There is no good bacteria that grows inside the alchemy created cavern of a mentally defective man to combat the bad bacteria that just continues to multiply until he goes septic and dies a horribly painful death. Unless he dousches it 52 times a day, hence the nick-name "Dousche-Bag"!! Yes, he is not mentally ill. He's fucking insane!! I must agree with Sangfroid here. JoeK doesn't seem to know that transgender persons are usually (always) instructed to take hormons, which fix this whole "no good bacteria" thing.
Science time! Those good bacteria are only a feature of women of reproductive age. Before puberty and after menopause, the vagina is mostly populated by corynebacteria and staph, plain old skin flora. And even at those ages, infections are usually due to debilitating conditions such as diabetes, they don't just happen all the time.
Now I don't know why I bother, if Joe expects anyone who gets a sexchange surgery to go septic he hasn't paid attention to the thousands of actual trans who don't, so I don't think he'd listen.
"Good bacteria"? Did you ever take sex ed? Or are you so lost in your own hatred that you make shit up to rationalize it? Either way, your "argument" blatantly ignores that cis-gendered women still get STDs. Nor do trans women douche that many times a day.

I didn't want to think about this but I suspect he's right somewhat and a trangender vagina probably involves more maintenance then a real one. Real ones are self-cleansing, they don't build the whole system, they turn it inside out and shove it inside.

Query, why would a trans woman get sex reassignment surgery if it would only lead to death via sepsis? How is it that so many trans women go on to lead happy, long, fulfilling lives? Also, how do they not get sucked into the black hole between their legs?

Even if vaginas have a vague, discharge/secretion-based "self-cleaning" feature, you still need to wash it because it still gets pretty weird down there.
