It's not considered "murder" if you kill an enemy soldier while fighting in a war.
Nor is it considered "murder" if someone is executed according to properly-followed laws.
This is Robert T. Lee's "out." You can kill as many enemy combatants and condemned criminals as your little Fundie heart desires, and you'll never be guilty of "murder."
But tell somebody not to fight in a war, i.e. engage in pacifism? Murder, pure and simple!
