I think I'd be tempted to draw Obama giving a thumbs up standing in front of an abortion clinic, and showing a big teardrop coming down from heaven/clouds above. That would comply with the assignment, and also express my viewpoint about his presidency so far. Of course, that's my (adult) perspective. I wonder if your daughter has a perspective she could draw?
