Well I want you to challenge mine. Seriously. Don't just call me a racist. Tell me why I'm wrong. Maybe I'll reconsider. This is a complex issue. I'm not sure if I'm right. I just operate based on my experience. Growing up in a WMAF household, a liberal was my oppressor. And the way I see it, liberals are the ones promoting race mixing as if it's inherently good. But I suffered from race mixing, so I'm inclined to oppose those who support it. I don't hate that I'm mixed race. But I do hate that my parents bought into this liberal narrative and race mixed without considering the consequences. So tell me, why is my narrative wrong? I just shared my story. It's the only narrative I know. But many others here, ET for instance, had a very different childhood. So it follows that his views are different as well. He might be right and I might be wrong. But I'm not going to change my views just because people call me racist. You can't shame me into changing my views. Convince me. I'm a hapa and I'm coming here for help and advice. As an anti-racist, don't you want me to stop being racist? Well I want to learn. If I'm wrong, convince me. But shaming won't get me to change my views.
