We should all take better care of God's body

This letter is for people who have faith in God,who created this planet and we humans who live on this planet.

When God created humans with their complicated, functioning and surviving bodies, he also created all the plants and animals with vitamins, trace minerals and amino acids that his human creation uses and needs to live healthy and function correctly. These vitamins, trace minerals and amino acids are used up with proper body functions and must continue to be supplied at all times. However, with the long passage of time and the constant harvesting and growing of these plants, the soil that supplied these benefits to these plants has become depleted of these nutrients. Our method of processing also destroys any of these nutrients that are needed to perform healthy functions in the human body created by God. These nutrients can only be obtained with nutritional supplements.

If these nutrients were taken, the human body would function according to God's design. It would not be necessary then to take horrible man-made drugs that shut down the bodies' natural God-designed functions that promote health. An example of this: The body by God's design produces in its liver a substance called cholesterol. This cholesterol is designed as necessary and used in many ways throughout the body for the bodies' health.

Man-made cholesterol drugs are made to stop the body's God- designed cholesterol production. But with the proper nutrients God designed, the body will control this cholesterol and allow it to be sent to the body cells as needed.
God also designed the human body to have an immune system that functions to destroy and move out of the body any invasive virus or bacteria. This includes viruses that cause colds, flu, AIDS, warts and many others. God designed this immune system to use nutrients such as vitamins, trace minerals and amino acids to build its strength and they must be continually supplied.

Please understand this and supply God's designed body with these nutrients God designed the body to use and function correctly.
