Molyneux makes a great point in that video that rights are just fiction. Women have no real protection from rape in terms of "rights". They get this protection in actions, and the best protection against rape is a patriarchal society in which women are things men protect and provide for. Cops don't really care about rape much and I'd be the first who'd want my daughter raped if she were a slut.
