Obama doesn't have to actually slaughter people. You just instruct the IRS which Americans have access to healthcare . . . and which do not via Obamacare's IPAB (Independent Payment Advisory Board). There might be controlled "outbreaks" or perhaps Tea Party members catching something in hospitals.
