Homosexuality is also a form of selfishness. A homosexual man refuses to marry a woman and a homosexual woman refuses to give birth. They are opposed to life.

Picking your own spouse is selfish, too. Oftentimes, so is working toward a higher education. You probably don't have to worry about the latter, though.
Yeah, lesbians NEVER give birth, we are by nature child haters. *rolls eyes* Try again.
And how dare gay men refuse to marry women and be miserable! It's selfish to deny a woman the joy that is a loveless marriage!

From what I understand about Judaism, celibacy in modern Jewish practice would actually be rather abhorrent (I'm not quite sure how the haredim fit the nazirite laws in there, if they do at all, but the haredim are assholes anyway). By this guy's argument, therefore, an unmarried and/or celibate person would probably be just as bad as a gay person.
You can make anything sound selfish. For example, being alive is selfish because you're breathing someone else's air. Buying a TV is selfish because that money could have gone to feed the homeless. See how easy this is?
People have to take care of their own needs before they can even hope to take care of anyone else's.
"It was ever thus. People are punished for not breeding, and rewarded for breeding."
True. Just look at the massive non-breeder taxes imposed in the US
Umn, no. I refuse to give birth in the here and now, but when I get a woman, and I make a home, I do intend for us to start a family. So yes, that birth thing is included. So STFU, dumbass. Just because I'm gay doesn't mean I'm fucking allergic to sperm.
This guy hasn't heard of artificial insemination, has he?
(On a side note, I admire that JTF close the board down on a Sunday. Good for them for following Jewish tradition at least)
Also...
adoption
and / or
artificial insemination
=
lesbian family.
Marriage is also a form of selfishness. A married woman refuses to have sex with other men, and a married man refuses to father children with other women. They are opposed to life.
That made a lot of sense. So did what you wrote. /sarcasm
Confused?
