Ignoring the linguistic butchery you're doing here, I'll respond with a resounding YES . It may take about 18 months for a human brain to get complex enough for someone to understand how to use simple food-related tools like cups and spoons, but even after 3 days, a baby human does know how to eat and drink. It's called instinct, and my instinct is telling me that you're the stupid one here.

Full of fail. A person can go for three days without food, and eating and drinking would have been something 'primitive man' would have known to do anyway. Fundies act like there were a bunch of apes running around and one day two of them have sex and out pops a human. "Place food in mouth, chew, swallow" is an instinct all animals are born with. Primitive man didn't have to learn how to eat and drink, he already knew how.

funnily enough, intelligence has nothing to do with it, all animals have instincts to seek out food and water, because those that didn't died before having offspring. That's how evolution works.

Alright, let's try this. Get a cow to do a simlpe math problem. C'mon, Bessie, just 2 plus 2. Doesn't work. Yet, somehow...SOMEHOW they manage to realize that, "hey, I'm hungry, let's find food," or "hey, I'm thirsty, where's the water?" Almost like there's some innate drive trying to make the creature survive. But then, it's not like primitive humans would have anything so silly, right?
You have Neanderthal genes in you, argentinianguy, as Homo Sapiens and Neanderthal interbred with each other. Do YOU manage to eat and drink on your own, argentinianguy? You're definitely of low intelligence. Or are you talking about Australopithecus? They might have had higher intelligence than today's orangutans, and THEY are intelligent enough to eat and drink on their own.
Newborn animals (including humans) usually know how to drink a few minutes after birth.
