope to stop the relentless appropriation of public education for the promotion of homosexuality,” they exhort.

The Day of Silence has long been a target of anti-gay group’ efforts to crack down on anti-bullying efforts in schools.

The Day of Silence is the queen of all the numerous homosexuality-affirming activities that take place in public schools. It started in one university and then like a cancer metastasized to thousands of high schools, and then into middle schools. Before long it will take place in elementary schools. Leftists know that it’s easier to indoctrinate 16-year-olds than 36-year-olds and easier still to indoctrinate 6-year-olds.

GLSEN promotes the Day of Silence as an “anti-bullying” effort. If it were solely about eradicating bullying, everyone—liberals and conservatives alike—would support it. But it’s not.

The Day of Silence exploits government schools, captive audiences, and anti-bullying sentiment to advance the Left’s social, moral, and political beliefs and goals. GLSEN seeks to advance the belief that all public expressions of moral disapproval of homosexual activity are bullying.

A coalition of pro-family organizations is once again urging parents to keep their children home from school on the Day of Silence if their school administrations will be allowing students to politicize instructional time by refusing to speak. This is the only organized national effort to oppose any pro-homosexual activity or event in public schools.

The absence of conservative influence within the culture on issues related to homosexuality is to some extent the fault of conservatives. Ignorance, fear, and an astounding lack of perseverance on the parts of conservatives have turned our cultural institutions—including public education—into the playground of “progressives.” Our passivity has enabled homosexual activists and their ideological allies to become social, political, and pedagogical bullies. Evidence of that is everywhere, including in schools on the GLSEN’s annual April school event, the Day of Silence.

We must demonstrate the boldness and perseverance of the Left if we hope to stop the relentless appropriation of public education for the promotion of homosexuality.

Pastor Charles Flowers and others #fundie lgbtqnation.com

A highly decorated openly gay Iraq war combat veteran was booed by a crowd of anti-gay protesters during his speech to the San Antonio City Council meeting Wednesday evening.

Former Marine Staff Sergeant Eric Alva — a San Antonio native who was the first American service member seriously injured in the Iraq War when he stepped on a land mine in March 2003 and lost his right leg — was speaking in favor of a proposed addition to the city’s non-discrimination law that would add protections for sexual orientation, gender identity and veteran status.

But as Alva began to deliver his remarks, many in the crowd of approximately 200 people attending the council meeting began to boo.

“To all you people that preach the word of God, shame on you because God loves me, like the day I laid bleeding on the sands of Iraq and that’s why he saved me,” Alva told the crowd as left the podium, still visibly shaken from the crowd’s reaction.

Later on Facebook, Alva wrote:

“Well I just left city council chambers and I feel like crying. I have never seen a city so divided and hateful towards each other. All of man kind should be ashamed. I already spoke and even some of the religious groups even boo’ed me as I spoke. Such disrespect as they preach the word of God.”

Prior to the council session, local anti-gay rights advocate Pastor Charles Flowers of the Faith Outreach Center led a prayer vigil and demonstration outside City Hall where he told the crowd, “Let them vote ‘no’ to this ordinance, and ‘yes’ to the reign of the kingdom of God.”

I wonder if many gays know what liberals really think of them and what their goals are outside using them to try and destroy our democracy. Marxist writings are flagrantly racist, sexist and anti-gay. Here we have a perfect example....the ACLU working hard to support a vicious anti-gay hate group, that wants to spread its "God hates FAGS" message in the most inappropriate manner, at military funerals (these people are nuts). Why would they do this? It doesn't make much sense until you find out that this group is a far left group (most hate groups are). The ACLU shares their attitude toward gays as do most liberals.

Antoly Artukh #fundie news.ninemsn.com.au

Russian authorities are investigating a milk brand after an anti-gay group accused it of promoting homosexuality to children by featuring a rainbow on its milk cartons.

The People's Council claims the label on Vesyoly Molochnik milk, owned by the multinational beverage company Pepsi Co, is in violation of St Petersburg's anti-gay propaganda law, ABC News reports.

The label features a mustachioed milkman and a prancing cow with purple spots under a rainbow.

People's Council spokesman Antoly Artukh said the label "immediately put me on alert"

"A rainbow appeared on the cartons, a world-renowned symbol of the gay movement," Mr Artukh.

Mr Artukh accused Pepsi Cola of trying to promote homosexuality to young people, saying "this is a company renowned for actively and aggressively financing and promoting homosexuality."

Curtis Knapp #fundie huffingtonpost.com

Yet another Christian pastor's anti-gay rant has come to light in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) blogosphere.

As first reported by Good As You's Jeremy Hooper, Curtis Knapp, pastor of the New Hope Baptist Church in Seneca, Kan., appears to call for the death of gays in this disturbing audio.

"They should be put to death -- that's what happened in Israel," Knapp proclaims. "That's why homosexuality wouldn't have grown in Israel."

He continues: "Oh, so you're saying we should go out and start killing them? No, I'm saying the government should. They won't, but they should."

Knapp's declaration follows that of Charles L. Worley, the North Carolina pastor who condemned President Obama's much-publicized endorsement of same-sex marriage while calling for gays and lesbians to be put in an electrified pen and left to die off.

Similarly, the pastor's comments seem in line with statements made by Ron Baity, founding pastor of Berean Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, N.C. and head of the anti-marriage equality organization Return America, who told his own congregation that LGBT people should be prosecuted as they were historically, and Pastor Sean Harris of the Berean Baptist Church in Fayetteville, N.C. who advocated parents "punch" their male child if he is effeminate and "crack that wrist" if he is limp-wristed.

Likewise, Tim Rabon, pastor at Beacon Baptist Church in Raleigh, N.C., condemned states such as Massachusetts, Connecticut and Maryland which have already "re-defined" marriage to include lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) couples before asking his congregants, "What is stopping them from refining marriage from a person and a beast? We're not far from that."

David Noebel and others #fundie splcenter.org

In 1986, [David Noebel] teamed up with Paul Cameron (see Family Research Institute) and then-Summit instructor Wayne Lutton, currently a leader in the white-supremacist Council of Conservative Citizens, to write Special Report: AIDS, which became one of the most controversial anti-gay tracts ever published.

Pat Buchanan's blurb on the back cover sums up the spirit of this Special Report: "In a healthy society," Buchanan writes, homosexuality is "contained, segregated, controlled and stigmatized."

Bolstered by Cameron's studies alleging that gay people were intentionally spreading the AIDS virus, Special Report proposes a number of means to "suppress" the outbreak, concluding that it might become necessary to "exile" all "active homosexuals" from America.

Summit continues to preach anti-gay propaganda to the next generation of fundamentalist activists, with Mike Haley, an "ex-gay" campaigner who is Focus on the Family's "youth and gender specialist" and author of a book called Straight Answers: Exposing the Myths and Facts about Homosexuality, currently on the faculty.

thoughtsandreplies #fundie thoughtsandreplies.tumblr.com

[ People like you are the reason I prefer the term "Straight supremacist" when talking in reference to anti-gay individuals. It doesn't downplay exactly what you are. ]

Homosexual activists took the term gay that meant happy for themselves. They took the symbol of the rainbow which was a sign of God’s covenant with the earth to make their plight look equivalent to that of the non-white races. So I won’t be surprised that you propaganda ridden activist would do something so hateful and stupid as attempt to demonize those who disagree with the homosexual act as unhealthy, as if they were racists. And muddy the language to make us sound like we are against homosexual individuals themselves rather than their lifestyle for their own sake with the phrase ‘anti-gay’. It’s quite to be expected. Homosexuality was never disproven to be a mental illness scientifically, it was activists that got it removed as such. So it’s no wonder that the unreasoning attacks against any criticism continue on that tack. Critical thinking has been abandoned when it comes to the whole left’s libertine views.
But consider it more thoroughly; your language is wrong and you are attacking people who hate-not with the implications inborn in your language that they do. This is deeply dishonest.
One ‘lifestyle’ is definitely more moral than the other. This basic reasonable judgement cannot be tossed out with the assumption that this means all straights are better than all homosexuals with your kurt little phrase ‘str8 supremacy’. That is dishonest unreasoning nonsense.
If you love the truth at all you will examine carefully such language and put it where it belongs, in the rubbish bin.

Rejecting "Double Bigotry" - Zoophobia Does Not Justify Homophobia | Cross Species Alliance

As institutionalized bigotry against the gay community becomes less and less acceptable within American culture, homophobes are finding it increasingly difficult to find support for their hate. Culturally, hating someone because of their sexual orientation no longer is considered an appropriate position to be taken in public - even if homophobia of the private sort continues to be distributed broadly throughout society.

Finding themselves on the losing end of history, the homphobes are engaged in a rear-guard action against the forces of diversity and mutual respect. Hatred - at least, the anti-gay kind of hatred - is quickly going out of style.

Out of this historical moment has come an uniquely prurient justification for anti-gay hatred and discrimination. Most recently, this "double bigotry" was expressed by homophobe Ben Carson, of Johns Hopkins, in an attempt to justify his stance against marriage equality. We quote:

Quote:
"My thoughts are that marriage is between a man and a woman. It's a well-established, fundamental pillar of society and no group, be they gays, be they NAMBLA, be they people who believe in bestiality. It doesn't matter what they are. They don't get to change the definition."

We're not sure what the precise meaning of the phrase "people who believe in bestiality" is intended to be. "Bestiality" - or, to use an accurate term, "zoophilia" - has been documented throughout human history in all recorded human cultures across the globe. Whether one "believes" in its existence or not does not actually impact the reality of its ubiquitous existence as a part of the expressed sexual diversity of the species Homo sapiens sapiens, any more than "believing" in gravity is a prerequisite for falling down a well.

That said, we'll infer that what Dr. Carson intended to convey in this phrase is something along the lines of "people who conclude based on extensive evidence that sexual relations between humans and members of other animal species is not only observationally commonplace, but also a healthy and essential component of human sexual diversity." If that's a fair rephrasing, then we at the Cross Species Alliance are indeed part of that group of people - a growing group of people which includes individuals from academic sexologists through animal welfare activists, noted psychologists, cultural theorists, and a wide range of popular culture figures.

We in this group reject bigotry, and we reject in particular bigotry aimed at unpopular sexual minorities who are targeted by society not due to any harm or other objectively-supported reason, but rather as a result of simple hatred of those who are different, unconventional, misunderstood, or - crucially - historically subjected to social persecution (the "we've always hatred them, who stop now?" argument). We of the Cross Species Alliance reject this bigotry.

The hatred of zoophiles - zoophobia - is no more appropriate within a healthy, diverse society than is the hatred of gay people - homophobia. Both are expressions of human bigotry, and both manifest as discrimination against and persecution of sexual minorities by majority populations. Justifying one - homophobia - by reference to the other - zoophobia - is tragically, ironically flawed both logically and morally. Two hatreds don't make a right, and bigotry doesn't justify more bigotry.

Sadly, the LGBT community has chosen to reject the "double bigotry" of equating same-sex attraction with zoophilia by denouncing zoophilia, and by pointing out that - in recent years, anyway - it's not ok culturally to hate gay people, but it is in fact still considered acceptable to hate (and persecute, and assault, and imprison, and otherwise victimize) zoophiles. This is a cowardly, hypocritical, shameful approach to take. It does no honor to the LGBT world to tacitly embrace zoophobia as part of their ongoing work towards a post-homophobic world.

The Cross Species Alliance rejects bigotry against all healthy, respectful, reciprocal sexual minorities - discriminating against people based on their sexual orientation is wrong, period. Full stop. Justifying one hatred - of gay people - by citing another hatred - of zoophiles - is disgraceful. Conversely, rejecting one hatred - homophobia - is best accompanied by a rejection of the other hatred: zoophobia.

That a form of bigotry - zoophobia - is widespread and largely culturally accepted does not make it right. Mere decades ago, homophobia was exactly that in the United States: widespread and culturally accepted. If our only metric for deciding what groups to hate was to reference what groups are currently hated, there would be no women's rights movement, no civil rights movement, and indeed no progress towards gay rights. Instead, we as a society must question deeply and honestly whether historical hatreds and historical bigotries have a legitimate role in our world today. Homophobia fails that test, and so does zoophobic bigotry.

Those who cling to their hatred of gay people must look elsewhere to rationalize it. Equating that hatred to another hatred actually demonstrates one thing quite clearly: that hatred can never serve as its own justification.

The Cross Species Alliance (crossspeci.es | @CrossSpecies), formed in 2013, works towards a world free of anti-zoophile bigotry. In conjunction with other groups worldwide, and in partnership with academic and professional subject matter experts, it confronts zoophobia and gives voice to the hundreds of millions of zoophiles worldwide: 1% of the total human population, according to published data. Through media engagement, information dissemination, in-house publications, and zoophile community outreach, the Alliance disseminates practical and theoretical tools to anti-zoophobia activists around the world. Additionally, the Alliance coordinates with the DeepJustice Network (deepjustice.net | @DeepJustice) to fund aggressive legal counsel for persecuted zoophiles, confront zoophobic bigots, and seek civil damages against libelers of zoophiles in print, electronic, and broadcast media. The Cross Species Alliance does not speak for the zoophile community in all its diversity and complexity, but rather provides a platform through which zoophiles can express themselves as individuals and as a global community.

Theodore Shoebat #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Last week, extremist anti-gay activist Theodore Shoebat posted a video in which he gloated that when Jesus Christ returns, he'll slaughter every single gay person in the world.

Shoebat, who last year was featured alongside several Republican members of Congress and GOP presidential candidates in an anti-gay "documentary," was using an incident in Australia where two men were arrested for sexually abusing a 10-month-old girl to yet again make his case that all gay people should be put to death.

"In a biblical society," Shoebat stated, "every fag would be rounded up and killed. But that's not going to happen, but believe me, when Jesus comes back, Jesus is going to kill all these sodomites. You're going to be praying to be living under a Catholic society from the Middle Ages because when Jesus comes back, it's going to be a lot more brutal."

"He's going to find all you bastards and he's going to slaughter every single one of you," said Shoebat with a smile on his face. "I can't wait for that day to come. It's going to be a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful world."

Emily Thomes #fundie christian.org.uk

Guardian smears Christian’s online testimony

Emily Thomes's uplifting testimony was branded 'conversion therapy' by The Guardian.
The Guardian has denied the transformative effect of salvation by labelling a woman’s moving testimony: “conversion therapy”.

Emily Thomes appeared in a video made by Christian media group Anchored North, who describe themselves as “next generation evangelists, using media and evangelism to reach the lost with the gospel”.

Her video is entitled “Love is love” – a popular slogan among gay rights activists – but her story is one of becoming a Christian, rather than living as a gay woman.

God’s love
Emily grew up in Texas, where she engaged in a “wild”, promiscuous lesbian lifestyle, eventually becoming engaged to a single mother.

In 2014 she joined a bible study, intending to leave at the first mention of her ‘lifestyle’, but instead found herself confronted by her own sin.

“It’s not gay to straight, it’s lost to saved”

Emily Thomes
She became a Christian and turned from her homosexual practices and now shares her testimony to help others.

‘Anti-gay message’
The video has received over two million views on Facebook, but The Guardian attacked the message of gracious, heavenly love, because it sent an ‘anti-gay message’.

The newspaper said Anchored North’s videos amounted to conversion therapy, which the group rejected, saying instead: “What we’re saying is God changes the heart”.

Greg Sukert, co-founder of the website, added that Emily had received abuse and even death threats for her courageous decision to speak out.

‘Abuse’
The Guardian highlighted that conversion therapy is banned in parts of the US, and spoke to pro-LGBT minister-in-training Deb Cuny, who likened the video to her own experience of “conversion therapy classes”.

She said she wanted to “expose all the different subtle practices of the church that don’t have the label of conversion therapy, but clearly are”, claiming that “Any attempt to change someone’s sexual or gender identity, even through something as subtle as prayer, is conversion therapy.”

But in her video, Emily said: “It’s not gay to straight, it’s lost to saved. God calls us not to heterosexuality but to holiness.

“Even though the world would paint a totally different story of what sexuality is and isn’t, God’s word is clear, and he can save and he does and he will.”

"Recovered memory" prosecutions—which put hundreds behind bars in the daycare and "satanic abuse" witchhunts of the 1980s and early 1990s—are back. In Boston on February 15, 74-year-old defrocked priest, Paul Shanley, was sentenced to 12 to 15 years in prison based solely on uncorroborated "recovered memories" of a man who claimed Shanley abused him 20 years earlier. Alexander Cockburn wrote in CounterPunch (19/20 February): "In the state that gave us Salem in the seventeenth century and the Amiraults (all wrongly sent to prison on charges brought by Middlesex county District Attorney Martha Coakley) in the twentieth, Shanley's case has reintroduced recovered memory to the courtrooms of the twenty-first."

Shanley has been one of the prime whipping boys in the explosive sex scandals that have rocked the Catholic church beginning in 2002, when the Boston Globe began a series on priests and sexual abuse of youth. Roderick MacLeish Jr., the personal injury lawyer representing Shanley's accuser, retailed scandalous tales to the press about Shanley, which have been refuted by JoAnn Wypijewski in CounterPunch. She actually read the 1,600-page official church file on Shanley, which apparently no other reporters bothered to do. As Cockburn pointed out, "Had they done so, they would have found nothing to buttress the claims that Shanley founded NAMBLA [North American Man/Boy Love Association], or was ever a member, or had ever advocated sex between men and little boys, or had a 30-year record of child abuse complaints made against him or a history of being moved from parish to parish. Yet all these allegations have become the common currency of Shanley's biography, and if guards usher a murderer into his cell, the killer will probably have the NAMBLA charge at the top of his mind."

