That's why "liberals" are trying to educate people that condoms aren't an insult to manhood, but a really good way to protect yourself if they choose to have multiple partners. As far as "genocidal intent and racism" thing.... are you sure that you aren't confusing "South America" for "South Africa"?
If semen is a perfect soup for HIV to live and HIV is responsible for AIDS and condoms retain semen, in which HIV resides, in which way are the people who are in favour of their use killing people, or being racist or putting them in their throats?

BULLSHIT !!! One of the best anti-HIV programs in the world is the Brazilian one. Free condoms in Carnaval (yes, the big party with everyone almost naked) and other festivites are quite comum. Once, some conservatives tried to pass a law forbind that kids under 18 years to buy condons... Many of them weren't reelected.
