No, we simply evolved and adapted separately.
Saying one humans is better or more well-adapted than another is like trying to compare intelligence between America and some other country where intelligence is more like hunting and gathering or whatever [To them, I'm an idiot.]

No. For a start, I don't think that was Darwin's idea, and in addition he argued against it, saying that the boundaries of race were so blurred that humanity must have developed as a single species (and remained so).
