Doctors have discovered that the seed of the man is an alien substance to the woman. It triggered responses similar to those of an “allergic” reaction. A woman who has a husband is able to develop “immunity” to this reaction; however, a promiscuous woman’s immune system becomes confused and unable to distinguish alien substances. This confusion is a key to the development of cancer.

The insertion of male sperm into the female organism has been associated with engorgement of tissue, elevated heart rate, vasodilation, involuntary muscular contractions, and stereotypic vocalizations. It is frequently correlated with a subsequent consumption of nicotine.
What do you mean "doctors have discovered"? That the sperms are foreign substances to the woman's body has been known for quite some time.
You're half right. The sperms leave parts of itself in the membrane in the womb, so they will be recognized in subsequent times. The first new* sperms will have to fight off this earlier remains (sort of), and then they will be remembered the next times instead.
I seriously doubt that this can cause cancer, as it's not a confusion as much as it is a replacement. It's not like stopping eating nuts and switching to berries will cause cancer, is it?
*The first man could have died, and the woman has remarried, ya know.
The average number of sexual partners is 5-6 for women and 6-8 for men. You have to be a bit over that before you are called "promiscuous", I'd say.
Despite myself being a weird exception (having gotten over a few allergies with little to no explanation [only garlic seems to stick]), allergies don't work that way! Immune systems don't work like that either! And don't get me started on the assumption that 'promiscuous' women are always with unprotected partners...
This is just stupid from start to finish.
Also if you don't wear a bra you get breast cancer. Unless you're a man wearing bra, and then you get breast cancer.

Certain (mostly uncommon) strains of HPV can cause cancer, and some of them can be transmitted via sex. So if you have unsafe sex with lot of people, it does increase your chance of getting cancer. Probably not by a large amount, but the risk is there. They have vaccines for that now - mostly, they don't cover every single strain which could potentially cause cancer, but enough to reduce the risk increase close to nil.
And as mentioned before, semen allergy is real, albeit very rare. I imagine it would put a damper on promiscuity.
The whole "promiscuity causes sperm allergy causes cancer" thing (which I have unfortunately heard of before) seems to be a just-so story that links together unrelated elements into an easily understandable concept, but one which is completely wrong.
The "Alien" films are not documentaries.
...but unlike the FAIL that was "Prometheus", I trust Neill Blomkamp will be to "Alien V" what JJ Abrams has been to "Star Wars". [/"District 9"]
Frankly, the 'Prawns' are more acceptable to humanity than the likes of you ever will. And Blomkamp's film was a timely Sci-Fi commentary on current political attitudes, using a post-Apartheid South Africa scenario.
Confused?
