I would never be with someone that believed mocking another's sex with dress up parody was ok anymore than I think blackface as a hobby or personality traits is acceptable.

Like I don't care how much you "believe" you are that. It's not acceptable to play dress up and parody them. I don't care what your reasons are. It's dehumanizing behavior and I won't allow it in my life or even be associated with anyone that believed it was ok.

Actually, Dress-Up and Parody are staples of humor. The Pythons, SNL, the whole history of pantomime, more than a few TV shows and movies with a gender bending or gender trading theme. They’re all over the place and those who complained were usually ignored as overly sensitive.

On the other hand, you’re not actually pissed about ‘parody,’ you’re pissed about people who actually believe they’re a certain gender and you’re trying to portray them as intentionally offending the whole gender.

You’re not going to carry the day with this.

To answer the OG question myself, it depends. I’m very gynophilic, thus I’m only attracted to fully female bodies (ergo breasts and no penis), so I probably wouldn’t care too much if said person is a cis woman or a post-op trans woman. Both seem equally female to me…

Seriously? Kids play dress-up all the time. Even I have cross-dressed as a young child once out of playful curiosity. Doesn’t mean I was “making a dehumanizing mockery of women”…

Dunno how dress-up and parodying have shit all to do with it. I know it’s most definitely not acceptable to put your ignorance as a opinion on what is a well recognized medical condition and call it a dress-up. Does a person with an arm replacement just plays dress-up in your world?

Like I don’t care how much you believe we are not. Reality and medical facts are not subject to your opinions nor beliefs, in the end the only mockery here is the one you are making of the actual condition some of us live with but then that was your “point” to begin with.
