I am looking forward to the first discrimination suit where a hetero gets sued for declining a gay's advances.

If the hetero declines by using a baseball bat and five friends and beat him while screaming "Die faggot," yes, I would imagine there would be a suit involved.
If it's a simple "No thanks, I'm straight." Probably not.
Just like all those times a man sued a woman for not wanting to fuck him...
No, wait, that's probably never happened.
I have a vague recollection of a guy suing a woman for 'breach of contract' or somesuch after buying her a meal etc and not getting any. This was several years ago and was one of those cases that got everybody all steamed up about 'evil lawyers' and the curse of a litigious society.
The fact is, in American or British legal terms, anyone can sue anyone else for absolutely anything. It does not mean, however that they have any chance of winning said lawsuit, as the aforementioned guy discovered when the case was thrown out and costs were awarded against him.
I'm no lawyer, but I'm fairly certain that neither sexual nor romantic advances constitute a legal obligation on the part of the recipient.
The fact that portscanner doesn't know this says quite a bit about his social life.
I know you people don't think, because if you did, you would have noticed that there's actually no effective way to prove such a thing as to where it would hold up in court and more importantly, why would we punish people for hitting on people?
You just want being persecuted because you want to lash out violently for a "just" reason, but you simply don't understand that noone's attacking you except the people you create in your mind.
Confused?
