[I demand evidence or argument before I accept any claim. You only ever seem to present the claim.]
I would say you are closed minded as you demand evidence.

Actually, people who are willing to accept something as long as there's evidence are actually the open-minded ones. It's the people who reject everything, regardless of how much evidence is produced to them that are close-minded.
Yeah, they want you to be "open-minded" about their claims, and then once you've accepted them, close that mind SHUT! and not open it again for anything, not even a crack, not ever.
Way to dodge the issue, there. Dumbass kid doesn't even know the meaning of the word "evidence", and probably thinks it means "post Bible verses that might, vaguely -- if you're high on LSD and crack at the time -- refer to the claim I'm making".
Lawyer: Your honor, my client did not murder eight people.
Judge: Do you have any proof?
Lawyer: May I remind you that asking for evidence is a very closed minded thing to do?
Judge: Very well. Not guilty!
"I would say you are closed minded as you demand evidence."
I wonder how many attorneys have tried this line of reasoning as an excuse for losing a case?
"The court was obviously closed minded, what with wanting me to present evidence of my outrageous claims against the defendant, and that's why I lost the case!"
EDIT: Damn it. doomie 22 beat me to it and did it better...
*blink*
What are you, HIGH?
Christian: We demand evidence for evolution!
Evolutionist(sarcasm): We demand evidence for Magic.
Christian: YOU'RE THE DEVIL FOR DEMANDING EVIDENCE!!!
So I guess if I told you that I'd sell you the Fountain of Youth for your life savings you'd give me your life savings without any evidence that the Fountain of Youth actually exists? After all you don't want to be "closed-minded" right?
It is not closed minded to demand evidence, it IS closed minded to refuse to accept valid evidence as evidence.
Confused?
