I self-identify as an agnostic christian and a cis-man and I was never booed out for that. I was looked down upon for being a homosexual though. Even for being an intellectual (seriously). And even among my relatively tolerant friends I've heard quite a few hurtful and ignorant things about transsexuals (the old "My sexual identity is a helicopter" bit for example, nevermind the confusion about sex/gender). You are building strawmen so you don't have to actually research what you are talking about. And your smugness is also showing you ignorant idiot.

Thinking you're a different ethnicity or species is not in the same boat. Transgendered folk literally have brain-matter that doesn't match their bodies. The other two are just weirdos but even then, they're not hurting anybody....AND they would try to look the part.
Beard-Guy would be clean-shaven with boobs, hair (or a wig) and feminine attire.
The Rachel Dolenzal expy would have a tan and her hair dyed black and curled.
Catboy would probably dress in a cat costume or wear cute cat ears....or go nuts with plastic surgery like Dennis "Cat" Avner.
Christian Guy would get a "meh" or "Oh, that's nice...." because FRUMMIES are the ones that drive folks nuts, not Normal Christians.
So, given the previous three panels, does that mean that Nr. 4 is a false Christian? Now that's actually rather accurate.

Yes, otherkin are nuts. I've never heard of them arbitrarily outlawing medical services & entire fields of scientific inquiry or beating a child to death to "get the devil out of them", though. To date, they've been relatively harmless. You haven't.
