Some vaccinations, not all, contain aborted fetal tissue, or else were developed by using aborted babies. I don't like that to start with. Then there are real poisons like formeldahyde and mercury in vaccinations. They then use animal parts as well. If all this were mixed up together in other countries and given out as something for health, it would be called witchcraft, and I see the vaccination industry as witchcraft, which the Bible tells us to stay away from.

a few doctors I know tell me about this all the time, some of their patients claim that aborted fetuses are in vaccines...
they are not.
however the cells used to make these vaccines were taken from an aborted fetus about 35 years ago...and the cell culture has since made millions upon millions of doses...
All vaccinations have weakened virus to make the immunological system recognise the pathogene. The closest I get to aborted fetus is that they may use some human tissue too to test. But they´re not injected. Besides, if you are so afraid of "witchcraft", don´t type in this comp, to begin with. And never to a hospital, for that matter.
Good luck surviving. And I really wish your kids good luck in surviving....
Good thing yer gonna homeschool 'em, 'cause not a school in the nation will admit them with no vaccinations.
Oh, and no vaccine has ever contained "aboted fetal tissue" or was ever made using aborted babies. You are living in fantasy land.

pandaman: HUH?!? Source, please?
My understanding is that NO human cells would be involved in making a vaccine, just a sterile liquid medium (such as saline solution) containing the cells of the virus or bacterium being vaccinated against.
I'm fuzzy on the details of the body's reaction against foreign tissues, but wouldn't human cells of any sort (apart from those extremely similar to one's own) be inclined to stimulate a hostile immune response, rather like injecting someone with blood of the wrong type? Besides, what possible need would there be for such cells in a vaccine, let alone for them to be from an aborted fetus?
It sounds as if someone has been trying to confuse vaccination with stem cell research, when the two things have nothing to do with each other to my knowledge.

@David G.: Every single viral pathogen has a specific protien signature on them called an antigen. The every time the immune system encounters a new antigen it makes an anti-body that target's that specific antigen, thus labeling it apart from the rest of the body for the white blood cells to destroy. Vaccines contain harmless viruses that have no DNA, just the protien sheath. The body makes antibodies off those dead or harmless viruses and now your body is totally prepared to fight off another invasion of that same virus. The only thing I can think of that she is talking about seemes to be the way innoculation was done in the 18th century.
There are a variety of human cell lines that were started from human fetal tissue, in some cases decades ago, and are available throughout the world to laboratories for a variety of uses, including vaccines and cancer research. There are also vaccines that contain the mercury compound thimerosal. Vaccines are like seat belts. Most of the time, they'll save your life, but once in a rare while, they may make things worse. But I'll bet if Katyanne gets bit by a rabid raccoon, she'll be screaming for the vaccine.
Where does katyanne keep getting all this misinformation? What's the weather like in her world?
While I regret that katyanne may be inviting disease and infection, I support her right to refuse treatment due to personal beliefs.
That being said, it seems "survival of the fittest" is in full swing here.
The thread this comes from, by-the-by, has a list of 'toxic' chemicals, including lactose, sucrose and egg protein.
Wow.
No, sweetheart... Witchcraft would be if I hexxed your ass, because you're an absolute idiot. However, I'll be nice and not risk my own karmic balance.
Confused?
