["my body is mine. if someone is violating my body against my will, I should absolutely have the right to kill them."]
Do you even hear yourself? Are you so lost in your abortion indoctrination that you have lost touch with your humanity? You are like a kindergartner that has claimed a toy that they want to keep for themselves. You are claiming the right to kill your own son or daughter because they had the audacity to occupy your womb. A toy that you believe only you can play with, yet a toy that was never really intended for you alone, but was meant to be shared with others.

Straw man BS. Not once did she (I assume) use the word "toy." That was injected and then argued against by cultureshit.
Even worse, culture shit seems to be suggesting that this person's body is a public resource. Does cultureshit have the same view of his/her own body? Is s/he willing to bend over and spread for casual passers-by? Does s/he condone rape? Is s/he really suggesting women do not have a right of self-defence? Sure seems that way.
Kindergartener's toys aren't parasites that inhabit and feed upon their bodies, create potentially fatal medical complications, increase massively in size, and then forcibly eject themselves in a life-threatening episode of excruciating pain. So, STFU with your stupid, totally invalid analogies.
I have a hard time believing that someone would actually say "I should actually have a right to kill them." That does not seem like something a pro choicer would say.
Sorry shifty I'm calling bull on this.

Yes, I thought it's a bit weird myself, but now that you mention it, it does sound like something taken out of a rape-related discussion.
Haha, both wrong. The quote (assuming the basic thrust is accurate if not the exact language) is something i hope no-one would ever agree with. The thought of allowing people to change their mind and terminate near full-term babies because it is "violating their body" which they have 'absolute rights' over their body is abhorent. At some stage the baby's right to life as a human being overrules any petty inconvinience to the mother.
Up to a reasonable term though, its the woman's choice - its too life-changing an event not to allow her rights to trump those of the baby to some extent.
The foetus is not a human until it can survive independantly of the mother. Before then, it is part of her body, her body, her choice. And aint nothing you can do about it. To say otherwise is fascism. And as a libertarian, that makes you my third worst enemy behind anarchists and communists.
Take the foetus out at week 5, its just biological gloop.
And if you give me "aren't you glad you weren't aborted" well, yes actually, i am. But if i was aborted, i wouldn't care, because i would never have lived in the first place.
And given the little annoying shit i was, i wouldn't have blamed her if i could tbh.
Oh, and keep the republicans pro-life would you, because the less women vote for them, the better.
It's no surprise to me that anti-abortion sentiment goes hand in hand with religion. Both require a hyperactive imagination. That proto-twerp in the womb has no frame of reference, let alone consciousness, but folks like Vultureshit imagine a bouncing baby with apple cheeks.
This issue will never be resolved because it would take away that lovely hot button that the mindfuckers use to get money and votes. How could they wind up their little automatons with their lurid fantasies if the divisive issue went away?
Or, do we just need those babies so we can send them overseas when they are teenagers to kill brown teenagers we don't like? When they come home in a box, we can pretend they are heroes instead of the casualties they really are, and the victims of failed diplomacy.
Pro-birthers are like kindergarteners who have been told to demand a toy that isn't theirs.
"I should absolutely have the right to kill them." Really? Why do I severely doubt that was an actual line with the same context?
Also, comparing a kid to a toy? A toy that should be "shared with others"!? Cultureshift, you are one of the most despicable and sick people quoted here. You've made it abundantly clear that you're a sociopath that does not care about any human life as long as it's not a fetus. And that doesn't even count because a random mass of cells IS NOT A LIVING! SENTIENT! BEING!
...Now that I think about, Cultureshift may very well be a psycho. Not caring about any life, but masking it by pretending to care for the only "lifeforms" that actually aren't alive. Original loophole, but ver obvious.
A toy that you believe only you can play with, yet a toy that was never really intended for you alone, but was meant to be shared with others.
Hey, that sounds like my dick!
One's body is exactly the same as a kindergartner's toy? Putz.
And, if it IS a toy, it IS toy only I can play with unless I give another my permission. Butthead.
And, removing a blastocyst or embryo is exactly the same as killing your son or daughter. A$$hat.

"And as a libertarian, that makes you my third worst enemy behind anarchists and communists."
*raises an eyebrow* Okay, then. Duly noted for future reference.
@commonbloodysense
I am a left-libertarian socialist, and I can assure you that theocrats should be higher on your enemies list than libertarians. We libertarians may include a stupid bunch, but not all of us are crazy, stoned-out-of-our-minds Ayn Rand fanatics.

Are you talking about a baby here or her vagina?
>A toy that you believe only you can play with,

Are you suggesting that a person can get pregnant by masturbating?
(Goomy pls)
"We libertarians may include a stupid bunch, but not all of us are crazy, stoned-out-of-our-minds Ayn Rand fanatics."
*pfft* Damn right. That woman was a lousy writer as well as (from what I've learned) a fairly lousy person.
"my body is mine. if someone is violating my body against my will, I should absolutely have the right to kill them."
That has to be the worst way to describe abortion I've ever seen
Confused?