In fact, Paul Shanley did openly advocate recognizing homosexuality as a normal sexual variation (based partly on the pioneering work of Alfred Kinsey), and did have homosexual liaisons. He was a long-haired "street priest" in the 1960s, mentioned in the book Common Ground, who tried to help runaways and kids hooked on drugs. Shanley's "association" with NAMBLA is that he attended a conference of people fighting a Boston anti-gay witchhunt at the end of which some people, not including Shanley, founded a group that later became NAMBLA.

NAMBLA's name is perennially dragged through the plentiful Boston mud, having been pounded for over 20 years by media smears and witchhunting prosecutions. We in the Spartacist League have repeatedly defended this tiny beleaguered group as an elementary act of proletarian decency. We oppose criminalizing their advocacy of the eminently reasonable proposition that youth who have sexual feelings be allowed to express them. NAMBLA simply advocates the decriminalization of consensual sex between men and boys.

It is telling, in this deeply puritanical society, that the pitch of modern inquisitions increases according to the proximity of youth and sex. It is no accident that the church sex scandals have focused overwhelmingly on gay sex (did no priest ever touch a girl?), as this is guaranteed to set reactionary alarm bells ringing a lot louder. Since the daycare witchhunts, the code word for anti-sex crusaders, from the Christian right to the straightlaced morality feminists, has been "protect the children" from so-called pedophiles. This campaign reflects anti-gay bigotry, increased powers of repression for the capitalist state and a shoring up of reactionary "family values" like the domestic slavery of women and stultifying "abstinence only" for young people.

Gerald Amirault, a married man with children of his own, was released from prison in 2004 after being unjustly imprisoned for 18 years, framed up with incredible tales of evil robots, knives and dead pets at the Fells Acres Day School he ran with his sister and mother (who were also imprisoned). This was based solely on the coerced testimony of children whose only real abuse came at the hands of the prosecutors who, in their zeal for convictions and publicity, fed so much crap into them that they still reel from the trauma. Just as Amirault was up for a commutation, the church sex story exploded and he lost another two years to prison, as the cowardly politicians of Massachusetts refused, in the midst of the scandal, to set him free, despite the Board of Pardons' unanimous recommendation. We defended the Amiraults, and many other daycare workers, against the witchhunts of their time.

Now former priest Paul Shanley has been thrown to the wolves of "recovered memory" prosecution. This is a very dangerous thing. No evidence was presented that he committed any crime. This may be a difficult case for some of our readers to grasp, given the passionate—and legitimate—disgust so many feel for the real miseries inflicted by organized religion in this socially backward country, from the Christian fundamentalist right to the Roman Catholic hierarchy. The Catholic church upholds subservience to authority, from children's submission to parents, a wife's submission to her husband, the flock's submission to the priest and submission of all humanity to God. The worst thing, ultimately, about religion is that it preaches blind faith in false, mystical forces ruling our fate, crippling humanity's fight for freedom from oppression and for control over nature.

We care about the suffering of those victimized by corrupt, violent institutions and adults—whether priests or bullying state prosecutors. The terror and helplessness felt by children coerced into submission by frightening authority figures like priests, especially when combined with enforced guilt about sex, does scar them for life. Obviously the church has a lot to cover up—look at the millions in hush money it's been dishing out (including to some of Shanley's accusers). Forced out over the scandal was Boston's arrogant Cardinal Bernard Law, the Catholic version of Harvard's all-purpose bigot Larry Summers (who recently speculated that women, Jews, Catholics and white basketball players are perhaps innately incapable of certain activities). Surely there are many abusive priests. But we'll never know what happened in many cases, as the actual guilt or innocence of those singled out to be demonized is irrelevant to both prosecutors and the church hierarchy, who would rather throw money at accusers than uncover the truth. This too is a terrible injustice to those abused.

The falsity and reactionary political uses of "recovered memory" prosecutions were thoroughly exposed a decade ago. In a major review of research and books debunking "recovered memory" prosecutions, we wrote: "Much of this persecution aims to strengthen the bourgeois state in its regulation of the population and to spread panic, as a diversion from the real brutality of life in this twisted, mean, bigoted, racist society" (Women and Revolution, No. 45, Winter-Spring 1996). What we wrote then is equally true today: It is in the interests of all in the workers movement to protest and oppose this new, deadly "recovered memory" witchhunt. Free Paul Shanley!

Mat Staver #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Mat Staver, the head of the anti-LGBTQ legal group Liberty Counsel, returned to his favorite analogy last week, saying that the Southern Poverty Law Center’s labeling of his group as an anti-gay hate group is part of a persecution of Christians in America reminiscent of the treatment of Jews in Nazi Germany, and linked the removal of Confederate monuments throughout the country to a larger “civil war against our values” happening in the U.S.

Several years ago, the SPLC started adding anti-gay groups like Liberty Counsel to its lists of hate groups, noting that its decision to label these groups as hate groups was generally “based on their propagation of known falsehoods” about LGBTQ people and specifying that “[v]iewing homosexuality as unbiblical does not qualify organizations for listing as hate groups.” However, this has not stopped many of the anti-LGBTQ groups whom the SPLC has listed from claiming that they are merely on the list because of an opposition to marriage equality.

In an interview on VCY America’s “Crosstalk” program on August 22, Staver said that SPLC knows that these anti-LGBTQ groups “are not violent organizations, they know that they are Christian organizations, and they know that they oppose any kind of hatred or violence. They just don’t agree with us on the issue of marriage.” (SPLC has never claimed that Liberty Counsel or its anti-LGBTQ allies are “violent organizations.”)

When the host of the program, Jim Schneider, asked how far the nation would let this sort of thing go, Staver issued a dire warning.

“I think that’s a question that everyone listening here needs to answer,” he said, “I think we’ve crossed the line and we can’t let this go any further. We’ve got to push back, it cannot happen like this. You know, if you go back into the 1930s, what ultimately happened back then with the Jews—and history, you know, there’s other histories you can point to—but they began to ultimately ban Jews from public employment, then ban Jews from their private employment, then put a Star of David on their ID and a Star of David on their passport, restrict their travel, restrict their income opportunity, and eventually you know what happened, we had to fight a World War II over that issue.”

(Speaking of travel restrictions, Staver went on the radio to defend President Trump’s travel ban for residents of several Muslim-majority nations earlier this year.)

Later in the interview, Staver lamented the “coarsening of discourse and a lack of morals and integrity” in American political debates, which he chalked up to “the erosion of our Judeo-Christian values” and what he claimed is intolerance of dissent.

“That is so much different than anything we’ve ever had before,” he said, “and continuing on this way, I think it’s almost, it’s like a civil war against our values, it’s a war against the very essence of who we are.”

He continued: “And there’s a number, like Antifa, that’s an anarchist group, they call themselves anarchists. I mean, an anarchist is somebody who wants to create anarchy, this is to just to completely destroy all the institutions. And you see this happening with the monuments. You know, I understand the concern people have against the Confederate monuments, I get all that, I understand that, I have a lot of people, a lot of friends that are affected by that. On the other hand, I have a lot of friends who say, ‘Look, this is part of our history.’”

He added that “if we want to start taking down our history, our monuments, because certain people were not at the same level that we want them to be today” the only monuments that would remain would be those of Jesus Christ.

Jeff Allen #fundie barbwire.com

By a 2-1 vote, a panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Google’s argument that the removal of the film “Innocence of Muslims” amounted to a violation of their First Amendment constitutional protection of the freedom of speech.

The plaintiff in the case, Cindy Lee Garcia, who has faced “serious threats against her life,” objected to the film being posted on YouTube on the basis of copyright infringement because she claims that the clip was originally filmed for a different project, which eventually fell through. However, the filmmaker Nakoula Basseley Nakoula later dubbed the scene into the “Innocence of Muslims” without her consent. In her video appearance, Garcia is heard asking: “Is your Mohammed a child molester?” (Even if this clip was recorded for another project, doesn’t Garcia realize that the Islamo-fascists would have been just as equally livid even if her scene were part of a different film?)

[...]

So what is the message that we are sending to the Islamo-fascists through such a ridiculous legal decision? Simply this, that threats and acts of violence are an effective method of coercion…

That America will back down to its enemies…

That terrorism will be rewarded…

That our Constitution will be suspended due to fear.

To those of the Muslim mindset, Judge Kozinksi’s order is viewed as an undeniable display of weakness, and we are, in effect, inviting additional future attacks.

President Obama and many of our leaders have been belly-aching and talking about exerting excessive pressure on Uganda because of that nation’s recent so-called “anti-gay” law, but in reality every sharia-compliant nation in the world has the exact same kind of laws on the books. What’s the reason for the Obama administration’s obvious silence and policy inconsistency? The reason is simple—they’re frightened by the Islamo-fascists, and they have therefore implemented a policy of placation when it comes to the Muslim world.

[...]

In America, there also seems to be a peculiar, unholy alliance between the Isamo-fascists and the homo-fascists. How can such a thing be the case since Islam is so diametrically opposed to homosexuality? Because, as has often been said, “the enemy of my enemy is my friend.” The Islamic and homosexual extremists currently share a common adversary. They both have in mind the destruction Christianity and the Judeo-Christian foundations of Western Civilization. What the homosexuals haven’t seemed to think about is what would happen if their devious plan were to succeed. Of course, I know that this will not happen because Christ and Christianity will ultimately triumph. However, just for the sake of illustrating the ridiculousness of their unholy alliance, let me make one final point. If the truly tolerant and moderating influence of Christianity were ever taken out of the way, the Muslims would quickly turn on their perversity-pushing homosexual friends. The Quran mandates the death penalty for homosexual offenders. And they think, Christians are “anti-gay?” When it comes to militant Islam, the homosexuals ain’t seen nothing yet.

Warriors for Christ #fundie patheos.com

Facebook has added rainbow flag emojis, and a Christian Facebook page is promising to ban anyone who uses them.

In honor of LGBT Pride month the rainbow flag is joining the “thumbs up” and “heart sign,” as well as “excited,” “shocked,’ “sad,” and “angry” emoji as a way to react on Facebook.

However, the Warriors for Christ Facebook page is not happy that Facebook has added a rainbow flag emoji to their list of possible post reactions, and issued a stern warning explaining that anyone using a rainbow flag emoji would be banned.

As one might expect, many reasonable people accepted the challenge, and bombarded the anti-gay Christian Facebook page with happy rainbow flag emojis.

In response, the Christian Facebook page issued the following public service announcement:

"Public service annoucement (sic).
Despite all the lies and false accusations here we are not being hateful to any person. We also will not back down from proclaimimg (sic) truth of God’s word.

Sin is sin period. Sin results in eternal seperation (sic) from God. Despite your lack of understanding of love, we here love everyone enough to speak the truth even in the face of so much hate.

So we speak the truth that sin leads to death, but we have a savior that can set one free from sin and give them a new life in Christ."

And this:

"Lord I know that right now many lost people are being sent here by the powers of darkness that control them to harass this page. I pray that when they come here that their eyes be opened up to the truth of your word. Your word is living and active and has the power to reach the heart. And even though these people are coming here as our enemies to hate us, I still pray blessings over them and pray you open their eyes to see the truth clearly. Satan has blinded many to the truth, but we come against any attack or insult or curse of the enemy in Jesus name."

Bottom line: The “Warriors for Christ” are feeling persecuted because their anti-gay rhetoric is being ridiculed. And all their prayers to a God that does not exist will never justify their pious bigotry and hatred.

Tony Perkins #fundie addictinginfo.org

So if natural disasters are sent by God to punish us for legalizing same-sex marriage, what does it mean when a flood destroys the home of one of the biggest anti-gay bigots in the country?

That’s the question that should be asked of Tony Perkins, since he is now living out of an RV because a flood drove him and his family out of their Louisiana home, forcing them to escape in a canoe.

During a Family Research Council radio show on Wednesday, Perkins explained that once the water reached ten feet high his family loaded up in the boat and floated toward safety. They attempted to seek a place to stay but were denied by one shelter. So they sought refuge in the home of a former member of their church.

Perkins is also still trying to figure out why God would smite his home.

“We’re gonna look for what God’s gonna do in this,” Perkins said. “I’m asking those questions and I’m going to see.”

Usually, it’s customary to feel sympathy for people who suffer losses due to flooding, but this is a special kind of irony that needs special commentary.

As we all know, conservative “Christians” are constantly telling us that whenever there is an earthquake or a hurricane or a flood that it’s punishment by God over homosexuality or abortion or some other social issue that has them all in a tizzy, especially when that natural disaster doesn’t affect them personally.

Now, the idea that God is sending natural disasters to punish people is complete bullshit, but let’s just pretend for a moment that that is the case. The Perkins household just got severely damaged by a “flood of biblical proportions” as stated by Perkins himself, and they were driven out of their home.

So by conservative logic, that must mean that he is being punished for something. And since Perkins is an anti-gay bigot who wants to suppress women’s rights, one could easily surmise that God is sending Perkins a message to stop being a dick toward other human beings. You know, actually love your neighbor and treat others the way you want to be treated.

But Perkins will likely fail to see that message. He’ll just twist it to his own advantage. Because when it comes right down to it, conservative “Christians” think natural disasters are only sent to punish others, but when they are affected personally they believe it’s only sent by God to test their faith. In other words, complete and total hypocrisy.

The moral of the story, however, should be that conservatives should stop claiming that disasters are punishments by God, because there is a such thing as karma and Tony Perkins is learning that the hard way.

Pastor James David Manning #fundie huffingtonpost.com

An anti-gay church in New York City’s Harlem neighborhood greeted passersby with a horrifying, homophobic message: “Jesus would stone homos.”

ATLAH Worldwide Missionary, led by Pastor James David Manning, posted the message on a sign outside its 123rd Street location. “Jesus would stone homos,” the message read, along with “Stoning is still the law” and Bible verses Matthew 5:17-19, Deuteronomy 17:5-7, Leviticus 20:13 and John 8:1-11.

The Leviticus passage, which is often cited in anti-gay rhetoric, says: “If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.”

Ramzan Kadyrov #fundie independent.co.uk

Chechnya's Ramzan Kadyrov launches new crackdown on drug users

Reports follow on from last year's anti-gay purge that left dozens of young men reported missing, some feared dead

Soon after his arrest, 31-year-old Magomed-Alki Mezhidov was delivered to a police cell in Shali, in the republic of Chechnya. There, detectives put terminals on his fingertips and turned on the current. They said they would torture him until he admitted to possessing drugs. Cries of pain would not stop them. No-one had survived such questioning without eventually admitting their crime, they said.

Allegations of sadist interrogation techniques by Chechen security services are not new. Last year, the world found out about a state-led campaign of torture against gays in the region; a purge that resulted in dozens of young men reported missing, some feared dead.

But these latest details, reported by the independent Russian publication Republic, suggest the region’s erratic and all-powerful chief Ramzan Kadyrov has found himself a new target: drug users.

According to the publication, Mezhidov's arrest was one of dozens, possibly hundreds carried out in recent months, in an almost exact mirror of the anti-gay purge. This time at least, no deaths have been reported. Instead, Republic carries claims of arbitrary arrests, extreme interviewing techniques, and torture.

Mr Kadyrov has long presented himself as a warrior against drugs. His first comments on the issue came in May 2006, where he drew a straight line between drug use, Wahhabism and terrorism.

“It is one and the same thing,” he was reported as saying. “The drug user is no less of a source of evil than the terrorist, because he hooks the youth into dependence, and they are the future of our republic.”

In September 2016, Mr Kadyrov called on his security forces to kill drug users — anyone who “disturbs peace in the Chechen Republic” — on sight.

“Shoot them, to hell with them," he is quoted as saying. "Nothing matters - the law, no law. Shoot them, do you understand. As-salamu Alaykum! That’s law for you!”

Later, officials said his comments had been taken out of context.

According to Tanya Lokshina, chief Russia researcher at Human Rights Watch and expert on the region, the reported crackdown would not be Mr Kadyrov's first violent campaign against drug users.

“His authorities have routinely organised special operations to 'cleanse’ the region of what they consider to be undesirables,” she told The Independent. “Last year, the gay community was one of the targeted groups, but operations against suspected drug users have been going on for some time.”

In interviews given to activists and journalists, survivors of the Chechen gay purge mentioned that drug users and suspected jihadists were frequently detained and tortured in the same secret facilities.

Activists contend that a large number of those detained and tortured are simply critics of the Kadyrov regime. It is unclear how many of last year's 507 drug-related arrests fall under this category. Almost certainly, last week’s arrest of 60-year-old human rights activist Oyub Titiev is one of them. Police say they uncovered 180g of marijuana from his car; he says the drugs were planted and a confession forced out of him.

Mr Titiev is a well-known critic of the region’s irascible leader, and took over running the Chechen office of rights organisation Memorial after the 2009 murder of his colleague, Natalia Estemirova.

Chechen authorities have yet to respond to the allegations contained in the new Republic investigation.

Dr. Rob #fundie thekbh.org

The world today is in the middle of Kali Yuga. This is a cycle of the McUniverse™ in which all is turned upside down and inside out. In other words, the faggits and wimmin are in charge. Menation Cult opposes the irrational and silly and stupid. In other words, Menation Cult advocates the rational male brain and the rational male understanding taking its place as the leader and controller of the McUniverse™.

A journey may begin with a single step, but being a man begins with a single thought. Menation Cult is about masculinity. Which means in practical terms, reason. Wimin and faggits have no practical ability to reason. It is no surprise that The Church of PC promotes the "right" of wimmin and faggits to vote, even hold power. This is clearly against Nature. The Nation of Men Embracing Nature Cult, "Menation", opposes any and all power wielded by wimmin or faggits.

The Church of PC uses terms such as antisemitic, racist, sexist, and anti-gay in lieu of "heresy". This is a religious tradition acquired from its mentor and predecessor, the Church of Rome, which at one time roasted heretics. Today, The Church of PC deals somewhat more humanely with heretics, although the effect is essentially the same. To faggitize and effeminize McSociety (copywrong).

