Let's look a little at the context. This from Life Site News :

This is a quote from an interview in 2009 about how Ruth Bader Ginsburg felt in 1973 about covering abortions with Medicaid. Ginsburg went on to explain how she changed her mind and felt that Medicaid should cover abortions. So what you're using, unclegeek1, is good, old-fashioned deceit.
It's not so much using the right tool for the right job as that the universal tool for the Tea Party is lying.

The purpose of abortion is to save women from potentially deadly pregnancies, and to make it possible for each family to decide how many kids to have. See, no race card anywhere.
Abortions are either the spontaneous dislodging of an embryo or fetus from the womb, or the deliberate dislodging of an embryo or fetus from the womb. I knew that when I was ten, WND wasn't even available in my country then...

But Ginsberg didn't say "to control the population of the races we don't want too many of", did she? Instead, she said one purpose of abortion was "to reduce populations that we don't want to have too many of"--no mention of race at all--in the context of its impact on unplanned children being raised by single parents in poverty.
