"because presuppositionalism, a growing tactic among creationists"
And when their 'Plan B' - Teach the Controversy - blew up in their faces; if Genesis is to be taught in schools, therefore ALL other creation mythologies, including the Mayan 'Popol Vuh' & Aboriginal 'Dreamtime' must be part of that curriculum too: and MUST be accepted as equally credible as theirs, thus $cientology's 'OT-III Incident Document' is true, and L. Ron Hubbard is at least equal to God.
Fundies have no choice but to acccept this as fact, if they want their 'Truth' to be accepted as well, post-Kitzmiller vs. Dover: AiG's last best hope in gaining some sort of credibility for their 'cause' & thus their agenda, then all they have left are excuses. They might as well be reduced to saying 'I have cheese in my ears, your argument is invalid', for all the good it'll do them.
Because when any attempt to introduce religion-based teaching outside of RE/Philosophy class, into Biology for example, then the Constitutional precedent that KvD represents will prevent said 'Creationism by Stealth' from being allowed to exist. Certainly not allow such to have any credibility, least of all when such is inevitably taken to court.
Which was the point of the precedent-setting KvD, which is now part of Constitutional law. Question that, o fundies, and you're anti-America, you worse-than Commies! Question KvD's place in Constitutional law, and you'll immediately forfeit your particular 'belief's right to be protected. And you're already on thin Constitutional ice, re. yours 'isn't a religion, but is a personal relationship with Jesus'; three letters: I.R.S.
I'd stop jumping, if I were you, Cre(a)ti(o)nists.

Who are the ones sticking their fingers in their ears, o Admin & all your fundie ilk...?! After all, if long-time Christian Jonathan Edwards can change his own mind, then what's your excuse o Cre(a)ti(o)nist fundies...?!