Menation Cult is antisemitic, racist, sexist, and anti-gay. "All of the above". Not because we hate JewFags, non-Europeans, wimmin.are.irritating.bores.com, or McQueers. But we oppose The Church of PC telling us what to think and how to feel. So we are everything The Church of PC doesn't want us to be.

If a Semite - an Arab or person of Jewish descent - wishes to associate with Menation Cult, he is welcome, as long as the said person is not a woman or a faggit. Menation Cult simply hates Judaism, not persons of Jewish or other Semitic descent. No Wimmin or JewFags allowed.

A man is composed of three basic categories, mind™, body©, and McSpirit. These categories are addressed individually.

The mind is a myth. So it is better to define a brain. And its electro-chemical activity. Thought. Which leads to Mentellect. Wimmin and faggits do not think. They merely babble irritating and manipulative nonsense. And waste the time, money, and energy of men. Stop wasting your time, money, and energy on wimmin, men. Stop engaging in sexual activity, because it will waste your mental energy. Stop thinking about wimmin. Stop listening to their boring, trifling, irritating nonsense. Use your brain for productive endeavors.

Your body is your own. You have a clearly defined right to control your body, and you possess it fully, from the day of your conception. Wimmin and faggits are not logical. Men are. Wimmin and faggits advocate circumcision. JewFags are the ultimate Kali Yuga culmination of effeminized faggitization. JewFagIsm holds newborn rape and sexual disfigurement as its holiest commandment. Because JewFags are queer abominations of Nature. Menation Cult, conversely, considers prevention or reversal of circumcision to be its holiest commandment. The JewFag is the incarnation of evil in Menation Cult. Mudslimes who follow IsSlime are also held liable for child molestation and sexual disfigurement. To hell with them.

The Spirit is the highest order of freedom. Men have a soul. Wimmin and faggits are empty machines. Programmable devices. At the service of The Church of PC.

In practical terms, Menation Cult's approach to confronting the forces of Kali Yuga, consists of 3 basic policies of behavior. Total Continence - absolute and total abstinence from any and all sexual activity. Veganism - eliminating corpse and dead flesh consumption, and if possible, eschewing consumption of any and all animal and insect derived foodstuffs. Mentellect - using your ManBrain to solve and overcome problems.

Menation Cult has a major holiday. Boycott-wimmin-and-faggit Week. The date is random. Menation Cult Nonconformists must try to live without any contributions that wimmin and faggits have made scientifically & technologically, artistically, and intellectually.

A few years ago, a book came out by some JewFags, "The Bell Curve". The JewFags wanted to make a few shekels. Since racial equality and harmony weren't really generating any lucre, these JewBoyFaggits decided to write an incendiary book that essentially promulgated niggraz iz dum. While there may indeed be some slight statistical basis for claiming that niggraz iz dum, there are MEN of color who have contributed in all spheres of progress. This is cited as an example to make a point, an analogy; While there may be some slight statistic discrepancy between contributions and achievements in regard to men of color versus low-melanin-pigmented men, wimmin and faggits are a staggering chasm of mediocrity.

During Boycot-wimmin-and-faggits Week, Menation Cult Nonconformists will likely have to do without Lady Gaga and the drawstring trashbag. The key word here is TRY. Try to figure out what, at all, faggits and wimmin have EVER contributed? Good luck, McGents.

[on Obama's denouncement of Uganda's newly-passed anti-gay law which, among other things, imposes life imprisonment for "repeat homosexual offenders"]

“His arrogance is breathtaking,” Dr. Janice Shaw Crouse, director and senior fellow of Concerned Women for America's Beverly LaHaye Institute, told LifeSiteNews. The “president repeatedly insists that his personal values and beliefs are equated with the nation's values and beliefs. When he insists that those controversial ideas constitute a human right, the president is saying that the deeply-held religious beliefs of many Americans are irrelevant.”

He is also disregarding the views of most Africans, they [anti-gay conservatives] say. An estimated 72 percent of all African nations have passed or are in the process of passing laws restricting public homosexual behavior.

Crouse told LifeSiteNews President Obama's actions are a form of “cultural imperialism – exporting the sexual crusade of a very small minority of Americans with outsized influence,” who have tried “to tear down the moral foundations of our nation as well as the rest of the world.”

“It is unseemly for an American president to dictate to other countries what their cultural, moral and religious traditions ought to be,” Dr. Crouse told LifeSiteNews. “And it is hypocritical for him on the one hand to say America is unexceptional and bow to other national leaders and then on the other hand, seemingly from a position of moral superiority, tell other nations that their beliefs are inferior to his supposedly enlightened, exalted views.”

“The homosexual activists are not content with acceptance and respect as human beings,” she said. “They, and now our president, are forcing the world to approve and mainstream their homosexuality.”

Andrew Anglin #racist dailystormer.name

Let’s look at a few of the obvious conflicts which are sure to arise presently.

Blacks v. Mexicans

This is already a major conflict. Both groups hate each other entirely. Donald Trump actually might get a very significant percent of the Black vote, simply because he is anti-Mexican.

Mexicans have been pushing Blacks out of their areas and also pushing in on their drug territory. Mexicans believe Blacks to be an inferior and dirty race, and seek to destroy them.

Blacks v. Gays

Black culture is extremely anti-gay. Except in prison, where “it’s not gay if you’re the man.”

Gays for their part tend to be cultured, and don’t really think much of primitive Blacks. Gays have also long been known to move into Black neighborhoods, buy up property and push out the locals. They don’t have kids to protect, and feel comfortable around guns, so they’ve no issue with an element of danger.

Gays v. Moslems

Obviously, Moslems hate gays (unless it’s a young non-Moslem boy, of course) and are planning to shut them down completely. Gays maybe haven’t figured that out quite yet, but they will soon enough.

Moslems v. Feminists

Moslems have an even more hardcore view of women than I have. I don’t personally believe they should be forced to wear bags, or that they should be punished by rape if they refuse to wear a bag. Moslems actually believe that.

Feminists, like gays, have yet to grasp exactly what the Moslems have in store for them.

And if the White and Jew feminists think the Moslem females will pick sex over race, they’ve got another thing coming. They will soon find that out as well.

Feminists v. Blacks

Blacks have an extremely “misogynistic” culture, similar to Moslems. They view women mainly as rape targets, and are constantly carrying out their agenda of “muh dik” against them.

White women love Black men, generally, in the same way they love small dogs. However, the serious man-hating element of the feminist is soon to find out about Black rape statistics.

Far-far-right pastor James David Manning is at it again, this time hailing anti-gay leaders in Uganda, Gambia and Nigeria for resisting “this son of Satan Barack Hussein Obama” and his “anti-integrity, anti-life, anti-humanity, anti-universal understanding, anti-DNA” gay rights agenda.

Manning said that the decisions of Jason Collins and Michael Sam to come out of the closet are proof that “Obama has released these demons particularly upon the black males, this homosexual demon, hoping to influence as many black males to subscribe to ideas that are [as] homosexual, perverted, LGBT as possible.”

Obama has released the homo demons on the black man; look out black woman, a white homo may take your man.” He said that under Obama’s direction, black men “are being scooped up by white homos,” thus destroying the black family. [Emphasis added]
_ _ _

"The white homo is now moving into the black neighborhoods, looking for black men that have been converted into homosexuality. Black woman let me say something to you: You will have a very hard time competing against a white homosexual male, he’s usually got money, a white homo usually has an American Express card, he usually has an opportunity at the theatre, homos love the theatre, they love to go out to dinner parties, they love that kind of a thing. As a black woman you can’t compete not only with the financial strength of a white homo, black sister, this is devastating, black people need to rise up en masse and recognize the utter destruction that Obama is going in to destroy the black family with his homosexual statements and release of demons that he has done."

Texas GOP Welcomes Gay Group – Because They Aren't 'Advocating' For Gay Rights

The rabidly anti-gay Republican Party of Texas is fine with "homosexuals" having a booth at its state convention this year — as long as they keep quiet about being denied their civil rights.

For the first time in its history, the Texas GOP voted to allow a booth sponsored by an LGBT group — Metroplex Republicans of Dallas — at the convention in May. But the party also denied a booth request from another LGBT group, Log Cabin Republicans, which has unsuccessfully sought to be formally included in the convention for 20 years.

A Texas GOP official who serves on the committee that considers booth applications said Metroplex Republicans was approved because the group doesn't openly advocate for LGBT rights, despite the fact that it was founded by gay former Log Cabin members.

"I don’t find that anywhere in their literature or their website,” State Republican Executive Committee member Jean McIver told me for a story in The Texas Observer. “I’ve gone to Metroplex meetings in the past a couple of times. I didn’t find that they were advocating for anything contrary to the principles of the party.”

Jeff Davis, president of Log Cabin Republicans of Texas, said he feels the party is splitting hairs and trying to have it both ways by allowing the Metroplex Republicans booth but denying his group's application. Two years ago, both groups were denied.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TMNHJoH8zI

“I think the party wants to be able to point to Metroplex and say, ‘See, we let gays in,'" Davis said. "It seems like to get a booth, you can believe anything you want. You just can’t say it.”

To be honest, who doesn't feel like gay time to time?
I'd say...little?

Anyways, let's not go to "pro-gay"

to be honest, I do not believe in gay marriage or their immoral "ACTIVITIES"

Being gay means fullfilling one's sexual DESIRE (feeling drawn to feelings of companionship, love, like, similarity, and so on) and partnership forever..
but that's my belief..
but marriage between man and woman can be more if done right..

Well, we human beings are DRAWN to sin 24/7 anyways hahahaha
Gay has been within our society ..long before even Christ was born..

Gay is...not natural... and if it's natural, it's natural of sin.
My guardian says that gay is natural..he said he was anti-gay but not anymore (etc. his not gay )

It's funny topic as stands..never gets solves..ignorance everywhere..

Let's just believe in Bible and old testment
Bible says God loves all..but cannot face sin.
So have fun deciding whether gay marriage is right or wrong because allowing gay marriage to occur or believe it should occur, means, "moral meltdown" and all your moral standard will be like crushing down hahaha
because there is hole in your moral..
and if that moral is not fullfilled, it will never be the same.
But God understands.
So I don't think it's unhealthy to spiritual level to think gay is right either is gay is not right.

So less tensity please

(Again, I'm against gay marriage at all cost..)

[about an anti-gay ad from the 1950s]

Wow, think of the good old days in the fifties when people could tell the truth about homosexuals--that they're disease-ridden, never monogamous, and ALL turn to pedophilia. You can't say that stuff today, of course, despite the fact that it's still true. Imagine if we had to pretend there was nothing wrong or dangerous about (other) sociopaths or people with schizophrenia.

Nigerian police chief says gay people ‘should leave country’

Chief Superintendent Dolapo Badmos posted Instagram message citing 2014 law banning homosexuality activity

A popular Nigerian police chief has warned homosexuals to flee the country or face the prosecution, according to reports.

Chief Superintendent Dolapo Badmos, spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, also called on Nigerians with evidence of homosexual activity to come forward.

The message was posted on her personal Instagram account - which is set to private but has around 125,000 followers - and cites a 2014 law signed by former president Goodluck Jonathan that criminalised same-sex marriage and public displays of affection between gay people.

“If you are homosexually inclined, Nigeria is not a place for you. There is a law (Same-Sex Prohibition Act) here that criminalises homosexual clubs, associations and organisations with penalties of up to 15 years in jail,” Badmus wrote.

“So, if you are a homosexual in nature, leave the country or face prosecution. But before you say, ‘does this matter?’ Kindly note that anything against the law of the land is criminal and all crimes will be punished accordingly no matter how small you think it is.”

She added: “Anyone convicted of entering into a same-sex marriage contract or civil union faces up to 14 years imprisonment. All LGBT candidates in Nigeria should beware.”

Her warning is the “latest reminder of the challenges facing members of the LGBT community” in Nigeria, where the anti-gay law “enjoys broad support among its citizens”, CNN reports.

A recent report by The Initiative for Equal Rights (TIERs) found that around 90% of Nigerians support the continued enforcement of the 2014 law.

Badmos’ post has been liked more than 2,000 times, although not everyone is supporting her stance.

Some commenters “condemned the police for going after homosexuals and ignoring more pressing issues”, reports Nigerian newspaper The Punch.

Others accused the police of being partial, and claimed that “a cross-dresser, who now identifies as transgender, had become a celebrity but was left alone because he was rich”.

Responding to those claims, Badmus posted a message that said: “In view of my last post about homosexuals and the law banning them, some people have been mentioning one particular name (very risky though) to be one.

“Kindly be informed that if you have any evidence or exhibits that can establish the case against him/her, please don’t hesitate to bring it up for a comprehensive investigation.”

Gisela Allen #fundie heraldscotland.com

GUILLOTINES, castration, and flogging – these are just some of the policies put forward by the latest controversial Scottish Ukip candidate to come to the fore.

Gisela Allen also has some strange views on people being vocal members of the LGBT community. She says she finds gorillas attractive – they make her “hormones go crazy”, she claims – but she doesn’t talk about it so why should gay, lesbian or bisexual people talk about their sex life.

Allen, who is standing in Glasgow for the anti-EU party, also insisted mothers with young children should not work.

An aide to Ukip MEP David Coburn said last night that Allen’s views “do not reflect official party policy”. However, in an apparent endorsement of her views, he said the candidate’s “personal manifesto” should be put to the electorate

Allen, 84, who is a Glasgow Ukip candidate, spoke exclusively to the Sunday Herald yesterday, setting out her views on crime, health, childcare and relationships.

She said: “The main purpose of the law is to protect the public. If I could get the guillotine, lethal injection or firing squad I would gladly have it. I would also castrate violent criminals. You castrate bulls, horses, dogs – it takes the aggression away. Moreover, these violent criminals can’t have any more children themselves. And I am all for the cat o’ nine tails. You like violence? Well let’s see how you like to be on the receiving end.”

Allen came to Scotland from Switzerland in 1961 as an exchange student where she met her Jamaican husband, who was in the RAF. They had four children and ran a bed and breakfast. Despite her age she is in favour of euthanising the elderly and the sick.

She said: “The NHS spends a fortune on prolonging the lives of, for instance, cancer sufferers. Settle the whole nonsense. Kidney transplants, heart transplants – come off it.”

When her husband died Allen began volunteering at Glasgow Zoo and uses an animal analogy when speaking about the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community.

She said: “I am not anti-gay – but how can you call that a community? Sex life is everybody’s private affair. You do not come out and declare openly. Do you think I am going all over the city and saying my idea of a sexually-attractive creature is a gorilla? When I go to a zoo and I see a gorilla my hormones go absolutely crazy. I find a gorilla very attractive.”

The mother-of-four was also adamant that mothers should stay at home and look after their young children, adding that councils should withdraw nursery funding.

She said: “When you have very small children it is advisable that you look after them yourself. If a woman is a dentist or a doctor, or in any career important to the community, we should do our best to get her back to work as soon as possible, because such careers shouldn’t really be interrupted. But if somebody sits in an office at a computer, I think her place is at home until the children are bigger.”

Pastor Charles L. Worley #fundie huffingtonpost.com

The barrage of anti-gay sermons delivered by North Carolina-based pastors to hit the blogosphere continues with yet another disturbing rant caught on tape.

The pastor, identified on YouTube as Charles L. Worley of Providence Road Baptist Church in Maiden, N.C., condemns President Obama's much-publicized endorsement of same-sex marriage while calling for gays and lesbians to be put in an electrified pen and ultimately killed off.

"Build a great, big, large fence -- 150 or 100 mile long -- put all the lesbians in there," Worley suggests in the clip, reportedly filmed on May 13.

He continues: "Do the same thing for the queers and the homosexuals and have that fence electrified so they can't get out...and you know what, in a few years, they'll die out...do you know why? They can't reproduce!"

He also said that if he's asked who he'll vote for, he'll reply, "I'm not going to vote for a baby killer and a homosexual lover!" Many of the congregants cheer and reply, "Amen."

Worley added, “It makes me pukin’ sick to think about -- I don’t even whether or not to say this in the pulpit -- can you imagine kissing some man?”

The pastor's comments seem in line with statements made by Ron Baity, founding pastor of Berean Baptist Church in Winston-Salem and head of the anti-marriage equality organization Return America, who told his own congregation that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people should be prosecuted as they were historically, and Pastor Sean Harris of the Berean Baptist Church in Fayetteville who advocated parents "punch" their male child if he is effeminate and "crack that wrist" if he is limp-wristed.

Similarly, Tim Rabon, pastor at Raleigh's Beacon Baptist Church, condemned states such as Massachusetts, Connecticut and Maryland which have already "re-defined" marriage to include lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) couples before asking his congregatnts, "What is stopping them from refining marriage from a person and a beast? We're not far from that."

Christopher Doyle #fundie truthwinsout.org

In a shocking admission, Christopher Doyle, a board member for Parents & Friends of Ex-Gays (PFOX) and blogger for the Christian Post, admits that while he was an adolescent he got in trouble for molesting “little girls” that his mother was responsible for watching in her daycare center. According to “Christopher’s Story,” which was previously posted on PFOX’s website, Doyle confessed:

“I tried to have sex with the little girls that my mother watched in her daycare, and eventually, one of the girls told her parents what I was doing. The shame that was placed on me by my parents was more than I could bear. Rather than rescue me, teach me, and put me in counseling, the ‘bad boy’ was left alone to deal with all of this shame.”

Doyle claims that he was only ten years old at the time of the illegal incidents. Still, such disturbing behavior is rather unusual and raises enormous red flags in our view, considering Doyle’s access to youth as a therapist. He is currently a counselor at the International Healing Foundation (IHF), a business where the therapists regularly pet vulnerable clients in a technique called “touch therapy.” IHF has long focused on youth and its founder, Richard Cohen, has written a bizarre “ex-gay” children’s book “Alfie’s Home.” Doyle is also a key member of the National Association for Research and Therapy of Homosexuality (NARTH), which claims that 50% of their clients are LGBT youth.

