Yet, all it took was one Conservative Christian judge, personally appointed to the Federal bench in 2002 by a Conservative Christian president (Dumbya) who believes in Creationism; who in turn was voted in - twice - by Conservative Christians who believe in Creationism, to completely fuck up anything & everything said by Christian, Muslim and the like scientists. They know when to keep their fucking mouths shut, and not be pointed & laughed at in perpetuity by their peers. Just ask Michael Behe.

Well, Michael Behe does. [/snark] And his 'Truth' didn't even stand rigorous legal scrutiny in KvD, thus (un)'Intelligent Design' - the last, best hope for the Creationist cause - was completely annihilated.
