As an Asian man, I'm supposed to feel offended at this post. Yet, I agree and fulfill my duty as an obedient process-based drone in a car sales factory. I don't have the social skills, the IQ, the EQ, or even the physical appearance of a manager, and I don't really pursue any managerial ambitions. This doesn't stop me from doing my job well and earn my living. But my boss is a tall white guy exhibiting typical alpha nonchalance. I admire him, but I acknowledge that I will never be him. There is a clear cut reason why women of all races, including Asians, do not want to date Asian men. We are not leaders. We are the parts designed for specific functions inside a well-oiled car engine that powers the survival of humanity. Once that part breaks, it is replaced with another part. However, we are not the driver. The driver is white men.
