Sure, considering the number of people he killed there are certain to be criminals amongst them. But most were killed for political or personal reasons, no crime was brought against them (apart from Hitler considering it a "crime" to be like them).

Who were those "true criminals" Hitler killed? Certainly the Nazis killed some actual criminals, even a blind pig finds a truffle now and again, but most of the Nazi's victims were not criminals, they were Jews or person thought to have aided Jews.

Assuming the figure isn't simply out of Lee's ass, I suspect the 38 million figure is an estimate of the total numbers of civilian dead in German-controlled areas during the war. The Jews get all the press, but on the side the Nazis also killed millions of other nationalities, and millions more died from war-related starvation and disease.
When Robert T. Lee says criminals, he means "people that share views different from his," so he himself is mostly cool with Hitler's policies. Remember, Robert T. Lee wants to reinstate the Old Testement laws and use the death penalty on all who break them in order to solve the overpopulation problem. Lee wants 90% of the world dead.
At a guess, I'd say the specific number was arrived at by counting allied losses and the holocaust, but not the lives of any German servicemen or civilians. I have the feeling someone like Robert T. Lee wouldn't feel any need to include them. Maybe not the Soviets either. Can someone with access to the figures see if either of these guesses are near the mark?
Beside, 6 million Jewish, remember, THE AUTHORS OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS, were killed. Why isn´t he advocating stoning to his defendents?, and why is he putting all women who have aborted at one point in their lives as a single human being?. MAKES NO SENSE.

The number for Soviet dead are very rough. Most put it AT LEAST 25 million, and some go up to 40 million. 11.5 million were systematically killed by the Nazis (death squads, death camps), 6 million of which were Jews. So that means that for every Jew in a concentration camp, there was almost one non-Jew. And remember, the Germans were pretty crappy at carpet bombing, killing only a few thousand Britons. The Allies, however, killed millions of Germans in TRUE carpet bombing. We weren't exactly angels in that war.
Actually, Hitler was a human being. If we're talking about monsters, we need to delve into mythology. Minotaurs, gorgons, chimera...

If foetuses were human beings, you would have a point. They are not and you don't.
Besides, I find it disturbing that you feel that harming a criminal is justified. We don't harm criminals because they deserve it; we do it to discourage others from imitating them, and that is punishment's only justification. If it were ineffective as a deterrent, punishment would be a crime. (Yes, I did read my nickname - amazingly, he agreed).
Hitler didn't murder 38 million people. He ordered other people to kill.
Spontaneous abortions are much, much more common than active abortions, stupid. Most abortions happens before week 12, when there is little more than a lump of cells with no nervous system and little that distinguish it from a fetal pig or chicken. Many of the aborted fetuses might have later been miscarried if they had been left in the womb.
The same death? What, be removed before you have a consciousness and won't know anything about life? I'd rather have that, than be blown to smithereens as an adult, after watching my kids be shot by snipers, in a war the only Superpower left has waged on innocents in the Middle East, just because they happen to be sitting on a large oil reserve.
Atheism has nothing to do with abortions, except they begin with the same letter. But so does Christianity and chainsaws.
