You know what, “Miss Hayden”? Maybe “a kick in the teeth” was long overdue to stop transgender bullies like you.

Well, a small victory for free speech, but I’d still be happier if “Stephanie Hayden” got a kick in the teeth, literally. In America, we can say that.

Yeah, sure. But thing is that to you folks “free speech” is only great as long as it’s being used to say things YOU support. Should I say stuff like “Trump looks like an orange toad crossed with a scrotum” or “LGBTQ+ rules” or even “BLM” then all of a sudden you don’t like “free speech” anymore, eh?

Did they actually say it’s ‘okay,’ or just that saying it isn’t legally actionable?
Because if you go around saying, ‘kicked in the teeth’ for a few years, then fall and your foot connects with someone’s chin, you’ll have a difficult time convincing a jury it was an accident. I mean, it was free speech, but there are also consequences to speech.
