A Baptist minister and owner of a Tennessee hardware store is very concerned that “the gays” might handle his tools. Jeff Amyx, who owns Amyx Hardware & Roofing Supplies in Grainger County, Tennessee, reacted to the Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision that the definition of “marriage” includes same-sex couples in pretty much the same way the rest of the conservative world did: with an immature and discriminatory action.
Amyx’s frustration with the Supreme Court’s decision took the form of an 8×10-inch paper sign reading in all capital letters:
“NO GAYS ALLOWED.”

“NO GAYS ALLOWED.”
But them skummy niggers can come in as long as they don't touch anything and leave quickly, and you ain't got no Kikes there anyway, so no need for a sign about them, right?
After the world started discussing what a bigoted ass-hat he was, Amyx decided it was best to make a new sign that was more "politically correct" by employing dog-whistles rather than stating directly what he really means. Ya know, like the first sign.

See! Much better! *eyeroll*
I reserve the right to refuse my business to those that violate the civil rights of others while claiming they are exercising their "freedom of speech" and "freedom of religion" and when they're called out on their violations of the law they claim they're being persecuted.
Since you're so big on exercising your "freedom of speech", and "freedom of religion", I'm sure you won't mind if I exercise my freedom of speech and freedom of religion:
You're a goddamn ignorant fucking bigoted homophobic inbred stupid bastard son-of-a-bitch.
That is almost certainly 8.5x11, not 8x10.
Oh, and he's a douchenozzle.
No gays allowed. Keep out. Stay away. Do ya hear me? Guise? Hey, why are you all going to Lowes and Home Depot for? Come back! Support local businesses.

That's likely another reason people go elsewhere too.
The local U-Haul outlet picked up shop and moved elsewhere after he did this. They had been renting space from him prior to this little stunt.
What odds will you give me that he's out of business by the end of the year? And blames persecution by th gays for why he closed?
I agree with the fact that this guy is a bigot, but am I the only one bugged by the fact that his sign is not in "all capital letters" like was claimed in the source? I know it is a really dumb thing to be irked by, but I just can't get over it.

"NOGays AllOWED" is not quite sentence case, and now that I see it, I can't unsee it. Calligraphy, does he write it?!
Good. Seriously. I mean that.
Keep doing this. Keep on doing things like this. Keep letting the entire world see exactly how you feel and what you think about lgbt rights. Keeping screaming your support for murder, violence and discrimination.
Because everytime you do, you let the entire world see just how petty, small-minded, bigoted and hate-filled you are. You let the whole world know without a doubt how repulsive you are, what an absolutely shitty human being you are by every last civilized standard. And you help normal, decent people feel better about shunning you, and turning their backs on you and all the other primitive, backward assmouths like you.
Seriously, you're doing a great job. Keep it up.

As Popeye would say it: "Don't worry! There ain't nothin' to them old stoopidstitions!"
I've said it before and I'll say it again. It must be nice that all these small business are doing so well that they have the luxury of being able to pick & choose who gets to be their customers.
The small business man in America is already a dying breed-don't come crying to us if yours becomes the next casualty to the big box stores, which will gladly take their business, along with that of their family & friends.
He should add 'church going child molesters welcome' just to keep himself honest.
Waitaminut,,, Pastor AND business owner? That means he'll be complaining about persecution twice and how Obama tanked the economy and treats business owners terribly, , on his new boat on a Sunday afternoon after his restaurant meal.
Keep him honest,,, what was I thinking?
After the chic Filet nonsense they all know attitudes like this will only increase business
Confused?
