Not even taking into account Kitzmiller vs. Dover, let's see about those 'theories', shall we?:
1- Bacteria that feeds on Nylon. A man-made substance that didn't exist until the 20th Century. MRSA. PROTIP: 'Microevolution' is still Evolution.
2- Tiktaalik. Archaeopteryx. Darwinius massilae. Ardipithecus. Not just transitional forms, but (certainly in the latter two cases) the 'missing links' found.
3- We humans share at least 98% of our DNA with chimpanzees. What further proof do you need, that Darwin was right all along?!
4- If all lifeforms that exist today were 'Created' (i.e. by 'God'), then how do you explain the various breeds of domestic dog? Aren't the mutations involved in the selective breeding/hybridisation/isolation of certain characteristics (i.e. 'Standards') in itself proof of Evolution in itself? The Irish Wolfhound. The Chihuahua. If everything was 'created', why aren't they exactly like the genetic basis of all canid species on the planet, the Wolf?
One word: Labradoodle. A breed of dog that didn't exist until 1988.
Does that therefore make humans (i.e. professional dog breeders) Gods themselves? They must be. Why? In creating the present 'standard' (i.e. breed) that is the Bulldog, this breed of dog can no longer mate naturally; physiologically they can now only reproduce via human intervention. (one byproduct of the facts of Evolution that is unfortunate, alas)

Exactly. That's what I hate about Bible Literalist fundies and their stupid crreationist fairytale. Yes, Evolution is completely right, because science (and thus we Atheists) have the evidence. The facts.
We win.
And Christianity is wrong. Because it only has a book. And... that's it.
I love the smell of annihilated arguments in the morning. Smells like... victory.
...oh, and as this quote was from 2004, Nedumbi must've had conniptions, nay, this happening:

When later in the next year, that court case happened, with that landmark decision that was the final nail in the coffin of the whole Science (Evolution) vs. Religion (Creationism) debate: Kitzmiller vs. Dover.
Post-Judge Jones' decision in 2005, Evolution is fact. Creationism is lies.
The law says so.
Deal with it.
