God Conspiracy: 9-11 WTC punishment from God for nation's abortions, this preacher predicted it!

The "prediction" he made was so generic that if we ever went to war, he could claim it was fulfilled. And of course, in the eyes of fundies, anything bad that happens to the US is God's way of punishing this country. What an opportunistic prick. And of course, I noticed the mailing address on the screen for all those donations to be sent to.
Then obviously, since he didn't warn the authorities about the impending terrorist attack, he is criminally negligent, and as such ought to face legal processing.
If true...
If I could get away with communicating the way God does, I could cut a guy's break lines and make it look like an accident. Then I'd just wait until people got the idea that I was complaining about computerized voting machines. If that didn't happen, I'd rig a guy's tires to explode, sending him off a cliff to his death. (Again, making it look like I wasn't involved.)
Naturally, this is the way you make your point known if you're omnipotent and omnibenevolent.
Gawd killed office workers, firemen, police, and airline passengers in order to punish us for abortion? Why doesn't Gawd just make abortions impossible? That would solve the problem without any deaths.
But of course, for fundies, bloodshed is a REQUIREMENT. You can't just fix a problem, you have to kill innocent people instead. That's Gawd's way.
Johnplex -- Hey, I predicted that, too. In fact, I've been predicting "something bad is going to happen" pretty much everyday since 1973 and, damn, I've been right every time. I'd better go start a church and get rich.
Even ignoring the fact that the prediction is almost certainly bogus, why would a just God punish this nation for abortion by ... sending an attack that killed 3000 people - many of whom probably had never had an abortion and were against the idea in the first place - in a manner completely unrelated to the subject of his displeasure? I cannot conceive of a reality in which this makes any damn sense at all.
Remember, these are the people that think "there will be wars and rumours of war" is an unknowable divine revelation.
Some shit's gonna come down sometime. Do I get prophet status now?
I'm still waiting for my Nobel prize for my greatest theory of life, the universe and everything: Shit Happens. Shit's always happened and continues to happen shitloads. Hawking agrees but insists I show him the math.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