Perhaps most alarming, Doyle has started a company, Acception Productions, that is working to get its anti-gay videos — that deceptively pretend to be anti-bullying videos — into public schools. At the time of publication, Doyle has not provided the ages of the girls he admits to “trying to have sex with.”

It could be that Doyle’s confessed youthful perversion only occurred during that time period, many years ago. However, one must take pause when looking a his career, one that disturbingly goes through great lengths to place Doyle in close proximity to youth.

The question that parents should ask: Do they want Christopher Doyle, given his notorious past, engaging in touch therapy with their sons and daughters?

notice that pro-gay and gay people keep downvoting my shit.

I'm not anti-gay, I just don't want HXH to be gay because it is one of my favorite animes. And this is reasonably so because the straight fan base is a lot higher.

But I don't understand how this would be a bad thing for you? Like surely you don't care that Canary is black, for example, so why would you care that Killua is gay or bi?
color. That's all. You don't do anything disturbing.

Being gay makes things awkward as fuck because you know that guy wants to fuck another guy.

Which is really weird for a "guy" like me to like a gay character. Because of the fact that he likes guys.

Look, I know this is going to sound harsh but look at it this way.

If the main character of HXH was a child molester . Would you be OK with that?

No right? Because you can't live with knowing the fact that he is a child molester. And it'd be sure as hell awkward as fuck for you to pretend you like him as a character.

I know it's a harsh example, but in the end "Right and Wrong" is a human construct and IS SUBJECTIVE. Everything is basically our opinion and everyone is different. I'm simply advocating my own point of view.

Franklin Graham #fundie pinknews.co.uk

The head of a Christian charity appears to have declared war on gay people – claiming they are “the enemy” and should be thrown out of churches.

Pastor Franklin Graham, the head of global Christian charity Samaritan’s Purse, made the comments in a radio Q&A with Focus on the Family.

The pastor, whose charity runs the annual shoebox appeal, claimed: “We have allowed the enemy to come into our churches.

“I was talking to some Christians and they were talking about how they invited these gay children to come into their home and to come into the church and that they were wanting to influence them.

“And I thought to myself, they’re not going to influence those kids, those kids are going to influence those parents’ children.

“What happens is we think we can fight by smiling and being real nice and loving… we have to understand who the enemy is and what he wants.

“He wants to devour our homes. He wants to devour this nation.”

He continued: “We have to be so careful who we let our kids hang out with.

“We have to be so careful who we let into the churches. You have immoral people that get into the churches and it begins to affect the others in the church and it is dangerous.”

“I’m going to encourage the Church to take a stand for Christ. Homosexuality has been allowed into our schools – that’s why I want to get the school boards back.

“Homosexuality is taught to be OK in our universities, and you have all these diversity classes and all these nice names that they come up with promoting and pushing homosexuality.”

He added: “You cannot stay gay and continue to call yourself a Christian. You can’t do it.

“We have allowed sin to come into our churches, and we need to repent of our sins.”

Graham has recently praised Vladimir Putin’s support anti-gay laws, and claimed that homosexuals “take people’s children”.

He told a Russian newspaper: “I very much appreciate that President Putin is protecting Russian young people against homosexual propaganda. If only to give them the opportunity to grow up and make a decision for themselves.”

Repeating disturbing rhetoric used by anti-LGBT activists in Russia, he said: “Homosexuals cannot have children, they can take other people’s children.”

I'm an atheist and an antisemite. Of all the religions Judaism is probably the worst.

That said I don't typically attack Christianity because our interests generally align where it counts (anti-gay, anti-Islam, pro-natal, pro-family etc.).

I just objectively think god isn't real. However I think society needs religion. Most people don't have the mental fortitude to accept that existence is ultimately meaningless without going insane.

I think your real beef is with liberal/leftists atheists who really don't have an intellectual position on theology but just hate Christianity because it hampers their ability to be degenerates and sodomites.

Junkyard Prophet (name of music band) #fundie nydailynews.com

[From a news article in which the headline reads "Controversial assembly at Iowa high school stirs outrage, protest."]

Students and teachers at an Iowa high school say they were blindsided when a traveling band slammed them with anti-gay, anti-abortion and other extremist views during what was billed as an assembly about bullying.

"They told my daughter, the girls, that they were going to have mud on their wedding dresses if they weren't virgins," Jennifer Littlefield, a mother of a Dunkerton High School junior, told the Lacrosse Tribune.

The band, Junkyard Prophet, began the assembly late last week with music, then separated the boys and girls into different groups.

That, according to the newspaper, is where everything went off the rails.

The girls were told to assume a submissive role in their household and remain "pure" until marriage, students said. The boys said they were shown images of musicians who died of drug overdoses.

Junkyard Prophet bandmembers also told them that homosexuals died at the age of 42, the students claimed.

The band told the WCF Courier they want to host another gathering to restore their tarnished reputation, but didn’t deny the students’ claims.

A colleague of the band, Jake McMillian, confirmed the group showed the high schoolers pictures of aborted fetuses and did not back off the anti-homoxuality claims.

"It's a destructive lifestyle," he argued, according to the Courier. "It's just the facts."

The band tried to rent space for the event, but no one in the small town was willing to host them. They eventually held a "community conversation" at a local church, which was protested by nearly two dozen people.

According to the Tribune, the school district is working to get back the $1,500 and $2,000 fee they paid Junkyard Prophet for the school event.

Walid Khass #conspiracy #racist jta.org

The yearlong battle between a doctor and a New York hospital trying to fire him over anti-Semitic and anti-gay posts will be back in court next week.

New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital has tried to dismiss Walid Khass from his position as a pediatric resident since 2019, the Forward reported Thursday. In recent years, Khass has written on separate posts on social media “Go beat up a Zionist,” “You trust the Jews — I never did” and “I hope only Israelis get ebola.” He also wrote that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi’s mother was Jewish, meaning that she belongs to a “higher group run the corrupt world.”

Khass was admitted to the hospital’s residency program, but then was informed he had been found unsuitable. He sued the hospital to be readmitted to the program and won.

The hospital, which treats many Jewish patients, appealed the decision and is due to argue its case at a Sept. 17 hearing in Brooklyn state Supreme Court, according to the Forward. It says Khass cannot remain because some of his posts condoned or encouraged violence.

Therumancer #fundie escapistmagazine.com

It's political. To be fairly honest very few people care about lesbians in general. Guys are either turned on by it, or don't care as it has nothing to do with them. Women can use it as an insult, but in general don't care that much about it either if they aren't involved.

While I won't say it's never happened, I can't think of many examples outside of fantasy (oftentimes directed at men) where lesbians have attacked and raped children especially in the pre-sexual age groups.

Yet when it comes to gay men, the same cannot be said. When you hear about gay sexual assault it's inevitably involving men, and despite Lesbianism having been prevelent you'll notice that back in say ancient Greece you didn't have young girls being run down and captured as homosexual sex slaves the same way you had it going on with boys. This is incidently where the term "Greeking" comes from (though it doesn't nessicarly have a pedophille connotation).

In general it's the gay men that get the serious opposition when it comes to gay rights. Despite what the media might imply it's not all religious fantatics and such, nor misguided "homophobes" who dislike them for no reason other than being differant (actually most involved have reasons and frequently they have little to do with religion).

Given that the purpose of such articles is specifically to garner attention, and whether anyone wants to admit it or not, the majority of anti-gay sentiment is men against gay men, you need to focus on gay men to really make a serious issue on gay rights.

[ Is that because they are gay, or because they are men? I mean, when you hear about human sexual assault it's inevitably involving men. Occam's Razor and all, the simpler explanation seems to be about sex/gender and not sexual orientationOnly to you Cheeze, you can argue semantics either way. The bottom line is that your pro-gay, I'm not. There really isn't any point to us argueing about it anymore over the internet.

[ If you're going to post the same "gay men are rapists" thing every time homosexuality comes up, the least he can do is post the exact same response every time. Y'know, for balance. ]

His general "well maybe it's a problem with men and not with male homosexuals" is inherantly rididculous for a number of reasons. Foremost of course being the way in which he makes an absurd arguement given that we need heterosexual sex and reproduction to continue the species. So when all is said and done that pretty much trumps anything. Homosexuals by their nature do not reproduce so can be targeted to reduce a problem without hurting our species at all. Anything you target reducing the overall problem.

Plus a lot of it revolves around pre-sexual humans as I've made clear. While there are exceptions to every rule, in general when dealing with a hetero rapist or "child molestor" your dealing with someone going after teens and generally physically capable children. Someone like a Roman Polanski (going after 13 year old jailbait) being the quintessential example, along with various cases of teachers and high school students, etc... In comparison in cases when your hear about like 6-8 year old kids being sexually assaulted the perpetrator is a gay man.

Even when looking at porn, when it comes to heterosexuals your mostly looking at jailbait, for the real little kids it's *almost* universally gay porn.
...
On the other hand when you have cases of someone having sex on like an 8 year old, in the majority of cases it's a male homosexual. This is not to say heterosexuals have not done it, it's just far, far less common.

Clearly the creeping acceptance of gay marriage is driving otherwise straight men directly into the arms of other men. Just as gay marriage opponents predicted would happen! So please. Menushod #fundie reddit.com

Historically speaking, not all communists and communist-led governments have been anti-"LGBT". What many of them have been is anti-homosexual male. Albania is a good example of a country that was hostile to the homosexual male, but not hostile to the lesbian.

In the 'American' context, the (white) homosexual male rules over the LGBTQ community. It is the white homosexual male who sets the political agenda of the group, and this has been clear to radical queer critics of the 'gay rights' movement. This is why the trans-woman has been marginalized for so long, and 'gay marriage' has been pushed to the forefront. The white homosexual male in 'America' wants bourgeois respectability, and only tolerates the other identities in the alphabet-soup as is politically necessary.

As the user /u/__Zeik__ has said, it is actually quite normal for communists to be anti-gay. If you wanted to go down the "revisionist" road, you could make a strong argument being pro-gay is form of revisionism. Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Mao were all anti-homosexual. Engels most explicitly so, and Lenin indirectly. Almost all communist-led governments have been anti-homosexual, with basically the exception of modern day Cuba (though they were historically anti-homosexual too). Even most communist parties that have significant mass-support are anti-homosexual, such as the KKE in Greece.

Beyond all that, the greatest attacks on the male homosexual identity came from queer theorists. Queer Theory is basically a body of work that deconstructs the idea that the male homosexual is born that way. This work should be seriously studied by Marxist-Leninists. People are not born homosexuals, they are turned into them somehow. In fact, there was no such thing as a homosexual until fairly recently in history.

Some male homosexuals will deny this, and assert male homosexuals has always existed. This isn't true at all. It is true men have had sex with other men (and boys) for a very long time, but this doesn't mean anything. Even in today's world, the psychological and erotic motivations for men to have sex with other men are different. A good example is the bug-chaser, the homosexual that has an erotic fantasy about getting infected with HIV. In the erotic imagination of the bug-chaser, the object of desire is not the typical homosexual erotic fantasy object of a hyper-masculine male, it is a degenerate male homosexual with HIV, usually close to death and emaciated (and decidedly not masculine). That they have eroticized the male homosexual, rather than a mental image of a hyper-masculine man, has led many bug-chasers to say they're the 'true' homosexual. To a lesser degree, you see this in the bear/twink dynamic that exists in the male homosexual community. The bear is supposed to eroticize the effeminate homosexual, and the twink is just looking for the hyper-masculine male. The androphilic transwoman, the type of person who Western homosexuals will say countries like Iran are forcing to have a sex change, takes this the furthest, and refuses to even have any homosexual male partners, preferring to obtain sex exclusively from heterosexual men.

These are the types of people who rule the LGBTQ community in the West, and they are completely allied with imperialism and Zionism. The imperialists put them in charge, as opposed to bisexual men and women, or lesbians, or trans people, because the white male homosexual is the most opportunistic of the lot. The closeness of the male homosexual to the bourgeoisie is well known historically, and even in the earliest days of the development of the European labor aristocracy, you can see them maneuvering themselves into influential positions. This is partly why Marx and Engels hated them so much, and why the Bolsheviks associated them with fascism. They just looked at the rampant homosexuality in the early days of the Nazis, and put two and two together.

Pat Robertson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

While responding to a question from a woman who wondered if it was wrong for the church not to inform her that a man she was driving to worship services is “dying of AIDS,” Robertson admitted that he “used to think it was transmitted by saliva and other things, now they say it may be sexual contact.”

“What to say if you’re driving an elderly man whose got AIDS? Don’t have sex with them,” Robertson said, “unless there’s a cut or some bodily fluid transmission, I think you’re not going to catch it.”

But Robertson didn’t stop there.

“There are laws now, I think the homosexual community has put these draconian laws on the books that prohibit people from discussing this particular affliction, you can tell somebody you had a heart attack, you can tell them they’ve got high blood pressure, but you can’t tell anybody you’ve got AIDS,” he continued.

Despite Meeuwsen’s best attempts to steer the conversation away from Robertson’s anti-gay paranoia, Robertson insisted that gay people use special rings to transmit the virus.

“You know what they do in San Francisco, some in the gay community there they want to get people so if they got the stuff they’ll have a ring, you shake hands, and the ring’s got a little thing where you cut your finger,” Robertson said. “Really. It’s that kind of vicious stuff, which would be the equivalent of murder.”

Chechnya government #fundie mobile.nytimes.com

First, two television reporters vanished. Then a waiter went missing. Over the past week, men ranging in age from 16 to 50 have disappeared from the streets of Chechnya.

On Saturday, a leading Russian opposition newspaper confirmed a story already circulating among human rights activists: The Chechen authorities were arresting and killing gay men.

While abuses by security services in the region, where Russia fought a two-decade war against Islamic insurgents, have long been a stain on President Vladimir V. Putin’s human rights record, gay people had not previously been targeted on a wide scale.

The men were detained “in connection with their nontraditional sexual orientation, or suspicion of such,” the newspaper, Novaya Gazeta, reported, citing Russian federal law enforcement officials, who blamed the local authorities.

By Saturday, the paper reported, and an analyst of the region with her own sources confirmed, that more than 100 gay men had been detained. The newspaper had the names of three murder victims, and suspected many others had died in extrajudicial killings.

A spokesman for Chechnya’s leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, denied the report in a statement to Interfax on Saturday, calling the article “absolute lies and disinformation.”

“You cannot arrest or repress people who just don’t exist in the republic,” the spokesman, Alvi Karimov, told the news agency.

“If such people existed in Chechnya, law enforcement would not have to worry about them, as their own relatives would have sent them to where they could never return,” Mr. Karimov said.

The sweep, like so much else in Russian politics today, was entangled in the country’s troubled politics of street activism.

It began, Novaya Gazeta reported, after a Moscow-based gay rights group, GayRussia.ru, applied for permits to stage gay pride parades in four cities in Russia’s predominantly Muslim North Caucasus region, of which Chechnya is a part.

The group had not focused on the Muslim areas. It had been applying for permits for gay parades in provincial cities around Russia, and collecting the inevitable denials, in order to build a case about gay rights and freedom of assembly with the European Court of Human Rights, in Strasbourg, France. It had applied to more than 90 municipal governments. Nikolai Alekseev, a gay rights activist coordinating this effort, told Novaya Gazeta he had chosen this tactic rather than staging risky, unsanctioned gay parades.

The group had not applied for a permit in Chechnya, but in another Muslim region in southern Russia, Kabardino-Balkaria. The mere application there — denied, as usual — had prompted an anti-gay counterdemonstration.

In the restive Muslim regions, Mr. Putin has empowered local leaders to press agendas of traditional Muslim values, to co-opt an Islamist underground. The gay pride parade applications became a galvanizing issue.

“In Chechnya, the command was given for a ‘prophylactic sweep’ and it went as far as real murders,” Novaya Gazeta reported.

According to the report, the authorities set to finding and arresting closeted gay men, partly by posing as men looking for dates on social networking sites.

“Of course, none of these people in any way demonstrated their sexual orientation publicly — in the Caucasus, this is equal to a death sentence,” the newspaper wrote of those detained in the sweep.

“I got numerous, numerous signals,” about the sweep of gay men, said Ekaterina L. Sokiryanskaya,, Russia project coordinator for the International Crisis Group, and an authority on the North Caucasus. “It came from too many sources not to be true.”

Gay men have begun deleting online accounts, or fleeing the region. One user of Vkontakte, a Russian social networking site, wrote that a 16-year-old boy had been detained in a village in Chechnya. He returned days later, according to the post, “all beaten, just a sack with bones.”

The newspaper published contact information to aid men wanting to leave Chechnya for relatively more tolerant parts of Russia. But reaching communities of closeted gay men in the remote mountain region poses challenges.

“Even delivering the information is very difficult,” Ms. Sokiryanskaya, who is familiar with the aid effort, said. “They are just small islands, isolated.”

Gus kenworthy partied with the sultan of Brunei. The Brunei regime murders lgbt southeast Asians but that obviously is never talked about by white gay liberal celebrities and the liberal media since they hate us Asians. There is such racism and hatred towards gay Asians from the lgbt community. LGBT white celebrities and the liberal media are silent about Gus kenworthy partying with the sultan of Brunei since only lgbt southeast Asians are being murdered and not white lgbt ones. Meanwhile, a white gay twink can post a sad video on YouTube about how he is being bullied and they will collectively freak out adpnd yell about how oppressed white gay guys are.

It was really sick how the liberal media and white gay guys were calling the North Korean sister of Kim Jong in the shade queen and the queen of diplomacy since they really hate vp pence. They bashed vp pence since a white gay ice skater named Adam rip on was feuding with vp pence. They freak out when a white gay guy complains but they are completely fine with the North Korean regime murdering Koreans, some of whom are obviously lgbt. The liberal media and white gay community is that racist to Asians and lgbt Asians.

So Kal Penn hates his East and southeast Asian brethren?

