Most women can fight off Lily Cade, most women can’t fight off a man determined to rape us.
If its a stranger in a bathroom it most certainly is about activating fight rather than freeze, and it’s a hell of a lot easier when your attacker is female. Your body knows when it has a fighting chance, hence most women freeze when attacked by a man.

Oh, so that makes what she does ok? She still managed to assault people even though they could supposedly “fight her off”. And leave Buck Dharma the fuck out of this, he doesn’t have anything to do with it.
this isn’t the first time i have seen this “argument from being able to fight off attacker” in reagrds to gender seggregated spaces. Which is completly innane, because if that was the factor the seggregation was based off, it would be fine for a weak, short 50kg man to enter the majority female space (since the average woman would quite likely easily be able to fight him off), while a woman that is an MMA world champion would be demanded to use the men’s (since the average woman would not be able to fight her off). It’s really just a sh*tty excuse, especially since sexual assault isn’t a frigging sports competition where the strongest person wins.
It's common for women areas to also include very young children. Women abusers exist and they can overpower small children too. It's still irrelevant, someone may be able to fight you and decide not to, even if you're bothering them (and for any reason, even if they have the opportunity and ability to defeat them). The argument is like if it was natural anywhere for the strong to abuse the weak. In a decent society that's called bullying and abuse and is usually criminal. Then in reality, sex abuse is more likely to happen at home and to involve relatives or their friends. This is fear mongering bullshit attempting to distract from the actual problem and to twist it for bigotry.
You realize men have vulnerable areas like their genitals, eyes and throats, yes? Women also have weapons like car keys, fingernails, mace, etc. Physical strength/size isn’t everything.
Trans people are much more likely to be attacked than attack. There was an event about a month ago where a group of cis women sicced some cis men on a trans woman. That should not be acceptable anywhere. The whole thing just stinks of how American white women weaponized their gender and race to attack African Americans in the past.
