I will literally never fault a woman for “gold digging.” In the first place, women are not granted the same access to financial success as men–there’s a reason so many women seek access to wealth and financial security through men and not the other way around.

In the second, in many of these cases, it’s rich old men chasing young women and passing up older women as undesirable, falsely believing that all these young women should be interested in them for their looks and personality.