(JustAThrowaway1020)
It sucks that when a white person does this he is celebrated by everyone. It is only a small population of Koreans that eat dog meat. In reality, everyday, throughout the year, regular Koreans are trying to get these dogs out of the markets and coordinating with rescues to send them overseas. No one talks about them. Same shit happens with China and the Yulin Festival. So many stories of ordinary Chinese folks who don’t make much, but pull together all they have in order to buy the dogs and prevent their deaths. No one hears about that.

(xuankun)
Ok I think we are jumping to conclusions a bit too fast here guys. The post talked about how it wasn’t his place to enforce cultural norms on Korea, just prevent animal cruelty. It’s no different than some dude doing he same with cows or pigs in the US.

We need to pick our battles. Defending animal cruelty isn’t one we are going to win.

(chopsticko)
no no no no no no, don't be fooled, he prefaces with that, but proceeds to say otherwise. This is more than just animal cruelty, this is western whites dictating that their selection of animals to eat (or be kind to) as superior. People from Korea or Asia don't come to the US to rescue chickens, cows or pigs from cruel conditions, do they?

(xuankun)
No I suppose they don’t, but it’s not Korean culture to keep any of those animals as pets.

I don’t really see where in his post that he implies western superiority.

(chopsticko)
implied in op title and in his post via 'culture should never be a scapegoat for cruelty'

Peter LaBarbera Is Upset ‘Love, Simon’ Did Not Mention The ‘Judgment Of God’ On Gay People

Anti-LGBTQ activist Peter LaBarbera was, unsurprisingly, not a fan of the new gay teenage romance film “Love, Simon,” complaining to Religious Right radio host Janet Mefferd on Tuesday that the film fails to promote a “religious message” and does not warn audiences that gay people face a life of physical and mental illness “and of course the judgment of God.”

LaBarbera joined Mefferd on Tuesday to weigh in on the release of “Love, Simon,” which is a romantic comedy film that features a 17-year-old boy who reveals his sexual orientation to his friends and family and falls in love with a classmate. LaBarbera, who has long been livid about the entertainment industry advancing LGBTQ causes, shared with Mefferd what he saw to be “three myths” promoted in the film.

“Number one is that being homosexual—quote-unquote ‘gay’—is basically who you are, intrinsically who you are. You know, if that line just happens to be gay. That’s number one. Number two, that there’s a total mutual equivalence between homosexual romances and the gay lifestyle and normal, heterosexual living, so it’s presented as totally equal. Number three, that parental love, the way they love their son after he comes out and declares his homosexuality or they find out, the parents, is they just basically express regret they didn’t know earlier,” he said. “There’s no sorrow. There’s no religious message at all in the movie, Janet, and there’s nothing that says any disapproval.”

LaBarbera said he believed the movie was “like a Disney gay movie” that was made for teenagers before complaining that “there’s no aftermath after this boy finds his quote-unquote ‘gay’ romance.”

“We’re never going to hear later about the diseases associated with homosexuality that he likely would get, mental illness, and of course the judgment of God,” LaBarbera said.

Mefferd asked LaBarbera to expand on what he meant when he referred to mental illness, to which LaBarbera responded by promoting the book “The Health Hazards of Homosexuality,” published by the anti-gay group MassResistence. He claimed that conditions like HIV are now “gay male diseases,” claiming that this is the case “because homosexual behavior is a perversion like God says it is, it is deviant, it is not normal.”

LaBarbera also said he was upset that “Love, Simon” posed the question of why heterosexual people don’t have to come out as “straight” to their friends and family. He answered the question by saying it was “because that’s the way God designed it.”

“It’s so basic and yet Hollywood is doing everything it can now. We’re going to see more and more movies like this. And Janet, this is the first major teen homosexual romance film to be a big box-office hit. And so this is, again, Hollywood is trying to mainstream sexual sin,” LaBarbera said.

GAY TRUTH blogspot #homophobia verygoodgaynews.blogspot.com

[=Authors note and context: This is from a blog that calls itself "GAY TRUTH" and claims to be about "Very Good Gay News" - it is in fact an anti-gay propaganda site. It's author(s) are unknown=]

A teacher claiming to be a Christian says Christian school asked her to quit for supporting homosexual fake marriage and being unable to support the school doctrine of faith and employment.

Rachel Colvin claiming to be a Christian who worked for Ballarat Christian College was asked to resign over her public beliefs about gay marriage which is in reality - homosexual fake marriage.

Rachel Colvin in defiance to scripture is taking legal action against Ballarat Christian College, claiming she was forced to resign over her personal support for homosexual fake marriage while at the same time was unwilling to sign the school's code of conduct.

Rachel Colvin was an English teacher at Ballarat Christian College from 2008 until February 2019.  Colvin said that in August last year the school informed her she would no longer be offered certain teaching and professional development opportunities, despite her offer to keep silent about her personal and immoral support for fake homosexual marriage. She said she was required to attend counseling sessions with the head of teaching and school chaplain.

Colvin has lodged a discrimination case with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal under the state’s Equal Opportunity Act 2010. The tribunal is yet to list the case for a directions date or hearing. A homosexual group is providing support to Colvin in pursuing the case.

“I loved my job. I am an extremely hard worker and loyal to a fault, and to have it end the way it did was, at first, professionally humiliating,” Colvin said in a statement. She ultimately humiliated herself claiming to be a Christian who does not follow God's word, make God the creator of sin, chooses to re-interpret all the homosexual passages that clearly state homosexuality is a sin, and then seeks to confuse young people by stating homosexuality is good.

Rachel Colvin claiming to be a Christian demonstrates by her statements which clearly violate the word of God - that she is not a Christian:

“I see it as a God-given opportunity to stand up for what is right, to represent what God is really about: loving others. They were created as they are, in the image of God, and that they are fully loved by God and share equal dignity with all human beings,” she said.Rachel Colvin position on homosexuality is simply wrong

The Bible consistently tells us that homosexual activity is a sin (Genesis 19:1–13; Leviticus 18:22; 20:13; Romans 1:26–27; 1 Corinthians 6:9). Romans 1:26–27 teaches specifically that homosexuality is a result of denying and disobeying God. When people continue in sin and unbelief, God “gives them over” to even more wicked and depraved sin in order to show them the futility and hopelessness of life apart from God. 1 Corinthians 6:9 proclaims that homosexual “offenders” will not inherit the kingdom of God.

God does not create a person with homosexual desires.  Rachel Colvin is wrong. The Bible tells us that people become homosexuals because of sin (Romans 1:24–27) and ultimately because of their own choice. A person may be born with a greater susceptibility to homosexuality, just as some people are born with a tendency to violence and other sins. That does not excuse the person’s choosing to sin by giving in to sinful desires. If a person is born with a greater susceptibility to anger/rage, does that make it right for him to give into those desires? Of course not! The same is true with homosexuality.

However, the Bible does not describe homosexuality as a “greater” sin than any other. All sin is offensive to God. Homosexuality is just one of the many things listed in 1 Corinthians 6:9–10 that will keep a person from the kingdom of God. According to the Bible, God’s forgiveness is just as available to a homosexual as it is to an adulterer, idol worshipper, murderer, thief, etc. God also promises the strength for victory over sin, including homosexuality, to all those who will believe in Jesus Christ for their salvation (1 Corinthians 6:11; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Philippians 4:13).

The school correctly updated its constitution last year following the disputed legalising of fake homosexual marriage in 2017.

“God designed the two genders, male and female, for the purpose of joy and procreation within the sole relationship of marriage. So a marriage can only be between a male and a female, and upon this foundation alone should children be conceived and families formed,” the clause says.
While the Bible strongly condemns homosexuality, it never instructs that homosexuals are to be hated. As Christians, we are to speak out against the perversion of homosexual activity not support it, promote or even claim God loves it.

The Bible is explicit in its condemnation of it, as well as God’s wrath towards those who practice such behavior. As Christians, we are called to clearly and lovingly call sin for what it is. Using the term homophobia to refer to anyone who opposes homosexuality is a distraction, not a valid argument or accurate representation.

A Christian should have only one fear regarding homosexuals, the fear that they will suffer eternally because of their decision to reject the only means of salvation—the Lord Jesus Christ who offers the only hope for escape from a degrading and destructive lifestyle.

Rachel Colvin may have grown up in an evangelical Christian family in the US and may have served as a missionary, but has obviously strayed from scripture and God regardless of the claim to be a believer.

She refused to support that statement of faith and should have voluntarily resigned rather than take her employer to Court. This clearly reflects the fact she is no longer a faithful follower of Christ based on her unbiblical statements.

Sex between two adult males was always considered abhorrent. For instance, St. Paul condemned men’s “indecent acts with other men” (Romans 1:27). He did not differentiate between pedophilia and adult homosexual acts; both were sinful sexual perversions in God’s eyes.

The biblical condemnation and rejection of homosexuality was not a novel idea introduced by St. Paul. Jude, the writer of the New Testament book that bears his name, told his readers that sexual immorality led God to destroy the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah (Jude 7). And it may be that Jesus also had this sin in mind when he referred to God annihilating these two ancient cities (Matthew 11:23).

Christians are said to be homophobic simply because they condemn homosexual behavior as sin. But the fact is that the term homophobic is merely a word used by homosexual activists and supporters in their attempts to deflect a genuine criticism of an immoral and unhealthy practice.

Without question, there are people and organizations who have developed irrational hate of homosexuals and who are prepared to use violent actions to inflict suffering upon homosexuals.

However, the problem is that the homosexual-rights activists have accused anyone who opposes homosexuality of harboring similar hatred. Therefore, Christians who rightly discern that homosexuality is an unnatural sin are equated with violent lunatics who hate for hatred’s sake.

Right after Donald Trump’s election, the SPLC really stoked panic. A pro-gay Episcopal church in Indiana was vandalized w/“Heil Trump,” a swastika, & an anti-gay slur. Turns out it was the gay organ player who did it. He was only charged w/a misdemeanor.

Days after the Pittsburgh massacre, Trump supporters were blamed for Nazi vandalism at a Brooklyn synagogue & fires in a Jewish community. Turns out the perpetrator was a gay black man who had worked with city council on an initiative to fight hate crimes.

One week before the presidential election, a black church in Mississippi was burned in an arson attack. “Vote Trump” was written on the building. After much panic, an investigation revealed that the man responsible was a church member. In Nov 2016 a Muslim student at the University of Louisiana said two white racist Trump supporters brutally assaulted her, ripped off her hijab, & robbed her. The story went viral. It was a lie. Media never identified her by name after hoax was revealed.

I remember that Trump & his supporters were blamed for a spate of anti-Semitic, KKK & Nazi graffiti on the campus of Nassau Community College in Long Island in late 2016. The student responsible was Jasskirat Saini: https://abc7ny.com/news/man-charged-after-swastikas-found-at-long-island-college/1666228/ …

In Dec 2016 a Muslim woman said she was attacked by 3 white Trump supporters in NYC on the subway. She said they tried to rip off her hijab. Yasmin Seweid lied. CAIR said Muslims are under tremendous “stress & pressure” resulting in incidents like this.

In Sep. 2018 a black woman in Long Island said Trump supporters confronted her & told her “she didn’t belong here.” Her car tire was slashed the next day & a hateful note was left behind saying “go home.” Adwoa Lewis made up the whole story. https://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local/Woman-Who-Found-Hateful-Note-on-Car-After-Teens-Yelled-Trump-2016-Made-Up-Story-Police-493375511.html …

In Nov 2018 students at Goucher College demanded social justice training & safe spaces after racist, Nazi, & KKK graffiti was found on campus. Someone even wrote the names of black students. Trump was blamed. Fynn Arthur, a black student, was responsible.

Being tolerant of intolerance is a paradox. If someone goes up to you and tells you he hates your face and is going to make it illegal for you to walk around in public without a bag over your head, you aren't going to respect this man's "Belief"/"Ideas".

You are going to tell him to fuck off and take his bullshit somewhere else.

Yes, but I'm not going to spend the rest of my life trying to destroy HIM for HIS beliefs. I'm going to tell him to go away and leave it at that. I'm not going to start a MOVEMENT to ruin his career, his life, or anything else. WHY should I? Because it is hypocritical, and I don't understand how people just don't get that.

If someone offends me by trying to marginalize me, if I try to marginalize him in return, how am I no worse than he?
Again, Tolerance is not a two way street. It does NOT have to be reciprocated. You know what makes me the better man? Letting HIM have his beliefs, and me not CARING about it.

Gay rights organizations protest and do things based on their belief that there is nothing wrong with being gay.
Why is it not acceptable for anti-gay believers to do the same thing? Who gets to decide what is right and what is wrong morally? If one side should not dictate morality, neither should the other.

This is why I always say that equality, fairness, and tolerance are false ideals. Because you can NEVER truly have ANY of those things, since people will always try to impose their side onto the other.

How are you destroying him? Are you actively hindering him in his work? He can write anything he wants, whenever he wants, I just won't buy it. The same way I will not buy anything off the guy in my example.

Then what is the point of the boycott? If it is not to cause him harm, it has no other purpose then and is simply the act of being vindictive for vindictiveness's sake.

Choosing not to involve yourself with him or his work due to a personal disagreement with his beliefs is one thing. To do so ONLY because of his beliefs and because OTHERS are doing it as well makes it revenge.. a "punishment." When you punish, it means you are attempting to impose your authority onto someone else.
When you do that, you are no longer the oppressed but the oppressor.

Indonesia's Aceh province #fundie abcnews.go.com

Two men in Indonesia's Aceh province were publicly caned dozens of times Tuesday for consensual gay sex, a punishment that intensifies an anti-gay backlash in the world's most populous Muslim country and which rights advocates denounced as "medieval torture."

More than a thousand people packed the courtyard of a mosque to witness the caning, which was the first time that Aceh, the only province in Indonesia to practice Shariah law, has caned people for homosexuality.

The crowd shouted insults and cheered as the men, aged 20 and 23, were whipped across the back and winced with pain. Many in the crush of spectators filmed the caning with cellphones as a team of five robed and hooded enforcers took turns to inflict the punishment, relieving one another after every 20 strokes for one of the men and 40 for the other.

Sarojini Mutia Irfan, a female university student who witnessed the caning, said it was a necessary deterrent.

"What they have done is like a virus that can harm people's morale," she said. "This kind of public punishment is an attempt to stop the spread of the virus to other communities in Aceh."

The couple were arrested in March after neighborhood vigilantes in the provincial capital, Banda Aceh, suspected them of being gay and broke into their rented room to catch them having sex.

David Manning #fundie rawstory.com

An anti-gay Harlem pastor fired back on Monday after an LGBT group began raising money to buy his Atlah Worldwide Church at a foreclosure auction.

During a Monday broadcast, Manning said that he had a warning “for all the sodomites that think that you’re going to purchase this church in a foreclosure sale.”

“This ain’t no bathhouse, this ain’t no f*g house, this is the Lord’s house!” he exclaimed. “And before you can ever own this property, hook or crook… men who are f*gs with testicles will be carrying babies in their testicles and giving birth to them through their anus.”

“That’s how impossible it is for you to get this house,” Manning continued. “When you start carrying a baby in your bags and birthing that baby through your ass, then you can own this house. But until I see you pull a baby out your ass, you ain’t going to pull this church out from underneath us. And boom shakalaka goes right there.”

“And all you f*gs can go to hell! And do it now.”

Many White Nationalists are Pagans or Atheists and believe gays should have rights. You don't have to be a Christian or anti-gay to be against multiculturalism.

The number of gay people is too small to affect the birth rate. Whites are declining because heterosexuals are not having enough children. Don't blame this on the gay minority.

The gay lifestyle is that of sexual indulgence and impulsive, animalistic behavior. A being that acts primarily in accordance with its insatiable lust and desire is akin to an animal; not a human being, which is imbued with the ability to discern and control oneself. Their entire lifestyle and LGBTQWXYZ+ movement is centered around a perverse fetish and nothing more. "Love is love" cannot and must not be applied to these creatures. The defamation of objective Love has been popularized by morally decaying liberal insects; lust has gained the upper hand. Lust and fetishism are the guiding ideologies of the LGBT community, which aims to unite the degenerated masses around its rainbow flag. LGBT apologists pretend not to notice the obvious: they defend a culture that has developed around parties, bars, clubs, and other venues that emanate promiscuity. The movement requires hypersexuality to exist, as that is its defining feature. They parade the streets sporting sex toys, dressed in revealing clothes, fishnet stockings, pink tutus, heavy makeup, wigs, high heels, flashy colors, etc. etc. Men cease to be men. They no longer talk, walk, act, or dress like men. Lesbians tend to remain more-or-less feminine. Unless they're butch, they tend to keep their hair long, they typically continue to dress like women, and they do not alter their voices to sound deep. Gays, on the other hand, adopt an entirely different persona and actually try to resemble male-female hybrid prostitutes. They adopt the worst traits that generally only manifest in women.

We have all seen them and to deny the sexualized nature of this subculture is idiotic and insincere. They appear on stations like NPR for "Pride month" and introduce themselves as former male prostitutes advertising their "trailblazing" new TV show appropriately titled "Hoes." They refer to themselves as hoes; black slang for whores. They are male whores, they actively advertise themselves as such, and yet naive whites try to present gays in a "positive light," explaining how family-oriented they are and how they "just want to marry and love." Whores are the last people for whom marriage remains a sacrament. Whores have sex for money or pleasure and indulge in it incessantly; to consider whores fit for fidelity and loyalty is laughable and ridiculous. There is a reason gays tend to be associated with HIV; in 2010, they were a whopping 200x more likely to have it than anyone else. Furthermore, they account for over 60% of syphilis cases in America while they only make up 1.6% of the US population. And it makes sense, as they have sex with literally hundreds of men, nearly 80% of whom are strangers. I can't think of anything worse for gays than marriage, as it would only limit their extraordinary desire for anal rupture.

