Yup, and Satan also invented air, so breathing is a sin too and I sugjest you stop. After all, we all know from our bibles that the wind blew before God made anything so it had to be Satan. Stop breathing and we'll all be happy, that's the way!
The Roman Catholic Church is pretty much the most direct unbroken descendant of original Christianity, and ALL of the Protestant denominations are descended from it.

Well, yes, if, from a historical standpoint, you would consider one of Jesus' most trusted disciples to be Satan.
Given the church's history it's not hard to see why somebody might think it's the devil's work, but no.
It's a bit hard for a creature that doesn't exist to found anything. Or create anything, for that matter.

Oh yes, he did. And later that church divided into the Roman Catholic Church and the Protestant Church, which in turn divided into all the different little cults; Baptists and Mormons, Amish and Televangelists, etc, etc etc.
No. Men did. And all your Bibles, All your denominations and all your dogma, men created those with the odd woman getting in some idea.
It's an invention, an organized adherance to legend, ever changing and splintering down though the ages until this day where we now have the 487th splinter group, the God, Country and Guns crowd known as fundies.
You Evangalists and Southern Baptists are just the modern day version of dark ages Catholism with a heavy dose of "American exceptionalism " bullshittery mixed in.
If you believe in God, you may as well believe that Satan created much of the world and perhaps religions, to deceive. For instance, the study of the natural world contradicts the myths of the Bible, so the world must be Satan's work. But then, it may just be that neither exist. Or that the creation story was a moral fable, a myth, and should only be interpreted as such.
