You can defend black rights because blacks are disadvantaged compared to whites. We can stop at the moment where blacks are getting more privileged. This is not something we can do when talking about white rights because whites are already more privileged and will only get added priviliege that will, because of the large amount of whites, already get more abused.
I get that a country like Zimbabwe is a possibility that arises when civil rights are given, but it is a mere possibility and not an inevitability. Giving whites rights will inevitably lead to the creation of Apartheid states.
