the whole evolution thing is just pathetic. We don't even have anything to prove. CS I've read a few great articles that were written by a distinguished biologist and that ONE MORE TIME prove that evolution is completely false. I m wondering why are you calling yourself 'Christian', if you believe in the evolution theory you're supposed to be what my Bro calls a 'brainiac', or prolly a Catholic.
You whould always ask questions and seek answers through logic and reason. And the Bible is our logic and reason. I know the World is 6,000 years old because the bible shows this to be true. How do those people know limestone is of fossilized living things over a period of time? Have they watched the process from when it started? And i have learned on the Discovery Channel that Carbon Dating and of the such are not at all accurate. Could it be so hard to believe that God made the limestone the way it is? Our that God put the Crude oil there? Also i must add that the Bible says that in the end days that God will send a strong dissalluision to the people who refuse to believe in Him. This is why i believe the 'UFO's' are around. Also more and more people are following Evolution, which is a religion because it does take faith to believe in evolution. I dont pretend or even say i know everything. But one thing i do know. No matter what man tries to prove if it crosses the Bible then what they find is false, no matter how true it may seem.
And if a christian buys into any part of this rediculous theory we confuse those around us who are not chriastian and question God. Genesis has told us everything we need to know about the beginning of our existence
Evolution is merely a religion, because it takes faith to make it work. As for carbon dating and that such it has never been proven to be accurate, just watch the discovery channel on this. Evolution is just another attempt to take God out of creation. The Bible however does say that in the end times people are going to turn to their own lusts and that God will blind the truth from them because they do not accept Him.... I hope God opens your eyes and doesn't blind your from the truth!
Sorry we got off your origional topic, but I think a lesson we can learn here is that a conversation that begins with nonsense will end with nonsense. If you are truly looking for the truth, the path will always lead back to the bible.

I think I've studied more astronomy than you'll ever learn and believe me I DO know that this World is 6,000 years old, and I came to this conlusion through logic and reason. Scientists claim to have found some planet that's '15bil yrs old' and now they aren't even sure if they got the age of the Universe right!!! hahahaha You could also check Jack Chick's tract that covers the subject very well. Do you think it too hard for God to put older things in the ground--although only a few thousand years old by creation standards, they may appear by carbon dating, etc to be billions of years old. Just something to think about
