Jerry Springer the Opera is the show with the 'moral' of 'no right or wrong,' which has an infantile coprophiliac Jesus Christ in a nappy, Mary 'raped by God', Jesus conceived because 'the condom split', Almighty God crying on Jerry Springer's shoulder, the statement 'All women are whores' and the Ku Klux Klan doing a dance routine. Satan and Jesus Christ have a foul-mouthed slanging match, the wounds of Christ and the sacrament of Holy Communion are ridiculed, Eve fondles Christ's genitals, and the mincing Saviour of the World says he is 'a bit gay'—.

Click on a button on the left to find out how to oppose Jerry Springer the Opera at your nearest venue. A Stop Springer campaign is already getting organised at most of the venues and you can email the contact given to add your support. A multi-faceted campaign of prayer backed up by action such as contacting theatre managers and local councillors, and witnessing at the theatres over Christmas and the New Year is already under way at around half of the venues. As the Lord God raises up more Pastors to lead at the remaining venues, evangelists to hand out our ready-made Anti-Springer, Pro-Jesus tracts at the theatres, and Christian soldiers to go with the Sword of the Spirit into this spiritual battle, all venues will be covered, God willing.

The story started when BBC2 decided to screen the West End 'musical' Jerry Springer the Opera on Saturday 8th January 2005. It is blasphemous (we say how below) and it insults Almighty God, the Lord Jesus Christ and the Christian faith. It also (neat point for human rights aficionados) insults us Christians in our religious beliefs, contrary to Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights. The Lord God brought 1,500 Christians in protest outside BBC venues all over the United Kingdom on the evening of 8th January in an unprecedented street vigil of prayer and praise to Almighty God. The 400-500 at White City alone prayed for God to have mercy and stop the transmission. By letting it go ahead, it was clear God's heart was for judgment instead. And also, although He could send a York-Minster-style thunderbolt, He is generous enough to involve His people in His triumph, which will come.