Male sexuality, whether oriented toward females or other males, craves variety. But whereas almost all heterosexual men, perhaps after “sowing wild oats,” settle down with one woman, homosexual men do not settle down. Ever. A classic, large-scale study by Bell and Weinberg conducted during the 1970s and published by the Kinsey Institute found that forty-three percent (43%) of white male homosexuals had had sex with 500 or more partners, and twenty-eight percent (28%) had had sex with 1,000 or more partners. Seventy-nine percent (79%) said that more than half of their sexual partners had been strangers. In 1985, Pollack found that gay men averaged “several dozen partners a year” and “some hundreds in a lifetime” with “tremendous promiscuity.”[ii] In their 1997 study of the sexual profiles of 2,583 older homosexuals published in the Journal of Sex Research, Paul Van de Ven, et al., found that “the modal range for number of sexual partners was 101-500.” In addition, 10.2 percent to 15.7 percent had between 501 and 1,000 partners. A further 10.2 percent to 15.7 percent reported having had more than one thousand lifetime sexual partners.[iii]

Gays are not associated with classical music, they are not associated with religion, nor a structured, traditional lifestyle. They are associated with disorder, drugs, and loud, flashy, repetitive electronic beeps and boops with abrupt, meaningless lyrics and convulsive movements that obstruct one's mental state, dull one's aching conscience, and force one's mind into a trance-like state in a futile attempt to escape the thought of future consequences. They are mentally ill escapists seeking to alleviate their troubled consciences through parties, sex, and mind-altering substances. Their hedonism ends prematurely with HIV, suicide, or overdose. It's not surprising that they're more likely to abuse drugs and alcohol (meth 12x, heroin 10x, alcohol 2-3x more likely than straight men).

They have a high suicide rate because they are mentally ill and experience childhood trauma. I do not think that a sexual orientation that typically results from rape or molestation is worthy of being mainstreamed and normalized. If it is a "fad," then it is a very dangerous one that begins with a broken childhood, continues into adolescence accompanied by sex and drugs, and finally ends at young adulthood with a stupid, tragic death. Denmark legalized same-sex marriage in the 1930's. It has been the norm for almost 90 years, and these weak, drug-addled individuals still uphold a suicide rate three times higher than that of the general populace.

Their subculture is nothing but a tragedy.

Robert Prongay #fundie therebel.media

Jimmy, You seem to think everything is a happy ending child’s book. Most of us on the right don’t care about gays and what they do in their bedrooms it’s the larger picture of displaying their sexual activity in public. The pride parade is a perfect example can you think of another similar event for a group where behaviours are on display of a sexual nature? Keep your private lives private, we understand what homosexuality is a sexual preference for the same sex we don’t need to see it in public, just like we don’t have parades where scantily clothed heterosexuals display to us the sexual nature of their lives.

As for marriage I always saw homosexuality as a choice to abandon two things, natural born children with your partner and marriage with them as well. For the prior 300 years until around 1990 nobody even considered gay marriage in our common law courts. The challenges to marriage were almost always around bigamy and the decisions always concluded with marriage being defined as between one man and one woman of consenting age. That definition did not discriminate against gays as they could marry a person of the opposite sex as well if they chose. Unlike racial exclusions which attached exceptions to conditions of the previous definition, sexual orientation did not prohibit one from meeting the preset conditions of marrying the opposite sex. What gays sought was an addition of an exceptional class to marry with no definitions of the term without a compelling legal reason. The concept violates the foundation of our justice system of stare decisis by carving out an exception for no legal reason. Civil unions would have granted all the power of marriage without the word and extended those protections to any number of couplings both gay and not. The whole gay marriage centered on the impossible being now made possible at a cost to our system of laws.

In the USA none of the justices in the majority addressed the 9th or tenth amendments, but instead chose the 14th to support their opinion. The 9th amendment would have been the most reasoned challenged as it defines that certain enumerations of rights do not disparage unenumerated rights and the argument could be made marriage was a right and gay marriage was one as well. The 10th however leaves to the states the powers that to delegate those that are not under the federal scope so at a minimum that should have been addressed as well. Instead they chose to declare marriage as a right to everybody that is protected equally which surely will be used to limit states rights to legislate against multiparty marriage and even as an unintended consequence things like gun control. Surely if unenumerated rights can’t be limited by the individual states then certainly enumerated ones like the second amendment can’t be. Thus gun control is also now dead at a state level in my mind. Same thing for hate speech laws, the states no longer have the ability to tackle legislation of individual rights, so basically the next 15 years will see dozens of constitutional challenges to any legislation that limits individual rights at a state level.

In Canada section 15 addresses individual rights in paragraph 1 and then enshrines discrimination in paragraph 2 to create equality, a prime example of what is wrong with creating exceptional classes. The funny elephant in the room is that a document addressing individual rights written less than 35 years ago somehow missed sexual orientation, are we to believe that NOBODY saw discrimination 35 years ago against gays or is it safe to assume there really was no need to address a personal matter like sex regarding public accommodation? This whole gay rights, sexual orientation movement is a creation of a handful of radical imbeciles holding the narrative of freedom captive to their sexual behaviour. Gays aren’t discriminated against unless they seek to flaunt their private behaviour and then only by a handful of people. They however have no problem creating confrontations by trying to attack faith based businesses for not endorsing their behaviour. I feel like going to a gay bakery and making them make me an anti-gay cake and see what it sets off. The simple and succinct definition of individual rights is they end where they impact others individual rights a concept people on the left can’t seem to accept.

Get Ready For ReaganBook: The 'Facebook For Patriots'

Last weekend, the Ohio Liberty Coalition hosted a "Reload 4 Liberty" event at which Janet Porter spoke about her never-ending push to get her anti-choice "Heartbeat Bill" legislation passed in Ohio. But apparently that is not all that Porter is up to these days, as she also revealed to the audience that she'll soon be unveiling something called ReaganBook, which aims to become "the Facebook for patriots."

Because Facebook is run by the sorts of people who march in gay pride parades and supposedly censors messages from anti-gay activists like Peter LaBarbera, Porter explained that she decided to launch ReaganBook as a conservative alternative.

"We're tearing down walls, get it?" she said. "We're tearing down walls of tyranny, or censorship"

And indeed, ReaganBook is an actual thing ... and though, as of this posting, it currently only has thirty-one members, including Janet Porter, we are sure that once it is officially announced, it'll sweep the nation!

Jeff Amyx #fundie pinknews.co.uk

A hardware shop in Tennessee is selling ‘no gays allowed’ hats – presumably for when you don’t want any gay people climbing on your head.

Amyx Hardware & Roofing Supplies in Washburn, Tennessee spotted the supposed market niche for hideously homophobic clothing that is also straight-up hideous, only coming in totally-heterosexual khaki.

Store owner Jeff Amyx appears to be trying to make some kind of statement, having failed to garner enough media attention earlier this year when he banned gays from his own store, erecting a ‘no gays allowed’ sign.

As well as the $5 caps, Amyx says he also sells anti-gay bumper stickers, that say ‘Choose God or gays’. He claims both items are so popular that they’ve already sold out.

Rambling to local media outlet WATE, Amyx said: “I just don’t agree with their lifestyle. I don’t want any part of it. I don’t want it around me and I’ll never agree with it.”

He added that”God created Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve” – though it’s unclear whether he was being straight-up homophobic or hinting at the next slogan for his fashion range.

Pastor Donnie Romero #fundie rawstory.com

In the wake of the attack on the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida last week, many right-wing Christian religious leaders have celebrated the shooter’s actions, but a Texas pastor is taking that to a whole new level.

Pastor Donnie Romero of Stedfast Baptist Church in Fort Worth told his flock he agrees “100 percent” with Baptist Pastor Roger Jimenez, who made news with his sermon advocating that the government should use a firing squad to “blow their brains out.”

“These 50 sodomites are all perverts and pedophiles, and they are the scum of the earth, and the earth is a little bit better place now,” Romero said in the Sunday sermon. “And I’ll take it a step further, because I heard on the news today, that there are still several dozen of these queers in ICU and intensive care. And I will pray to God like I did this morning, I will do it tonight, I’ll pray that God will finish the job that that man started, and he will end their life, and by tomorrow morning they will all be burning in hell, just like the rest of them, so that they don’t get any more opportunity to go out and hurt little children.”

Romero went on to cite Sodom and Gomorrah, which he called the first ever “queer mass murder” and called out mega churches, whom he believes are too soft on preaching anti-gay sermons. Biblical scholars believe the “sin” in the story had nothing to do with homosexuality, rather it was about inhospitality.

In a twist, Romero was ordained by Pastor Steve Anderson, who also made the list of anti-LGBT religious leaders standing with the actions of the shooter.

The Kansas City Star today reported that the speaker of the Missouri House, Republican John Diehl, sent several sexually charged text messages to a female college freshman who was working as an intern in the state legislature.

Diehl, who is married, has championed the Religious Right’s anti-gay agenda in the state house, and has in turn been praised by state conservative groups for his “moral leadership.”

Earlier this year, Diehl and the president pro-tempore of the state Senate filed an amicus brief in defense of the state’s anti-gay-marriage amendment, leading the Missouri Family Policy Council, the state affiliate of the Family Research Council, to praise the speaker “for demonstrating moral leadership and true integrity in standing up for the sacred institution of marriage and the family values of the people of Missouri.” The state affiliate of the Southern Baptist Convention thanked him for “fighting to defend biblical marriage.”

“Missourians owe a debt of gratitude to Speaker of the House Tim Jones, Senate President Pro Tempore Tom Dempsey and Speaker of the House-designee John Diehl for intervening on behalf of the state in the Jackson County case where state Circuit Judge J. Dale Youngs ruled that 10 same-sex couples married in other states, but now living in Missouri, are entitled to the same benefits as heterosexual married couples,” said Don Hinkle, editor of the Missouri Southern Baptist newsletter The Pathway. “Their action took political courage and they are to be commended for their leadership.”

Diehl also co-sponsored a 2012 bill to ban Gay-Straight Alliances in public schools, which read: “Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, no instruction, material, or extracurricular activity sponsored by a public school that discusses sexual orientation other than in scientific instruction concerning human reproduction shall be provided in any public school.”

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch at the time called it a “hateful and unconstitutional attack on individual rights” and slammed Diehl for backing “a loathsome bill in a cynical attempt to garner support from the right wing.”

Robert Prongay #fundie therebel.media

Ian what a childish worldview you have, are you suggesting people’s thoughts should be policed by the state’s inclusive police? Is the semantics of wording to protect a very exclusive minority at the expense of a sizable portion of the community, FREEDOM? Are you blind to your very own ignorance of accusing all anti-gay marriage people of being theocrats or suggesting those with religious oppositions should have less merit based on their freedom of worship than a gay has regarding their freedom of sex?

Like every dimwitted, thought challenged leftist you use anti-miscegenation laws to support gay marriage leaving out the very real fact that those laws added to marriage conditions beyond its definition. Gay marriage is actually more similar to those laws then it is to what marriage is. Gay marriage is an additional exclusionary clause added to marriage to craft exceptions not remain inclusive as marriage was to all men and women who chose to marry the opposite sex. You fools that choose the symbology of civil rights to address discrimination that doesn’t exist are revolting anti-liberty crusaders seeking to create a tyranny of the minority on all people who believe in traditional values. You point out changing curriculum to become more “inclusive” in support of your beliefs rather than the scientific evidence that displays gays cannot naturally reproduce with their same sex partners. Should that be part of the curriculum? How about including this type of statement “although gays were granted the freedom to marry the same sex, unlike traditional couples these partners can not reproduce biologically with one another and must rely on surrogates or poor unfortunate people that have to give up their natural parental rights so gays can become legal parents. The confusion this leads to and the 300% increase in abuse to these children are unintended consequences of creating domestic sexual relationships to placate the self indulgent nature of people unable to live with the consequences of their chosen sexual lifestyle”. I think that would be an accurate description to include along with all the “positives” we need to provide children regarding the glory of homsexuality. Should we also include that 40% of post-op transgendered people attempt suicide and many regret their surgeries? I mean if we want to be inclusive we must have the truths lest people mutilate themselves.

So tell me Ian how is it that we move forward with this?

Robert Mugabe #fundie m.news24.com

Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe has sarcastically promised to travel to Washington and ask for Barack Obama's hand in marriage, following the legalisation of gay marriage across America by the Supreme Court last week, according to reports.

Mugabe, who is known for his extreme anti-gay views allegedly said this during an interview with state radio, the reports said.

"I've just concluded since president Obama endorses the same-sex marriage, advocates homosexual people and enjoys an attractive countenance thus if it becomes necessary , I shall travel to Washington, DC , get down on my knee , and ask his [Obama’s] hand,” Mugabe was reported as saying.

Mugabe said he could not understand why "this people dare to defy Christ’s explicit orders as our Lord prohibited mankind from sodomy", adding that the American government was run by pervert, Satan-worshipers who insulted the Great American nation.

According to Newsweek, the US decision to legalise gay marriage came just before LGBT Pride marches took place around the world, with American landmarks such as the White House being lit in rainbow colours to mark the historic ruling.

Homosexuality is illegal in Zimbabwe and Mugabe has in previous years made headlines after he told gay people to go to "hell" and stated that those of homosexual orientation were lower than "pigs, goats and birds".

Last year, the veteran leader said gay rights were not human rights, adding Zimbabwe would never children to grow up thinking that there was an alternative to the God-prescribed marriage system.

Mugabe’s remarks came at a time when Mozambique, on Monday decriminalised homosexuality.

Russell M. Nelson #fundie huffingtonpost.com

God authorizes bigotry, sheep rebel . . .

On November 5, 2015 the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church) issued a new and extreme anti-gay edict banning same-sex married couples and their children from the Church. During the past 10 months, there have been scores of Mormon LGBT teenagers who have committed suicide because of it.

Mormon Apostle Dallin H. Oaks made matters worse when he said of the dozens of Mormon teen suicides, “I’m aware that those tragic things happen. Those things have to be judged by a higher authority than exists on this earth.”

It became a PR disaster for the Mormon Church. In the months to follow the policy change, so many Mormon families were hurting that Church leaders finally issued a rare acknowledgement on all of the suicides. The Church owned Deseret News covered it with this headline “LDS Church Leaders Mourn Reported Deaths in Mormon LGBT Community.”

On January 10, 2016 the Mormon Church did an about face. Apostle Russell M. Nelson said in a speech at Church owned BYU Hawaii that it was not actually a policy change, but the LGBT ban came directly from God. That hard to swallow bit of damage control two months after the original Church edict led to tens of thousands of more Mormon resignations.(bold not in original)

Church members started going online, talking to their Bishops and lining up by the thousands to fill out the necessary paperwork to officially leave their Church. One estimate is that up to 125,000 Mormons have resigned the Mormon Church in the last 10 months because of it. One attorney in Salt Lake City has personally handled 12,000 resignations alone. This figure is on top of the nearly one million Mormons who have resigned the Church after the it was outed as being the driving force and funder of California’s Proposition 8.

I'm just wondering if the pro-gay marriage side has really any idea of the implications legal marriage has, not just in the US but in the other 200 something countries as well.

Marriage comes with various benefits that the governments provides the couple. So in order to justify gay marriage you would need to:

a. prove that the union of two men or two women provides any tangible benefit for society (I don't believe there is any, as the judge correctly pointed out, it's just entertainment between two people. Nothing wrong with that, but I don't wanna either discourage or encourage that decision.)

b. make it merely a formal recognition solely for the purposes of maybe having an easier time to notify next-of-kin in case one of them dies... or default inheritance

Why on Earth should they have housing benefits, health benefits, tax benefits or whatever else is beyond me. Stand on your own ground. What's next? Are we gonna give 2 non-romantic friends special rights as well? Just because they're friends? That's their business, but they're not entitled to other poeple's taxes.

And no two gays parenting is not equal to natural reproduction between a man a woman. It's better than being an orphan or being raised by a single person, but it's idiotic to pretend that a natural mother and father are completely interchangeable with any set of 2 (or more) strangers. There are so many extra issues involved when one or none of the parents is actually the biological parent, they're less likely to bond well for example step fathers are far more likely to abuse children than natural fathers. They rarely have the same investment as deep down they know it's not really their child. Not having a male or female role model can also pose problems for the child's identity development. Young men with no father figures are disproportionately more criminal and badly adjusted than those with one.

The most idiotic and dangerous aspect of all of this is that now one man and one woman marrying and having children is seen as no better in any way than a surrogate impregnating herself and then deliberately giving her own son away to two men, getting some money and having no further involvement in that child's life. Normally we would call that a bad deadbeat mother. It's bad to abandon your kids... unless you're giving them away to two men.

I'm not anti-gay, I don't find anal sex between two men immoral (doubt I'd have to be lying to you if I told you that it's not a super high risk behavior that can get you a lot of infections if you're not careful) but I'm also not anti-traditional family and the LGBT movement has proven that it doesn't respect it.

Churches should not have to be forced to marry them either if it goes against their theology. Bakeries should be free to refuse service if they oppose gay marriage on moral or religious or whatever grounds.

Archbishop Henry Luke Orombi #fundie newvision.co.ug

Archbishop Henry Luke Orombi yesterday said he fears for his life because of the campaign he has waged against homosexuals.

“Nowadays, I don’t wear my collar when I am in countries which have supporters of homosexuals,” he said while addressing Christians at Kitunga archdeaconry, West Ankole diocese in Ntungamo district.

“I am forced to dress like a civilian because those people are dangerous. They can harm anybody who is against them. Some of them are killers. They want to close the mouth of anybody who is against them.”
Orombi is among the Anglican archbishops who have led the boycott against the Lambeth Conference, which takes places later this month, over the issue of homosexuality.

The Global Anglican Future Conference, which was held in Jerusalem last month, resolved to form a new movement and broke ties with the authority of Canterbury over the consecration of gay bishops.

Despite the threats, Orombi yesterday continued his anti-gay campaign, asking Christians to pray for him and others who are against homosexuals.

