You may think I am joking but I am not. I cannot watch a woman preacher without lusting after her in some way or another even if it is for only a few seconds and that is the reason I believe that women should not be on the stage in front of men preaching. A woman does not lust after men but men lust after women and you cant listen to a sermon while checking her out, it is just wrong.

What I find disturbing is how we in America is taking on the Egyptian culture instead of the traditional Greek/Roman culture we have always been. Personally, I don't feel that most women would submit to any man's authority, as most are of a reprobate mind. Therefore, they put unrealistic expectations on a man, claiming that "if this man loved me the way Christ loved the church", I'd submit. It doesn't work that way. A woman is to submit to her husband in all things. She is to obey him. God's word says so much. Modern women, even many, perhaps a majority that attend church, claim that they'd never submit, or they claim they'd submit if he is worth submitting to. God tells you frankly to submit. The man doesn't have to pat your ego and be all lovey-dovey dough-eyed with you to show you that he loves you, or for you to support him.
As a Christian parts of our brain function that does not function for non christians. There is evidence for that when they scan the brain. Without religion mankind would all die off. Evolution itself has evolved because it can't prove its premis. It used to say we came from apes that apes were our ancestor. But it has evolved in its presentation and took away that part. Now it's a common ancestor even though they can't say or show what that common ancestor was. If you follow their logic far enough every living thing including plants and animals, cells viruses esentially everything came from a common ancestor. That takes as much faith to believe as it does to believe that God just created it. Cause there is no proof of any of it.
I don't need science, I have Jesus in me that tells me it is true but, saying that, science /mathematics say that it is impossible that Jesus wasn't who he said he was based on the prophecies fulfilled. You have to look it up but it is something like if Jesus only fulfill 8 or 9 prophecies, and he has fulfilled hundreds, the probability that he is God, is 16 to the power of 10

I was on a forum having a long discussion about God and the Bible. It was fine until the Holocaust was brought up. I mentioned how God would lift his protection on people if they rejected his ways, theorizing that that's why the Holocaust happened. God lifted his protection, and the devil stepped in to terrorize them as he's done in the past, hence Exodus and Judges. But then this man I spoke with stated that turning away from dead people made God as bad as Hitler.
Angrily, I brought up the book of Revalations and how this guy clearly never read it, and somehow thinks he can judge God when he doesn't know anything about him. Obviously, he was looking for bad points about God instead of trying to learn about it, so I left. But he'll obviously reply, so I don't want to go back. But a part of me keeps wondering.
How do you try to forget about it? He doesn't want knowledge. What do you do in a time like this?

Satan would want you to view it as a problem of gender equality. But this is actually a matter of spiritual warfare, of women being more easily deceived than man. This doesn't mean women cannot teach men at all (as we seen in the cases of Mary Magdalene and Deborah). But the bible said what it said about woman being more easily deceived by Satan. Hence we have to be careful.

God designed women to be submissive to men, as long as it isn't abusive. By this I do not mean a woman cannot speak her mind. But she is designed to look up to her husband. A woman might chose to rebel and instead try to overpower the man. But I have yet to see a happy marriage where the woman overpowers the man.
If the man is strong, he will fight back against the woman and they just fight day and night. If the man is weak and chose to submit, the woman look down on her man day and night. And it's all over the place, not just classrooms or churches or other places where debate is appropriate. All you can really do is prepare them for it, teach them the issues behind it and encourage them to discern. Otherwise they may feel compelled to identify with "science," because someone convinced them that it was cooler, or more convincing, and that you can't believe both.

If someone is a christian and they are having mental health issues they may be under satanic attack and actually be listening to lies and having thoughts that shouldn't be there in their mind. The best thing is to get them or invite them to focus on scripture to remind them of WHO they are in Christ.
Pray for them and show them how to rebuke these evil thoughts. When a christian knows how to submit to God and RESIST the devil then satan can no longer attack them.
If this person isn't a christian then stay away but I would pray for them anyway that they know the truth, as once they know the truth they can be set free...you didn't mention if they were and said they 'enjoyed' those thoughts, well, a christian wouldn't. A christian might have these thoughts but KNOW they are wrong and ungodly. An unbeliever in darkness may not. If that is the case shine the light so that they are drawn to Jesus instead.
I would also let them know that while they may not be sexually attracted to someone of the opposite sex, we chose who we love and they are plenty capable of having a healthy and happy marriage with someone of the opposite sex, and that its a lie society has told us that love is not a choice. It is.

Evolution is probably the biggest dichotomy that youths face as science in schools rarely agrees with the truths of the Bible. Seeing how the kids are in these learning environments longer than any other form of supervised education, it shouldn't be a real surprise that the kids fall away from believing the "stories" they were taught as kids. "Real" science happens in academia, so they think because this is all they know. I had a 10 year old neighbour come up to me and challenge me that man came from apes and not God because her teacher said so and why would the teacher lie, etc... so sad to see the innocence ripped away fro these young ones as they are indoctrinated into satans kingdom.

If you notice in the media, which I don't recommend watching much of as a Christian, you will see lots of depictions of women popping their cellphone into their back pocket. By extension, you see it in the every day world. It does appear to be something the enemy wants women to do, but it's worth noting the proximity of such a thing to a woman's reproductive organs. We have no idea what kind of influence those electro-magnetic waves have, but the fact that the media, which is run by the enemy, is trying to guide the world to do this should indicate it's probably not a good idea.
