This sort of chart is measuring prices. Jupiter here means the opposite of what you might think. Jupiter means an abundance, or surplus. It increases fertility, so if you get an abundance of crops and you get falling prices.
So what I am suggesting is falling prices caused by government intervention which can only mean interest rate rises. Jupiter also rules the ascendant here, on the 10th house, so the population are anxious (Virgo) about the government raising interest rates. Saturn on the Asc and squaring both does not bode well for the people. The very angular nature of the Moon opposition traditionally indicates a fall, or drowning. I've seen that in several charts of people who have literally fallen from a great height or drowned. Here I guess a property crash. This would also be mirrored in the US chart and other charts, but the Asc would move to indicate other outcomes.
The worrying thing about this chart is that it mirrors exactly the quarterly lunation chart days before the 2008 crash.
In that chart you had Jupiter in fall at 18 Capricorn, this time 18 Virgo, on the Asc, and you had Saturn harmed by Mars again in the same sign. The square from Saturn this time approaching its apogee(negatively impacting highest prices) is also not great long term.
The other more modern indication to assume another crisis is the 2018 crossing of Pluto over the ecliptic, where it crosses its own nodes. The last time this happened was 1929-1930 when we had the Great Depression and the formation of the Nazi Party.
I think you are right to be scrutinising of these techniques. I am quite new to these mundane ones so I am curious how they will turn out, but I enjoy predicting things. I would also put my neck on the line and predict Hillary Clinton winning the US election because the US ingress chart puts the Asc exactly on her Jupiter and she has Fidaria time lord and profection time lord signals backing that up. But like anyone else I look at the news to work out what the indications could relate to. This is where it gets subjective when like myself you are not that confident in what you are doing.
