Well according to God's other written word (NT), he's judged them as fit to hold office (Romans 13).

If Diane Feinstein were advocating elimination of the Second Amendment - something that would require an amendment to the Constitution - that wouldn't violate her oath to defend and protect it. It's perfectly legal to amend the Constitution, including repealing a prior amendment. See Article V and the 21st amendment.
The actual oath of office a U.S. senator has to take:
"I swear to support and defend the Constitution."
"I swear never to reduce Veterans pensions or vote in favor of the Mortgage Debt Relief Extension Act."
So, two people who want to promote "thou shalt not kill" and "those who live by the sword, die by the sword" ought to be judged by God, because you have acted in violation of "judge not, lest ye be judged"?
I'm slightly dubious to your right to use the "Dr" title, Billy. Most doctors, whether medical or other, are highly educated and know proper punctuation, and know how to spell throne.
If you can add an amendment to the Constitution, you must also be able to remove said amendment if it becomes outdated, or add a new amendment professing the old one null and void.
