libRATs want us to believe the death penalty is useless as a deterrent. So they'll never acknowledge or admit that AIDS is a deterrent for their perverted and life-threatening gay lifestyles.

And the death penalty is such a deterrent that people have stopped committing murders.
Studies show that the death penalty is NOT a deterrent and that death penalty cases cost taxpayers far more money than non-death penalty cases, even taking into account money spent housing people in prison for life.
Looks like you proved the point that the death penalty is useless as a deterrent. It seems that most of the gay community uses AIDS as a deterrent for unsafe sexual practices, just like everyone should. Unfortunately, some do not heed the possible consequences of unsafe sex, just as some don't heed the possibility of the death penalty before they murder someone.
The death penalty is useless. Criminals have been executed for years, and people still commit crimes. And not all gay people have AIDS. It's something that anybody can get. So your little analogy is strained at best, asshat.
I like girls.
But I'd just LOVE for my GF to put on a show for this dumbass involving me, a tube of KY, some handcuffs (for me), and a nice, smooth strap-on.
This guy only THINKS he knows what perversion is...
If the death penalty is such a deterrent, explain to me why the states that have the highest execution rates also have the highest crime rates.
And I can't imagine what AIDS is a deterrent for in Africa. Being poor and ignorant, perhaps? Being young? Being straight? Help me out here. What sins are the Africans committing?
South40 - I wish you never figure out how to reproduce. Self-righteous a**w***!
Coffee - According to "conservatards", all poor people have to blame themselves if they are so stupid to "choose" to be poor, specially those living outside The States.
In 2005:
Massachusets (no death penalty): 2.7 murders per 100,000 people.
Kentucky (death penalty): 4.6 murders per 100,000 people.
West Virginia (no death penalty): 4.4 murders per 100,000 people.
Virginia (death penalty): 6.1 murders per 100,000 people.
Iowa (no death penalty): 1.3 murders per 100,000 people.
Texas (death penalty): 6.2 murders per 100,000 people.
Murders per 100,000 people in death penalty states: 5.33
Murders per 100,000 people in non-death penalty states: 2.95
The death penalty is useless as a deterrent. In fact, the states without the death penalty have fewer murders on average.
As for the rest of your post:
It is absurd to think that anything could be a "deterrent" for homosexuality. Sexual orientation is an inborn trait. It is similarly absurd to suppose that there is a causation between homosexuality and AIDS, and there is little if any statistical correlation. AIDS is a sexually transmitted disease it can be caught from any form of sex. Africa is suffering from an AIDS epidemic spread by heterosexual sex. AIDS can also be spread through blood transfusions, meaning that people likely to need blood transfusions (like hemophiliacs) are likely to get AIDS.
Homosexuality certainly isn't perverted; roughly 10% of the population will always be gay. Homosexuality is an unavoidable result of the fact that men and women have the same DNA if women need the mechanics and chemistry to be attracted to men, some men will also have the mechanics and chemistry to be attracted to men. Some people are gay for the same reason that men have nipples; there can only be so many differences between two sexes when they use the same DNA and develop in the same womb. It was evolutionarily better to have 10% of the population gay than to have women uninterested in reproduction.
Homosexuality certainly isn't life-threatening. How exactly does it threaten your life to be attracted to someone of the same sex? No one can answer this; the most I've ever heard in response is a bunch of confused rambling about AIDS as if it were transmitted through homosexual sex rather than unprotected sex of any type. In fact, the only threat gay people have to face that straight people don't is the risk that some bigot will try to murder them for being gay.
Finally, you seem to assume that all liberals are gay. This is absurd. About 10% of the population is gay, and if 90% of the population were conservative, I'd be planning to move out. There are more liberals than gay people, and some gay people are conservative. I'd be willing to bet that a majority of gay people are socially liberal, but that's only because socially conservative people are constantly ranting about how horrible gays are; sexual orientation is inborn, but political alignment is a choice, and not many people choose to belong to a political alignment that regards them as inferior. Of course, there are socially conservative gay people, but most of them are deeply in the closet, so it's hard to tell. Occasionally, you can find a clear example, though; Pastor Ted Haggard is gay and politically conservative.
Confused?