“Homosexuals are agitating that it is a human right. But how can it be a human right for a man to sleep with another man or a woman to marry a woman?” he asked.

“What we need is to wake up and protect our church and children against this practice.”

He argued that God created men and women so that they could have children and fill the world so that the generations could continue. “So where do the homosexuals want to get their children?” he asked.

Orombi noted that homosexuals were trying to take advantage of Africa’s poverty by making donations, building schools and offering scholarships.

“We should not accept any donation that comes our way and has strings attached. Some people have already fallen victims in Uganda and we need to stop it,” the archbishop said.

Bishop Yona Katonene, the bishop of West Ankole diocese, who accompanied the archbishop, said he had received a report that a male teacher in Bushenyi had married a male student.

Vitaly Milonov #fundie theguardian.com

The Russian politician who inspired a controversial anti-gay law has found a new source of gay propaganda: the Eurovision song contest.

St Petersburg legislator Vitaly Milonov – who sponsored a local law against homosexual propaganda in 2011 that helped pave the way for a similar federal law last year – has written a letter to Russia's Eurovision selection committee asking it not to send Russian musicians to the 2014 competition in Copenhagen in May.

Calling the event a "Europe-wide gay parade," Milonov argued that Russian performers' participation would "contradict the path of cultural and moral renewal that Russia stands on today". In a tweet, the lawmaker called for a full boycott of the "Sodom show".

"Even just broadcasting the competition in Russia could insult millions of Russians," Milonov said in the letter, according to a statement from his press service.

"The participation of the obvious transvestite and hermaphrodite Conchita Wurst on the same stage as Russian singers on live television is blatant propaganda of homosexuality and spiritual decay."

Singer Thomas Neuwirth will represent Austria at Eurovision this year in his drag persona of Conchita Wurst. Milonov later tweeted that "completely boycotting" the show was not necessary, but said the "pervert from Austria" should be excluded.

Jacksonville anti-gay pastors #fundie joemygod.blogspot.com

[coalition of Jacksonville pastors campaigning against proposed LGBT non-discrimination ordinance]

We oppose this bill for multiple reasons. First, fundamental evangelical Christians with a biblical worldview agree homosexuality is an abominable sin according to Romans 1:22-32, and anyone supporting this bill may be in danger of having a "reprobate mind". Therefore we are refuting the small group of local pastors supporting this bill as they do not represent the majority of main stream Christianity. Second, we our calling on the city council to repent and reject this bill for these reasons. We reject the theory that this is an "anti discrimination bill" as the bill takes away the rights of the majority of our citizens and gives special rights and class to a small minority of people. We have spoken so politically correct we have desensitized a generation to homosexuality, it is not an alternative lifestyle, it is sodomy, perversion and sin. We know God will bless or curse this city according to our law and public policy as Proverbs 14:34 states "Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people."

Bob Katter #fundie pinknews.co.uk

An Australian MP has lashed out at gay people in a ridiculous rant, saying that “homosexual behaviour” from is responsible for suicides in the country.

Bob Katter, one of just four representatives who voted against Australia’s successful same-sex marriage bill just hours ago, also blamed LGBT people – who he said have only existed for a few decades – for murders. ? If that wasn’t enough, the Member for Kennedy in Queensland also accused gay people of killing children by donating infected blood.

Australian independent Bob Katter announces his decision to back opposition leader Tony Abbott to form government during a press conference at Parliament House in Canberra on September 7, 2010. Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard retained power by a tiny, one-seat majority after winning the backing of two key independent MPs in the first hung parliament in decades. Katter, who has previously compared equal marriage to being eaten by a crocodile, sparked outrage with the rambling tirade, both in the House of Representatives and online.

During his rant, the anti-gay politician said: “The people advocating this proposition tonight, the LGBTIs, have maybe 60 years on their side. “I have 3.5 million years of genetic programming on my side, because we human beings, they tell us, have been around for 3.5 million years. “One thing that is absolutely certain is that we’ve all developed from heterosexual couples.”

Katter, who has claimed that homosexual people stole the word ‘gay,’ added that “this country continuously has the highest male juvenile suicide rates in the world”. But rather than back that statement up with statistics, Katter blamed – you guessed it – gay people.

“There is something going wrong here. We have an extraordinary incidence of homosexual behaviour in Australia compared with other nations, and I think the people who have been speaking for this bill would agree with me on that,” he said. After mentioning two murder cases involving only gay people, Katter made the absurd conclusion that these kind of homicides were scientifically more likely.

“There’s no doubt there is a DNA thing there, and some people can handle it but a lot of people can’t,” he told the chamber, before implying that there was a gay conspiracy. “There is a very, very ugly side to this, where the curtain comes down and we’re not allowed to talk about it,” said Katter.

Another LGBT conspiracy, he suggested, was that gay people had killed children by giving them infected blood. “They wanted equality in the giving of blood. “They said, ‘We as homosexuals have a right to give blood,’ so they did, and I think 72 children were injected with AIDS from the blood that was given. “It was hushed up,” he told his fellow lawmakers.

Katter also repeated the ridiculous argument put forward by the defeated No side ever since the postal vote began in September, namely that boys would be forced to wear traditionally female clothing. “If you want to make a young lad between the age of nine or 10 and 15 go to school wearing a dress, you’ll seriously mess with his head,” he said. The politician asked: “Do you think seriously that the LGBT group are going to stop here?”

It doesn’t seem that they will. After all, progress is neverending. Near the end of his speech, Liberal member Christopher Pyne stood up to tell Katter: “Bobby, this is rubbish.” Can’t argue with that.

Government of Indonesia #fundie independent.co.uk

The authorities this week forced Line, a Japanese-Korean messaging app, to remove same-sex and lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, and transgender (LGBT) themed stickers from its Indonesian-language store.

Similar bans are expected on Whatsapp, Facebook and Tinder. Companies who fail to comply with the request may be blocked by the ministry’s Negative Content Management Panel.

“Social media must respect the culture and local wisdom of the country where they have [a] large numbers of users,” said Ismail Cawidu, a spokesperson for Indonesia’s ministry of information and communication.

He added: “The ministry is appreciative of Line Indonesia for their understanding and discretion in dealing with matters that could potentially cause public unrest, especially the concerns of mothers for their children in terms of the negative influence the circulation of these LGBT stickers could cause.”

There is no law against homosexuality in most of Indonesia, the world’s most populous Muslim country, but government officials have made a number of anti-gay rights statements recently.

Indonesia's northernmost province of Aceh, which has adopted Sharia law, made having same-sex relations punishable with 100 lashes. Last month Muhammad Nasir, Indonesia’s minister for technology, research, and higher education, said that the LGBT community should be barred from university campuses, because there are “standards of values and morals to uphold”.

Human Rights Watch expressed concern on Thursday at what it described as a “spate of hateful rhetoric by public officials against lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender” people in Indonesia.

Last year, Apple introduced same-sex emojis for the first time. Russia began legal action, but later opted to drop their lawsuit.

Sylvia Thompson #fundie renewamerica.com

Finally, a prominent nation is taking on the homosexual agenda and rejecting it outright. A number of African nations have done the same, but third-world countries are not newsworthy to mainstream media.

The irony is stunning that a Communist nation would understand that preserving the value of men and women marrying and producing children makes for demographic survival, while many American Christian leaders cower in the shadows, in fear of activist homosexuals and their leftist supporters.

The Russian law calls for protecting children (minors) from the indoctrination of adults who would use them for their own ends. It states that fines will be imposed on any who propagandize non-traditional sexual relations among minors through dissemination of information that encourages such relations. Additionally, acts of encouraging a distorted perception of equivalence between traditional and non-traditional sexual behavior is banned. The anti-God types, of course, are screaming "discrimination" and "anti-gay," their clarion call to gin up support and sympathy, but the Russians are having none of it. Thank God.

Liberal control of the American education system has seen to it that indoctrination to homosexual behavior runs from pre-school through university experience. Especially is this indoctrination aimed at young blacks, because blacks, on the whole (steeped in Christian teachings), are least likely to embrace the homosexual agenda. The deliberate destruction of the black family by the liberal left is part of the effort to change this thinking.

I say "cheers" to the Russians on this one. That nation will probably outlive America.

Mat Staver #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Mat Staver: Gays Are Imposing A 'Jizya' Tax On Christians In America
On a recent "Freedom's Call" radio commentary, Liberty Counsel's Mat Staver declared that gays are now imposing a "jizya" tax on Christians in America.
Staver, the anti-gay legal activist representing Kentucky clerk Kim Davis, said that gays have borrowed the concept of the jizya, a discriminatory tax imposed on non-Muslims under Islamic law, and are now subjecting Christians in America to such taxes.
"Deep in the Islamic tradition is jizya, a tax which forces non-Muslims to pay an exorbitant fee for living within a Muslim state," Staver said. "Now, from farmers in New York to those offering wedding cakes, photography and other services, all have been fined thousands, and sometimes more than a hundred thousand dollars for having and acting on a religious belief that is different from homosexuals who demand their services. These fees and fine are in essence a tax on Christians who are living out their faith and beliefs in the businesses that they labored for and have built. In America, we should not fear paying a tax or fee to Muslims, nor to homosexuals, just because our faith is different from theirs."

This evangelist asked a gay bakery to make a traditional marriage cake. Now he may face charges.

April 9, 2015 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Joshua Feuerstein was just trying to make a point. Now, he may face legal action, as a bakery that refused to provide him with a cake opposing same-sex “marriage” threatens to sue him for taking their conversation public. The bakery owner is also threatening to press charges related to the recording of the phone call.

In the wake of heated national debate over whether business owners should have the right to refuse to participate in same-sex “weddings” that violate their religious beliefs, Feuerstein, an internet evangelist, decided to see if pro-gay business owners would give him the same deference as a Christian that homosexual activists are demanding Christian business owners give to same-sex couples, even if they disagreed with his worldview.

He made a tape of himself calling Florida-based bakery “Cut the Cake” and asking them to make a cake decorated with the words, “We do not support gay marriage.” As Feuerstein expected, the bakery – which calls itself LGBT-friendly and advertises same-sex “wedding” services in gay publications – refused and hung up the phone.

"We wanted to see if a pro-LGBT bakery would bake a cake for something that it was opposed to what they believed in,” Feuerstein told Florida’s WESH 2 News, “and you know what, I actually believe that Cut the Cake has every right as an American to refuse to print that on a cake.”

Feuerstein posted video of the phone call to YouTube with commentary explaining his position. “Cut the Cake[‘s owner]…refuses to make an anti-gay ‘marriage’ cake, so it obviously violates her principles, and so she doesn’t feel like she should be forced to make the cake,” Feuerstein said in the video. “And yet…there’s all of this hoopla going around because Christian bakeries think that they shouldn’t be forced.”

“Look, this is not about discrimination,” Feuerstein said. “This is about them having the freedom.”

Valery Reshetinsky & Ruslan Kukharchuk #fundie bbc.co.uk

After a rousing service in the church's warehouse-like auditorium focusing on the agonies of sin and bliss of salvation, I meet the chief pastor, Valery Reshetinsky. For him, the fight against homosexuality is a matter of "national security" upon which the survival of the nation depends.

"Here's the issue," says Pastor Reshetinsky, a large-boned man with a slight moustache, tells me. "In a real democracy, my freedom and rights are limited by the freedom of someone else."

In his opinion, freedom of speech for sexual minorities is a violation of what he considers his inalienable right not to have to hear something he finds offensive.

"You can't do everything that you want to do, because there are people who have the exact same rights as you do," he insists.

The pastor goes on to accuse a worldwide conspiracy of Masons, New-Agers, postmodernists and financiers of various nationalities, of imposing ideas that are not "characteristic for Ukraine" on the nation's children.

...

Supporters of the bill, like Ruslan Kukharchuk, a founder of the local group Love Against Homosexuality, deny the accusation of intolerance. They say they too condemn the violence against homosexuals. What is more, they add, gays are free to do whatever they want "in the privacy of their room".

Kukharchuk, however, has also written about what he calls the "homo-dictatorship" which he claims dominates Western society and persecutes religious, anti-gay proponents like himself. He strives to counter "aggressive" gay propaganda, he says - in other words, public discourse that implies that homosexuality "is normal, is good, is part of democracy".

Linda Harvey #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Mission America’s Linda Harvey yesterday attacked the College Republican National Committee for acknowledging that the GOP’s anti-gay stances were alienating young voters, who overwhelmingly support gay rights, and asking the party to “welcome healthy debate on the policy topic at hand.” She compared such a move to a science teacher instructing a class that there is a “healthy debate” as to whether the sun revolves around the earth because some “low-information students” think that’s how the solar system works. While that is actually a great argument against teaching intelligent design and creationism in schools, Harvey said the situation would be like the GOP adjusting its rhetoric around abortion rights and gay equality in order to attract young voters. Harvey even drew a parallel between same-sex marriage and racism: “Would a responsible party welcome a healthy debate on racism? Of course not.” “Makes perfect sense until you remember that these young voters don’t know what they’re talking about,” Harvey continued. “Rather than pledge to educate the uninformed, the segment of these younger voters who are showing the effectiveness of propaganda but little wisdom; no, these researchers recommend the GOP back off of the truth.” She accused the young Republicans of “ignoring all the evidence” about the supposed harms of homosexuality, which she said is “being packaged and sold to vulnerable children,” and catering to the “militant gay lobby.” Harvey even called for a third party based on Tea Party and religious values if the GOP turns into “the meaningless party.”

Westboro Baptist Church #fundie cbsnews.com

The families of those killed in the Virginia Tech massacre may not be able to grieve in peace at the funerals of those they lost. An anti-gay religious group known for protesting at the funerals of American soldiers killed in Iraq is planning on appearing at services for those killed on Monday as well.

The Topeka, Kan.-based Westboro Baptist Church (WBC), which is not affiliated with any national Baptist organization, announced plans to protest at victims’ funerals only hours after 32 people were killed in the worst mass shooting in U.S. history. They also may protest at other events on the Virginia Tech campus.

The organization, founded and led by Fred Phelps, believes the United States has condemned itself to destruction by accepting homosexuality and other “sins of the flesh.” Phelps’ daughter, Shirley Phelps-Roper, said the Virginia Tech teachers and students who died on Monday brought their fate upon themselves by not being true Christians.

Tony Perkins and Mat Staver #fundie rightwingwatch.org

The Family Research Council’s Tony Perkins and Liberty Counsel’s Mat Staver are among the anti-equality Religious Right leaders coming to the defense of the Trump administration, which has been under fire for naming officials from two anti-LGBTQ groups to an official US delegation at the United Nations.

As we reported last week, the Trump administration appointed representatives from C-Fam, formerly the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute, and the Heritage Foundation to the official US delegation to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. Advocates for the human rights of LGBTQ people have criticized the appointments, noting among other things that C-Fam’s record of anti-gay extremism had led to its classification as an anti-LGBTQ hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. The Heritage Foundation plays a major role in promoting Religious Right resistance to legal recognition for LGBTQ people, including laws that protect them from discrimination on the job.

Staver’s statement, published on Friday, laughably claims that C-Fam and the Heritage Foundation are “thoughtful” groups that “do not demean people with whom they disagree.” In reality, C-Fam’s Austin Ruse continuously smears and demeans the people he disagrees with, portraying advocates for LGBTQ equality as “homofascists,” threats to children and families, enemies of freedom, and even Satan’s minions. Jim DeMint, the head of the Heritage Foundation, once said wants gay people barred from teaching in public schools.

Perkins says C-Fam and Heritage are “respected voices in the conservative movement who reflect the Trump administration’s values.” While that statement may be more accurate than Staver’s, it may also be even more disturbing for what it says about the hard-right values that are now being reflected in the Trump administration’s decisions.

Perkins goes on to dismiss the idea that the United Nations should be protecting the rights of vulnerable LGBTQ people:

"An even deeper problem is that these activists use the term “human rights” but have no clue what it means. The fact that the Left claims that “sexual orientation” and other terms are “human rights” isn’t rooted in anything higher than their own assertion. What gives them the right to define what it means? And why should their policy preference take preference? It doesn’t. Just because they cloak it as a “human right” won’t make it so. The only solution is to search for a standard common to all human beings as derived from a higher authority. Christians and conservatives are uniquely able to offer this. Thank goodness the Trump administration recognizes that and made sure they were represented at the U.N. in the first place."

C-Fam is so committed to resisting any recognition of the human rights of LGBTQ people in international agreements that it has teamed up with some of the world’s most repressive regimes in order to safeguard “traditional” notions of gender, family and marriage. C-Fam’s elevation by the Trump administration is the clearest signal yet that Trump will abandon the Obama administration’s crucial support for the human rights of LGBTQ people around the world.

Staver said C-Fam and Heritage “will come to the table genuinely seeking the best for women across the world.” That’s doubtful, given their support for the Trump administration’s drastic expansion of the “global gag rule,” which could have a devastating effect on public health measures and leave the world’s poorest women even more vulnerable.

Theodore Shoebat #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Last week, in response to the deadly terrorist attack on a gay nightclub in Orlando, gay right-wing commentator Milo Yiannopoulos organized an anti-Islam press conference, during which he kissed fellow anti-Islam activist and self-proclaimed "homophobe" Gavin McInnes as their way of saying "f**k you, Islam."

Needless to say, this display did not sit well with viciously anti-gay activist Theodore Shoebat, who released a video today calling for both men to be put to death.

"The only thing I can do is conclude that [McInnes] is a sodomite," Shoebat said, "Gavin McInnes is a sodomite plant, he is a deviant and he is worthy of death ... You are lower than the lowest bacteria. Pigs have more decency than you, Gavin McInnis. Swine has more decency, there are dogs that have more decency. What a sick, perverted individual you are! You are on the road straight to hell, Gavin McInnes. You are fooling them. You are full of demons. Your soul has been utterly possessed by the diabolical. You are worthy of execution! You are worthy of death. Bottom line."

