Blind allegiance to your country is not patriotism, it's ignorant and dangerous. Furthermore, fundamentalists are fundamentalists, regardless of their religion. Christian fundies who want the death of Muslims are as reprehensible as Muslims who want the death of Christians.

Remember, assbite, one of the key tenets of American society is supposed to be fairness and due process, even for the most heinous of criminals.
I've taken to just asking these people why they hate America so. That shuts them right up, especially when the person, like this one guy the other day, has just tried to tell me that, in America, because it's 'innocent until proven guilty,' I have to trust that the government is telling the truth unless I can prove they're lying.
I choose me first, let the rest of the world do what it wants. As long as they do not intervene with my right to do what I want (as long as it hurts no one), I won't intervene with the rights of others to do the same.
