If every man in the world went into a lust-crazed frenzy when he sees a woman in a miniskirt, you might have a point. But seeing as how most men can control themselves, it's not the woman's fault if she gets raped even if she's completely nude. You never hear of a high percentage of women being raped in nudist resorts. In fact, such incidents are exceedingly rare if not nonexistent.

I'd say quite a few men would attack you, if you actually made all women stop wearing miniskirts. Normal men, that is, who are able to control themselves and just enjoy the view. They won't like it if you take away this innocent pleasure.
Don't you hate living in a segment of society where men are never responsible for their own actions? I would hate it, enormously. But, like small children, they are likely to continue to misbehave if they are never told to stop, and if mommy continues to make excuses for them they will grow up to be the dregs of society.

PS, there's no correlation between rape and what a woman was wearing at the time. Also, rapists don't stand around in alleyways, see a woman in a short skirt and suddenly get overcome with lust - almost all rapes are planned in advance (at least in modern countries where they enforce laws against it).

If we insist on comparing women to barnyard animals or inanimate objects, why don't we adopt the museum as the default comparison. Some museums display very little of their collection, some display quite a lot. IF you have the right connections, you might be invited to see things not normally on display. In a museum, you may respectfully gaze upon the part of the collection that is on display, but, unless explicitly invited, you may not touch. How hard is this to understand.

I absolutely agree, EXCEPT there is no such thing as rape to an intact girl. Why do women get wet when "raped"? Any intact woman who was supposedly raped was really having premarital sex outside of wedlock and will need to have her clitoris and vulva cut off with no anesthetic. They had a chance to have their genitals cut off with pain relief when they hit puberty as cute little preteen virgins, but premarital sex and masturbation bring pain upon themselves.

Ever since I became Christian and read the Bible I have never been hungry and can exercise total control over my thoughts. I could go the rest of my life without food if I had to, thanks to the power of God. Women and atheists, on the over hand, will suffer eternal hunger in Hell, worsened by their forced sight of delicious food and refreshing water enjoyed in Heaven.

This is only an argument if you are expected to reimburse the victim despite not being the aggressor. For example, if you sell rape insurance, you could put it into your terms that your customers have to wear a chastity belt all the time, since thats the only piece of clothing I can think of that could reliably prevent rape.

That being said, it's the standard "she deserved it". Well, some cautions may be taken(especially about what you drink), but still, even for a victim who lacked elementary caution, the guilty person is the one who rapes.

I'm not saying rape is okay but men are visual people. If you're going to tease them, you can't expect much out of them. Plus, a woman shouldn't put herself in a situation that has the potential to escalate out of hand if she can't take care of it on her own. If you don't want to have to say NO, don't be alone with someone, kissing them, fondling them, teasing them, if you aren't ready to have sex with them.