"And that faggot that he kissed, Milo Yiannopoulos, is also worthy of death," Shoebat later declared. "If I had the power, I would string him up, put a noose around his neck, put him before a firing squad, any means necessary to annihilate these bastards. It's just so disgusting."

As written, it is vague. However, it is safe to conclude that each line is based on the percentage of gay men referred to in the previous line, i.e.:

1. 24 percent of gay men had over 100 partners
2. 43 percent of the men in line 1 had over 500 partners
3. 28 percent of the men in line 2 had over 1000 partners

IAC, the promiscuity of the gay "lifestyle" is not only well known and described in many citations in post #8, but it is defended by the extremists.

"Now there is a move toward claiming that this (promiscuity) is part of a different, perhaps even superior, way of managing sexual relationships... The assumption that it is desirable to have frequent and varied sex partners is increasingly seen as a positive part of gay life style."
-- Dennis Altman, "The Homosexualization of America, The Americanization of the Homosexual, (NY: St. Martin's Press, 1982) pp. 16-7

Gay liberation was founded on a "sexual brotherhood of promiscuity", and "any abandonment of that promiscuity would amount to a communal betrayal of gargantuan proportions."
-- Rotello, G. (1997). Sexual Ecology: AIDS and the Destiny of Gay Men. NY: Dutton

A "lifestyle" that consists largely of random sexual encounters with strangers and "cruising" for blowjobs or butthumping has nothing whatever to recommend it. There is not a trace of feeling, let alone love, in the daily quest for the next orgasm. In the respect of endless lust for new "partners", it's not much different than the heterosexual equivalent. However, gay sexual behavior is by its nature more dangerous in a medical sense.

Come back when you get through puberty, kid.

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On his radio program today, Bryan Fischer called on anti-gay activists to "reclaim the word discrimination" because discrimination against gays, he repeatedly asserted, is a good thing.

"Discrimination, when it comes to sexual behavior," Fischer proclaimed," is not bad, it is good, and it is necessary. The alternative is utter social chaos. So [it's] time, ladies and gentlemen, to reclaim the discrimination word when it comes to sexual matters. It's not bad; it's good. It's a virtue and it's necessary"

Something smells extremely Gefilte-fishy about the "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, Virginia and the alleged leftist-on-leftist car-killing which took place there. Not only do the video of the incident (here) and the images of the aftermath present all the usual earmarks of a crisis-actor stunt, but the prominent presence at the previous night's "torch rally" of one "Richard Spencer" of the "National Policy Institute" also gives us cause for great suspicion.

From the article:

"The planned rally was promoted as “Unite the Right” and both its organizers and critics said they expected it to be one of the largest gathering of white nationalists in recent times, attracting groups like the Ku Klux Klan and neo-Nazis and movement leaders like David Duke and Richard Spencer."

How did "Richard Spencer" suddenly emerge as our "leader?"

Who anointed Richard Spencer a "movement leader" on par with David Duke? Answer: The media! Dr. Duke paid his dues and made a serious run for the US Senate and later, the Governorship of Louisiana. But what has this Spencer character ever achieved? Why, over the course of the past year, has he, relative to other true conservative nationalists, been showered with such media publicity?

Here's a small sampling of the "sheep-dipping":

Headline: Washington Post (November 22, 2016)
‘Let’s party like it’s 1933’: Inside the alt-right world of Richard Spencer (here)

Headline: Dallas News (December 2, 2016)
Why Maggiano's can refuse white supremacists (Richard Spencer) but Texas A&M can't (here)

Headline: Washington Post (January 20, 2017)
Richard Spencer, white nationalist spokesman, was punched in the face on camera in D.C. (here)

Headline: Washington Post (May 21, 2017)
White nationalist Richard Spencer banned from Virginia gym after confrontation (here)

And there's more too. Heck! Sugar and I, er, "The Editorial Board" of The Anti-New York Times[/b would pay good money to get 1/100th the negative FREE publicity that Spencer gets. We didn't get any mainstream media coverage when "The Bad War" was banned by Amazon, but this ass clown gets covered by the Washington Compost (CIA) for being banned from his gym?

Spencer, an effeminate-sounding atheist, does not tolerate "anti-gay" views at his events, and his pedigree seems more establishmentarian that rebel -- having graduated from St. Mark's elite prep school in Dallas, Texas before moving on to Duke University. His election night rallying cry of "Hail Trump" and occasional use of German terms stink of contrived imposterism. And a very strange unearthed old photo of him and his wife posing with Laura Bush really sets Sugar's animal instincts off!

As for this Tiki torch rally in Virginia and the subsequent "bloodshed," we are confident that in spite of the sincere intentions of many of the White marchers, the event was staged by agent provacatuers and crisis actors on both the "alt-Right" and the communist Left. The usual bad acting, fake blood and cheesy drama poses mark the latest attempt by the Globalist elements of "the deep state" to destabilize the Trump presidency. Already, Trump is being blamed for not condemning the "racists" TM in strong enough language.

Sorry, Sulzberger. We ain't buyin' this latest stunt. And though we wholeheartedly encourage readers to support White European rights and anti-Marxism, by all means and whenever possible; we advise you to reject any "Johnny-come-lately" that the Piranha Press declares to be a "leader" of what it is that you believe in. False opposition leads to dead ends, and broken dreams.

"Nazi" props, bad acting, fake blood

Boobus Americanus 1: I read in the New York Times today that Richard Spencer was one of the organizers of that racist rally that turned deadly in Virginia.

Boobus Americanus 2: I've heard of that Spencer fellow before. A real Nazi and a huge Trump supporter, I understand.

Sugar: Sspencer iss an atheisstic pro-faggot working for the CIA!

Editor: Not hard to smell that one out.

Theodore Shoebat #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Extremist anti-LGBTQ activist Theodore Shoebat, who was featured in a radically anti-gay documentary made by Janet Porter called “Light Wins” along with various Religious Right activists and Republican elected officials back in 2015, posted a new video on his website last week insisting that it should not be considered a hate crime to kill “fags.”

While ranting about Tucker Carlson’s interview with Caitlyn Jenner last week and demanding that Jenner be arrested and executed for promoting “perversion,” Shoebat declared that murdering gays should not qualify as a hate crime.

“Fags kill each other all the time,” he said, “and the reason why they kill each other all the time is because they’re demon-possessed people and Satan wants them to kill each other because Satan hates humanity.”

“If someone kills a homosexual because they’re a homosexual, that should not be considered a hate crime,” he continued, “because right when you start considering that a hate crime, then you might as well just say, ‘Well, if someone kills somebody because they’re a pedophile, that should also be a hate crime.'”

Shoebat insisted that he is not advocating that people go out and kill “sodomites,” but rather merely arguing that the killing of “perverts” should not be a hate crime “because if killing the sodomite is a hate crime, then all of sudden, killing a pedophile is going to be a hate crime, all of a sudden killing a zoophiliac is going to be a hate crime.”

“It’s bullshit,” he stated. “This is all a way that the sodomites are using to normalize homosexuality.”

Brent Bozell, Media Research Center #fundie towleroad.com

(in response to an "Entertainment Weekly" story on gay teens in the media)

As you might suspect, Entertainment Weekly didn't plan to debate gay teen propaganda, but to encourage it, energetically. Not a single soul had anything critical to say. Not even a question. If this magazine weren't so earnestly in the tank, the story could come with a disclaimer: “This issue is an advertisement bought and paid for by the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation.”

Media Matters notes: "Bozell has a history of anti-gay rhetoric. He previously argued Hollywood demonstrated 'liberal bias' by failing to portray gays as 'morally wrong.' He's also warned that the gay lifestyle and agenda 'endorses the right of gays to marry and teach children, and that's in utter opposition to mainstream America.' Bozell's Media Research Council is also boycotting the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), because GOProud, a group for conservative gays and their allies, is participating."

Theodore Shoebat #fundie rightwingwatch.org

In his most recent video, extremist anti-gay activist Theodore Shoebat declared that Jesus Christ would peronally beat gay people to death.

After ranting that the U.S. military is being overrun by "faggots" who routinely rape straight male soldiers, Shoebat faulted America for not being more like Eastern European nations where gay people are physically beaten in the streets while their attackers escape punishment.

"When you have the sodomites coming out into the streets and the Christians come and beat them up," Shoebat said, "the people who are beating up the sodomites don't really get punished because the society is so conditioned that way ... If there's a law written in the hearts of the people, then the people who fighting this evil, physically, with their hands, fighting them, beating them up, those people are not going to get in trouble."

"We don't have that in America," he lamented.

"Jesus Christ took up a whip and beat people up in his Father's temple," Shoebat declared. "Now imagine if sodomites were in his Father's temple. Jesus would have killed them all. He wouldn't just have hit them; Jesus got violent!"

(Jesse Lee Peterson suggests Christians should take money from gay couples and bake their wedding cakes, but give the money to an anti-gay organization)

"Christians would be better served that they take the money on one condition, that they can use their own creativity in creating the cake or other baked good. Without this proviso, they will not do the job. If the gay says yes, the Christian can make a piece of dog doo and put in their cakes and make a demon looking piece of "ART" come out and be delivered at the last minute. Smashed and decimated to reflect the satanic views of the customers perverse lifestyle. Their creativity might come into questions, but at least they did not refuse service and they delivered on time and with their own creativity in the end product. TURN THE SCREWS ON THEM IN THE FINAL MOMENTS OF THEIR EVENT. REVENGE IS MINE SAYS THE LORD. iF THE GAY SAYS NO then they do not have to explain why they are refusing to do the baked good or flower piece. Make them pay dearly for their stupid perversion. LMAO."

Abraham Winkler, Meter Herskovic, Pinchas Braver and two others #fundie rawstory.com

The New York City Police Department is coming under scrutiny for quickly shutting down an investigation into the beating of a gay art student at the hands of a group of Hasidic Jews shouting anti-gay slurs.

According to the New York Daily News, 25-year-old Taj Patterson was assaulted in December of 2013 by a group of five men, leaving him with a broken eye socket and a torn retina blinding him in one eye.

Police reports state that Patterson was accused of damaging cars in the Williamsburg neighborhood before he was set upon the men who held him down and punched and kicked him before fleeing when a passing bus driver stopped and began taking photos.

In an interview, the driver explained, “One of his eyes was closed and so swollen. He was saying, ‘My eye. I can’t see.'”

Despite statements from witnesses who saw the beating — as well as a license plate number of a car belonging to one of the assailants — the investigation was shut down within 24 hours, with case marked: ” final, no arrests, CLOSED.”

Police only reopened the case after Patterson’s mother badgered them to find the culprits, leading them to arrest the men.

According to police, the men are part of the Williamsburg Safety Patrol, a Hasidic volunteer neighborhood watch group whose members carry walkie talkies and sometimes cruise the neighborhood in cars outfitted to look like law enforcement vehicles. Police state that the men are supposed to notify them if they see a crime and occasionally make a citizen’s arrest. How ever the group — also known as the Shomrin — has also been accused of vigilantism, focusing their attacks on black and Latino people.

The Williamsburg Safety Patrol condemned the attack and initially denied the men were part of their group but suggested that one or two might have been involved.

Abraham Winkler, 39, Mayer Herskovic, 21, and Pinchas Braver, 19, are all facing felony charges including gang assault, false imprisonment and assault. Charges against the other two men have been dropped.

Scott Lively #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Scott Lively said yesterday that a global Satanic “conspiracy” is “homosexualizing the world” and only a “revolution” of gay rights opponents can stop it.

In an interview with Religious Right talk show host Janet Mefferd, Lively insisted that gay rights victories are “proof of the conspiracy, we’re talking about the elites represented in the federal judiciary, across the top strata of our society — I don’t think there is really much difference between the Republicans and Democrats at that level — and they are imposing a global socialist agenda on all of us.”

[...]

Lively called the gay rights movement a demonic push to bring about the Last Days: “This is the moral issue of the End Times, it’s clearly a spiritual phenomenon, in the space of just fifty years this movement has gone from being illegal — homosexuality, homosexual sodomy was illegal in every country of the world except for Sweden which legalized it in in 1938 — and now this tiny group of people, 1 to 2 percent of the population, has more power in the legislatures and the courtrooms of the world than the Christian church does.”

[...]

Lively added that the gay rights movement has moved the world into an “age of apostasy” and anti-gay activists must be ready to “give up our lives if necessary.”

He later called on activists to speak “into the face of the demons that are grabbing a hold of our society and tearing it down” and not to listen to “weenies“ who have fallen for “the lie of the pit of Hell.”

Female politician "killed" before "referendum": Brexit 2016 remake of Sweden eurozone 2003
"British Labour MP JO Cox didn't resist injuries" = remake of "Anna Lindh murdered in Sweden before the 2003 referendum".
"Murdered" in headlines: all fake blood setting the stage for the BIG BANG.

Talk of setting the stage:
Fake murder of a woman politician before a EU referendum: agenda is NOTto influence the result.
Illuminati don't need that, because the other side is always ALSO led by illuminazi agents whose main role is to validate the rigged results.
Examples other than leaders of the Brexit 2016 and anti-eurozone in Sweden 2003 range from pro-independence in Scotland to anti-gay marriage in Ireland.

So why did the illuminati stage the murders of Lindh in Sweden 2003 and Cox in England 2016?
Answer: psychology, part of creating explanations to solve the contradiction between reality (rallies, stickers) and what will be announced as results.
In other words: have the human cattle accept the simulated reality.

Contrast it with plane crashes, terror attacks and shark attacks.
A general agenda of these series of fake blood is also to set the psychological stage, but in this case not for human cattle to accept rigged results but to accept global slavery.
In other words:
- episodes of these series will cause a few to voluntarily cancel plans for their holidays or weekends.
- yet the direct goal is not to strip human cattle from air travel, tourism and the beach but rather to make it easier for human cattle to accept to be stripped.
Reminder: global slavery, a world where there's no room for human cattle to relax, will be proclaimed following the imminent BIG BANG, that starts with the same actor in two acts within two days:
- Osama Bin Laden resurrects in Jerusalem crucified to the missing Boeing 777 caught on CCTV camera
- Obama Bi(nla)den's presidency arrested on live TV.

Kevin Swanson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On his “Generations” radio talk show earlier this week, radical anti-LGBT pastor Kevin Swanson declared that sexual assault in public schools “shouldn’t be too surprising” to anyone, because public schools are “so sexualized” through “sex-ed” and “homosexual indoctrination.”

“They’re talking about sex all day long; the schools are so sexualized,” Swanson said. “The fact that teachers are going to dabble” in sexual assault “should not be surprising.”

Swanson blamed the “very, very common” problem of sexual assault on the fact that “there is no Christian discipleship program” in public schools, which are “are not patterned after the Hebrew model” nor “patterned after the word of God.” Instead, Swanson lamented, “public schools are patterned after the Greek gymnasium… and the Greek gymnasium involved a great deal of sexual activity, and of course laboratory experience as well. That is, the sex-ed classes usually involved some degree of laboratory experience.”

As a result, Swanson explained that “as the American public schools become more epistemologically self-conscious concerning their Greek-humanist model, that they have incorporated, you know, the classical model from the Greeks, of course they are going to have more sexualized experience between teachers and students.”

Scott Renfroe #fundie denverpost.com

February 24, 2009, New York, NY – The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) today urged media to turn a spotlight on anti-gay remarks made by Colorado State Senator Scott Renfroe on February 23, 2009, during a Senate debate over a bill that would allow gay and lesbian state employees to share health benefits with their partners.

According to The Denver Post, Renfroe stated that "homosexuality is seen as a violation of this natural creative order, and it is an offense to God." He continued ". . . When we create laws that go against what biblically we are supposed to stand for, I think we are allowing to go forward a sin that should not be treated by government as something that is legal. We are taking sins and making them legally OK."

Rick Perry #fundie motherjones.com

Texas Governor Rick Perry has a plan to bring down unemployment, pay off the national debt, stop natural disasters, and smoke the terrorists out of their spider holes: He's hosting a prayer summit. The possible GOP presidential candidate has invited the nation's other 49 governors to join him at Houston's Reliant Stadium in early August for "The Response," a day of non-denominational Christian prayer and fasting (the latter is recommended but non-compulsory). Per the official site:

As a nation, we must come together, call upon Jesus to guide us through unprecedented struggles, and thank Him for the blessings of freedom we so richly enjoy according to His grace, mercy, and kindness towards us. A historic crisis facing our nation and threatening our future demands a historic response from the church. We must, as a people, return to the faith and hope of our fathers. The ancient paths of great men were blazed in prayer – the humility of the truly great men of history was revealed in their recognition of the power and might of Jesus to save all who call on His great name.

"There is hope for America," the site explains. "It lies in heaven, and we will find it on our knees."

This shouldn't come as too much of a surprise from Perry, who just six weeks ago issued a proclamation calling on residents to pray for rain for 72 hours, in response to historic wildfires. It's also similar in nature to the Texas Restoration Project, his 2006 outreach effort to pastors like Rod Parsley, the Ohio evangelist who has said Islam must be destroyed. The Houston event is being funded by the American Family Association, a conservative Christian organization that's been classified as a "hate group" by the Southern Poverty Law Center for its incessant promotion of false, anti-gay propaganda.

The AFA's issues director, Bryan Fischer, has alleged that gays caused the Holocaust—and are planning on doing it again; that gays should be banned from holding public office; that homosexuality should be criminalized; that foreign Muslims should either be exterminated or forced to convert to Christianity; that American Muslims should be deported; that there should be a permanent ban on mosque construction in the United States; and that Muslims should be prohibited from serving in the armed forces.

This all sounds pretty extreme (and it is pretty extreme), but it's worth noting that Rick Perry believes some of that stuff too. He has repeatedly asserted, for instance, that Texas' homosexual conduct statute, which criminalized gay sex, was a good law that should not have overturned by the Supreme Court.
