Tell me if you have noticed this kind of work happening in you area?
I have been keeping and eye on something for the last year or so here in Cleveland, Ohio. I live on the Westside of Cleveland. I noticed that workers are tearing up side walks in certain areas and laying cable below the middle of the side walk, even connecting the cable as one would cross a street from corner to corner. I'm 55 years old and I have never seen a city put cables under side walks in residential areas and on some main streets, except for red lights of course. These cables are surounded with a yellow hard plastic and my guess is that they are about 50 feet long and 3 to 5 inches in diameter. No matter the size and shape. Why are they putting these cables underground. I think something is up and could be linked to the Census and the GPS home location or even tracking of individuals. Remember Henry Kissenger who recently attended the most recent Bilderbergss meeting in Virginia, said that the Bilderberbergs desire is to RFID Chip everyone on the planet. Is there a connection? I have no proof, but I'm not stupid. And with all that is happening as far as prophecy is concerned around the world on all fronts. This seems to fit in with possibly tracking people and objects. I might be wrong but once again I'm not stupid.

I bet you say that about a lot of things you claim are true but you have no proof for.
Oh noes? guyz be runnin stuf undr teh grund, it be teh plot!!!1
How about it is just water, sewer, gas, electrical, cable, fiber optic internet, or any one of about a dozen other normal everyday things that we put under the ground?
What the fuck is wrong with you people? You know I bet if you simply asked one of the workmen he would tell you what they were installing. But no, that would fuck up your persecution conspiracy theory.
Without having read the previous comments I will state this; did you, perchance, walk over to one of the workers and, you know, ask him what they were installing? No? Oh, well then you are of course free to form any kind of incoherent theory, just don't expect it to be related to the actual facts. My money is on fibre optics, but that's me.
Probably fiber optics and they didn't want to tear out the roads as sidewalks cause less traffic problems.
But what the hell do I know, I'm an ebil librul.
Yes, it's a conspiracy unfolding. In broad daylight!
And in case you're writing a screen play based on your experience, "Conspiracy Theory" has already been made. And no, it's not a documentary.
Oh, and since you're onto us we're going to have to "disappear" you and your whole family. Expect the black FEMA vans to arrive in about 5-10 minutes.
You could ask a workman, but he will lie to you unless you whisper the secret government operative identification code in his ear.
"I desire to place hot apricots upon your buttocks."
Got that?
You know, it could just be me, but maybe they're putting cable underground so that it has less of a risk of being blown out during a thunderstorm or a blizzard or something like that, like what happens to cables put on poles.
Just me though. I could be wrong.
Alternatively, they're upgrading the water supply, & the yellow plastic cables is in fact the pipes in question...
(50ft long & 5ins diameter sounds like a water pipe rather than a cable to me).
This British poster will comment that Thames Water in London are currently in the middle of a massive pipe replacement programme, in order to reduce leaks..
The reason being that the Victorian era cast iron water pipes are leaking like mad due to age...
Workers laying pipes, under a road you say? Under the footpath you say?
Darned suspicious, they must be laying down mini - subways for the demons of masturbation, Oprah and sodomy to catch little demon trains to little demon subway stations, break into your homes and violate your cornflakes.
My money's on fiber optic for high-speed Internet, too, although fiber optics can be used for telephone, as well. Tracking? NSA has actually said they don't like it because it's more difficult to tap. Unlike an electric wire, it has no magnetic field around it, making intelligence-gathering on suspected terrorists more difficult.
I guess it never occurred to you that maybe they're installing new conduits for the installation of fiber optic cables to provide you with an internet connection to enable you to spout your horribly misspelled and far-fetched conspiracy theories on the web.
And the reason why the sidewalks are being torn up is because there's probably no more room left under the street for additional infrastructure.
I agree that you're not stupid. You're merely susceptible to fits of paranoia.
To be blunt, no one cares to track you. YOU ARE NOT THAT IMPORTANT.
Bilderbergss
Bilderberbergs

It was a ploy to distract you.
The ENTIRE reason they were doing it was to make YOU stop and try to figure out what they were doing. Meanwhile, they were in your home installing bugs in the tables and playing with your thermostat settings just to screw with your head!
What's with the new "GPS home location" crazy? Ever heard of Google Earth? Unless your home is constantly moving around, everyone who knows your address (such as, say, social security or the electoral register) can locate your home from the comfort of their own office. Sheesh.
Is there anything out there that isn't a government tracking device to these people? Cell phones, library cards, retail discount cards, even dollar bills, I've pretty much heard it all.
"I have no proof, but I'm not stupid"
Well, lets just say that when people call you dumb they are probably not implying that you are suffering from a speech disorder.

HAHAHA! NOT ME! I just tried to find me on google maps and I cant find my exact location only the area. It doesnt even zoom up close on my house, show my street, or anything. ^-^
It cant even locate my address properly or recognize it. BWUAHAHAHAHAHAH *evil laughter ensues*....
what they were laying down was Occam's Penis. Yes, it's big; and long. Yes, it's 3 to 5 inches in diameter. Yes, its out there, under the concrete... pulsating as you walk on top of it.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
