In the court of justice, people don’t realize that you are sentenced based on how well you will fit back in society after your sentence. An incel is seen as someone who is bitter and is more likely to go back into crime, while a Chad is seen as someone that can come back and learn his lesson after having a family.
Simply put, Chad is perceived as someone that can fit in. An incel is seen as a deviant who won’t.
While else would there be a jury, who in no shape and form know who you are, giving feedback to the court?

Couldn't have worded it better myself. Incels don't belong in society, we were destined to be outcasts.
